I had a very great experience here today! The staff was very nice and polite. The doctor was very straight forward and seemed to know exactly what she was doing. Nothing but a great experience at this specific vision center.
They absolutely need new management. The worst vision center yet. The one on ogeechee rd is better but I wish i didn’t have to travel to Savannah for better service.
Great sweet people ❤️great service
Hours of operation are completely random. Their posted hours are not followed and whoever runs this store should be fired.I was told I could pick up my sons glasses between 12-4 on Sunday over the phone. I show up Sunday at 1230 and its still closed. The sign says its open from 12-5 yet no one is there and all the lights are off. This place needs new management badly.
I live in Statesboro and usually use the local Walmart vision center. I called to book an appointment and the man on the phone didn’t seem to know what he was doing and couldn’t get me in for two weeks. I called the Pooler vision center and they could get me in that week. I cancelled my Statesboro appointment and I am so glad I did. The Pooler Vision Center is clean and all of the employees are so kind and helpful. From the moment I stepped in to the moment I left I was there 20 minutes. Then I went to the Statesboro Vision Center to get contact lenses. I didn’t have my prescription and they were not helpful at all. I’ve worked in customer service and can’t imagine not helping a client by calling another store to get the info I needed. Again I called Pooler and the lady on the phone was kind and helpful and ordered what I needed. I will not step foot In the Statesboro Vision Center again. Every one of their employees needs to spend a week in Pooler shadowing your wonderful employees. Thanks for being great.
Been going here for my vision for years quick, easy, and great customer satisfaction Everytime I need to visit.
Everything I wanted and fairly cheap
Good
