Came in after getting new prescription and having issues, noone there to help or even call back 5 days later. Also came in to take the prescription I had for my daughter and the staff there would rather play on the computers than help a customer pick out a pair of glasses, told them i would come back at a later time when i had someone to help me. The doctor is great but when you have issues the service is horrible

Dr. Keller and her staff are absolutely amazing! Ive been a patient since 2019 and have had the best customer experience that Ive ever had at an eye doctor. Dr. Keller is welcoming, personable, kind and gentle. I highly recommend Dr. Keller and her office.

I am absolutely thrilled by my first appointment today. From the moment I entered the building, every single person and action was coordinated like a professional orchestra. Dr. Keller, Christine & Hunter were all amazing in helping me with my visual exam and choosing my lens/frames. Everyone was very caring and professional, and I cant wait for my new glasses to arrive!

I am glad this place has a new staff. I was told they were very Professional so I gave My Eye Dr another chance. I’m glad I did because Dr. Keller and Mrs. Dana have helped my dad see again by getting him the prescriptions that work best. They have helped myself pick out a few different styles of Oakley sunglasses for riding my bike. The glasses were very affordable and the staff is very knowledgeable again very professional. I highly recommend.

The optometrist is great! However, as for the staff, read on.Ive been a patient here for about three or four years.On Saturday, my only pair of glasses broke, leaving me with nothing.I called the office and was told that they could see me in about a month.I asked for a copy of my prescription so that I could go to one of those same day eyeglass stores. I was told my prescription was two years old and expired, so no one would fill it. In fact, my prescription was one year old the day before my glasses broke.I was told to call the Abercorn office because they had a lab and could replace them same day.I called the Abercorn store and was told they have no lab and that the Pooler office should have known better.I called the Pooler office again and asked for them to email me a copy of my voided prescription so that I could go elsewhere. I even waited on the line for the woman to send it. She said it was on its way. It was never sent.Finally, I drove to the office and asked for a copy and was given it. I went to Eyeglass World and picked up new glasses.To the woman who took my calls at My Eye Doctor, I just wanted to say that you should be ashamed of yourself for what you have done to me. For the management, you have lost a customer and I have reported you to my employers benefits department.

I had my exam done the first day that they returned to work after the CV19 shut down. It has been impossible to get an appointment to buy the glasses. They gave me an appointment for a specific Time today and when I show they said it was another time.I do not recommend this optometrists chain to nobody. Is sad that Ms. Keller is involved with this franchise.

I was hesitant to try a new Dr I have a difficult prescription. I was so blown away by the Doctor and all her staff! So Accommodating and mindful of my time. They truly made me feel comfortable and that I was in great hands. Love the automated Text reminders for my contacts being ready makes it so much easier with my busy schedule. The worst customer service during a crisis. No appointments until months out and they won’t let you have emergency contacts to hold you over until you can finally get an appointment. I am so disappointed in this company and the doctor they have on duty. I have been a patient there for years. I guess I will have to find somewhere else where they care about their patients!

OK well I’d like to start out by saying back a few months ago I went to the my eye Dr. at the Savannah Mall to have my eyes done it took them three months to get my glasses back to me and then they were some nasty people in that office so today August 19 my husband has appointment in Pooler at my eye doctor he’s handicap on oxygen and they come to the door and say well your wife can’t come in only you can OK I understand the COVID-19 it’s going around I had a mask and she Said you can’t come in only your husband really he’s handicap youdon’t know nothing about his health but I tell you this much this will be the last time that I ever ever step another foot in your offices or make an appointment to see you or your doctors

Disappointing. Ordered glasses and requested, more than once, to ensure my edges were polished. The tech ensured me it would be accomplished. Well, you probably know the rest. 2 weeks of waiting only for them to be sent back for another week. No apology . Enter at your own risk

We have been going to the Pooler office for three years. Each year has gotten worse. We are done now. They mess up and order the wrong contacts and when trying to get it corrected they act like they are doing it as a favor. Also not getting them when promised, or even text or email that they are ready to pick up, has been an issue. I had to call to find out.I have noticed that it is never very busy anymore when I have been there. Maybe they should figure out why.

Had great customer service here after a glasses frame malfunction. Hunter specifically was wonderful help with upgrading my frames. When we have so many choices for where to buy glasses, its the people and experience that make the difference. Hunter made my frustrating experience a great one.

After being referred to them by my sons pediatrician, I decided to give them a go for myself. They were awesome. The doctor was very quick, seemed to know her stuff and interacted with my 1.5 year old for the duration of my visit. As did every other employee. I couldnt have asked for a better visit!EDITED TO ADD: Only 4 business days after my appointment and my glasses are ready! So appreciative for their timely and honest business!

