Apparently dont go here if youre need a size 12 boot. Otherwise, the women were quite helpful while I was sifting through steel toed boots.

Walked into the store around 12pm and was not greeted or even acknowledged by the associate (blonde hair, accent) restocking in the back of the store. I looked around in the woman’s section first and made my way back to children’s, waited patiently to be spoken too while a maneuvered around the many ladders and shoe boxes in the middle of the floor. Thank God I just had a stroller and was able to move them out of the way so we could get through, A handicap person would not or heaven for bid a fire and someone tripped trying to get out. At this point, I am the only customer in the store. I walked by the associate several times, again waiting to be spoken too. Not one word. I found what I was looking for but chose to purchase elsewhere where I was acknowledged as a customer and had better cleanliness.

I found exactly what i wanted the staff has outstanding customer service! I will return to this store!🤗😊

Good selection, I was looking for trail running shoes and although the store surface appears small they had a better selection that fit my needs than other shoe stores. They have a second pair of equal or lesser value at 50% off. If youre only looking for a single pair of shoes then there prices arent competitive. With a 30 day return policy its an overall good place to shop for top brand athletic shoes, casuals, hiking and dress shoes

Had to switch sizes and needed to order another size in my sons shoes that they didnt have in stock. No problems getting the right sizes and cashier was very nice.

Store was very hot, to the point it was very uncomfortable. As I was checking out the guy ringing me up made a mistake of hitting cash instead of credit. Which was not a problem but I usually dont carry alot of cash with me. I was just going to let them fix it. What the problem was it seemed that there was only one person in the store that could fix it. But after standing up there for awhile in a hot store and no one that could fix it, I called my sister to bring me the $10 I was short on cash and I just was going to pay cash. Guess I was in line so long another customer offered to give me the cash to cover what I was short just to get out the way. I said that Id just pay cash I was told that I was still going to have to wait so they could fix it with the camera. I just left after that. When I called back to speak with manager that I had been waiting on the whole time, the one waiting on me was a manager that didnt know anything. And when I spoke with the other she was kinda rude about it. She did say she was sorry her going to the bath room was an inconvenience for me. She said she had told someone how to handle it but guess they didnt want to even try.

Nice store, but not the biggest selection, and I sprained my ankle trying to get some shoes on a high shelf because I couldnt find any workers to help me.
