This footwear shoe store is the place I go before going to any other store. I just love love this place also you get points. They are very reasonable in price, they have a great clearance sale in the back. The cashier and floor workers they always great and helpful, the place is always organized and cleaned.

Good selection and helpful staff. We showed up just before closing without realizing it & the staff were still very friendly and accommodating. Well definitely be back.

The young man that helped us this evening was very patient and willing to look for the sizes we needed. He was also walking around cleaning up the aisles. I was very pleased with the visit.

Big store good prices friendly staff

Visited a few weeks ago, caught a decent deal, they didnt have my sons shoe size unfortunately, I was able to order them in store and they beat me back home!! Plus a perfect fit!!!

Wonderful selection of shoes

Has a huge selection of different styles of men an women shoes at a fair price for most. The customer service sucks however!! They walk past you as if your invisible not acknowledging the fact that we are paying customers!! At least speak to the customer an acknowledge that they are there to have a pleasant experience while shopping. If you do need help you would have to normally search for an employee then its not a guarantee youll get the correct response/answer that is needed. Overall all the sizes are out and you can browse without someone harassing you to buy, but Id expect to at least be greeted when past by.

The sale here is always good but the customer service ALWAYS sucks.

Searched the entire mall for the shoes my son wanted, with no success. Decided to go in as our last stop & what do you know.... They had his shoes. And they were ON SALE! We got such a good deal that Mom got a pair too! Highly recommend this store!

Is a clean store with a lot of variety. The prices were a little higher than I would have thought. I found same quality dress shoes for work at another retailer for 15 dollars less.

Nice selection, good sale events (i.e. BOGO and BOGO 1/2 off). I like that if your size isnt available, they can order for you have it shipped to you, and it usually arrives within the week.Employees helpful when asked, but otherwise leave you alone to shop instead of hovering over you.

I didnt find anything special about this store. They do have a very large selection. The prices and sales seem to be just like every other chain shoe store. I expected better deals from a store in an outlet mall.