MyEyeDr. Pooler is wonderful! I called for an appointment, and was scheduled for the same week, even though their online calendar was booked. Once I arrived for my appointment, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The pre-exam technician explained everything she was doing, answering my questions and putting my worries to rest. Dr. Keller was equally as friendly and welcoming as her staff. She was patient during the exam, and explained the changes to my eyes in detail. I then went out to get my glasses and contacts ordered, and was helped by Tiffany. She helped me pick out my new frames, priced my contacts for future ordering (trying a new type out due to eye changes), and did it all with a smile and kindness! I will definitely be going back to them for all of my future eye care.

My Dad broke his glasses a couple of days ago. His prescription is expired and he is currently on hospice. He would not have been able to come in for an exam. However, Courtney and Hunter sympathized with his situation and repaired his glasses within minutes. These ladies customer service was AMAZING! I think you can tell the most about a business by how they handle a problem. My son had some issues with a pair of frames and even though they did not have to replace them (since they had once already, free of charge) they did, also free, and with courtesy and grace. He got a different pair and is very happy. The staff at My Eye Dr. was great!

Not very recommendable. I have scheduled an appointment with them back in April, had to reschedule my appointment again until just recently cause of the doctor not being in who accepted the insurance. Then I have called 3 days prior toy appointment to confirm and cancel the other appointment for my husband, and they had ended up cancelling mine because of not answering the phone. Not to mention they did not leave a voicemail. So when I had called back to confirm, they told me my appointment was cancelled and I could reschedule for June 19th or later date. The staff is rude, and disrespectful, and whatever policy they go by needs to be rechecked. They have lost my husbands and myself for future services.

Friendly staff, able to get appointments in quickly, doctor we saw was very good. When husband couldnt find frames he liked more than the ones he already was wearing, they were able to add new lenses to his old frames. Not 5 stars because the frames selection was smaller than Id like.

Worst company ever. The Pooler location 2 years in a row gave me the wrong contacts. Then they billed an overcharge, didnt tell me, and turned my name over to collections. They had some poor girl in the office call and apologize after I had to contact the corporate office. So, I switch to the Savannah Mall location and the glasses dont come by the promise date and theyre the wrong frames. Go get readers before you use this company. Youll get more satisfaction from the readers.

Dr. Still was really pleasant and helpful, but I can not say the same for the staff. When I arrived, they did not have me down for my appointment, even though I received a text message confirming the time earlier this morning (a communication error I was willing to overlook). But, I arrived at 11:55 for my 12:15 appointment and left at 1:48 after my exam. People were placing orders and leaving for lunch while I waited to have someone ring me up. The young woman at the desk was very inexperienced and assisted me with checkout after making me wait 15-20 minutes because shes technically not allowed to do it. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this office.

DO GO HERE!!! My contact prescription expired and I just need an updated one so i could order them. I told the doctor what size I wear. Because this is a size they dont sell, she change my size on the prescription without telling me. Ive been wearing for about 20 yrs. The contacts she is trying to push at me cost $120. The contacts Im use to buying only cost me $45. Ive been back twice to try to get it changed and wont. I have to be her over priced contacts or, since I wasted my insurance on them, pay out of pocket for a new exam somewhere else. If you have a particular kind of contact that you like to wear you might not want to go here. If she doesnt sell, she wont help you. I have insurance so this should have only cost me the $45 for some new contacts. Now I, because of her, have to spend a lot more

I wished I had checked these reviews prior to my visit. I started with this office on July 23, 2016 and still do not have my glasses. 3-5 business days is more like 10-18. Then when they finally came in they were wrong - but I tried to wear them. I went back as I could not wear them and they had me see the doctor for a recheck. and my glasses were wrong - had to send them back. She said 3-5 days - but it has been a week. The frames did not even really look like the ones I picked out either. I too have used my insurance for the next 2 years. I would not even trust my prescription to take some where else. Still wearing old glasse.

He was a bit nervous but the staff were all very friendly and the dr had alot of patience when dealing with his squirming all around. I visited MyEyeDr in Pooler yesterday, 2/18/2019. The location was great because I scheduled it following a dental appt at Godley Station in Pooler. First off, I needed the restroom, and it was spotless, which says a lot to me in a business (attention to details!) I was seen right away by Christina, who did the first part of the exam. She was very helpful and patient because I am very difficult when it comes to the glaucoma test and she made me laugh through it. Next I saw Dr. Keller, having to wait less than five minutes. She started out by asking if I have any problems with my eyes before checking anything, and she really listened. I have very bad dry eyes and she checked them thoroughly, gave me options in treating them and was also very pleasant and patient. I am half blind so I wanted new glasses. I had purchased a groupon for new ones, which I showed to Marilyn. No waiting at all. She helped me pick through lots of frames until I found one I was comfortable with. Since I have VSP insurance, she compared the cost of what I wanted with insurance against the out-of-pocket extras with the groupon. She has 23 years experience doing this and it shows! I was given an itemized invoice so I knew exactly what I was paying for. I was very happy with the price for what I was getting. When I have a bad experience somewhere, I dont waste my time writing a bad review, I just dont go back. (For instance, I DO NOT recommend MyEyeDr in Statesboro. Maybe I should put it out there, but I just dont.) However, when I have an excellent experience, I do like to share because I personally believe that encouragement creates more motivation. Thank you Dr. Keller, Christina and Marilyn for giving me wonderful service at MyEyeDr in Pooler.

I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received during my visit. I ordered eye glasses from this location about 3 months ago and have been back at least 5 times to have them adjusted because the frames did not fit and constantly slid down my face. After returning home from the last visit I realized that my glasses were crooked and the right frame was bent inward as if it had been twisted.When I went back to the office a couple of days later the technician implied that I’d sat on my glasses and that there was nothing she could do but order new frames. I didn’t appreciate being accused nor the attitude that she gave me. Especially when it’s evident that the glasses were crooked due to twisting and manipulation.

I wouldnt let my creepy neighbors cat have an eye exam by these incompetent people.How do you mess up a BASIC eye exam!? With all the technology today It’s like color by numbers! The past 5 year I have worn the same -6.75 prescription. After visiting your “Doctor “ I’m now a -4.50 and for the first time in history someone’s eye sight has miraculously improved! Pure Amazing .. I could understand if it was a point or so off but these geniuses were off by a mile!! Even after telling the doctor that it’s not right and I can’t see you still insisted that it was right. Ok DOC! Your the doctor with all the degrees right!? Yeah.... 4 days later I come in and tell you that I can’t see and I’m having headaches. Oh, and that I’m at risk of hurting/killing someone at work. You would think “ let’s check this out real quick” nope! sorry, can’t see you until 4 days on Saturday @ 2PM.I call to say that I’m going to be late at 1:48pm due to sitting in heavy traffic and your extremely ignorant employee rudely advises me to keep it within my 15 minute window. I ran in the door at 2:18pm! To my surprise not even 1 customer in the waiting room and 2 cars in front of the entire Building. After my“15 minutes” warning I was expecting half of Pooler to be waiting. Looked like all the employees were hanging out in the side room. Must have been someone with some authority in there, Because that’s where the front desk girl walked. She Bent over to remove the door stop and pulled the door shut as if they had to discusse the cure for blindness. About 3 minutes past and still no other customers. the door swings open and she walks over to the computer and starts typing... I’m assuming at this point it’s to get the nerve up for what she is about to tell me.... “ sorry sir, but we are going to have to reschedule you!”ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!! Why!?! I would never reschedule with you. I may could understand if you had 50, 20, 10 people waiting. I might even understand if just 1 other patient was waiting.So let me get this straight!? You BOTCHED the BASIC exam, charge me $200.00 for some contacts that don’t work and also give me headaches. But can’t help me? YOU SHOULD BE BENDING OVER BACKWARDS TO FIX THIS! Correct me if I’m wrong, but you have 1 job! Eye exams... that’s it. Make sure people can see. Take the machine, put it to the customers face, hit the lights, and repeat... 1....or 2? Ok this one..... or this one? Simple. I’m assuming I’m stuck with these contacts too... probably a written secret rule located under the asinine 15 minute window line. Maybe I can give them to my neighbor for his cat....

Even when your glasses is broke they want you to do a eye exam before getting new glasses, no support and care for the customers eyes. Will not ever go back. And I am a city worker.#2019I came back here to order my work Safty glasses and this time everyone was on time and great customer satisfaction, only one thing I would ask for from this business, is that can you please verify at beginning of the appointment if there are any fees that need to be paid, even if I have insurance. I had to pay for my exam which was fine but I was expecting to not pay nothing being that my job was paying for my Safty glasses plus I had my own insurance. Other then that, i am glad I came back and gave my eye dr. Another try.

One lens in my glasses was totally wrong. They did recheck me again, and send the glass back for the correct lens, but still, that was another 10 days of waiting. The dr told me my eye must have just been doing well that day and gave a false reading. Really? My eyes are bad, they dont have good days. I am hesitant to return

Update: so I come bck here again a yr later hoping Id get my glasses on time this yr. Welp today is the day I should get them back. So today I call bout an hr after the open just rings and rings get the answering service trie back 3 more times finally someone answers and say no glasses try again after 1 when ups gets here. And guess what I havent be able to get them to answer phone at all. Just aggervati gDr and staff were really nice but its taken forever to get my glasses so far its been 18 days since my eye exam!Update

It should not take a patient over 3 hours to get an exam and pick your frames, anywhere you go... I was evidently FORGOTTEN about in the waiting room. This place doesnt run too smoothly. Unless you have a lot of time on your hands and patience 10 miles long, dont go here.
