How ironic that these photos popped up on my memories this morning of Donnies dump truck when he first bought it and started touching it up the way he wanted it. 2 years ago he started hauling dirt got a contract started hauling for an awesome group of people over at lanyard couldnt ask for any better people to work with Donnie takes great pride in any work that he does, I can honestly say he loves his job he loves to make his customers happy we met a great lady Kay blocker at Claxton Bank she believed in him from day one she helped him in purchasing his luvs ya tractor from Dale Hendricks at Hendrix machinery that group of people to is awesome Donnies known for a long time and continuing to do business with them Dale Hendricks never disappoints him he also believes in Donnie and all his great work three weeks ago he went and picked out his mini excavator Dale sent it out here we had it 3 weeks God has been blessing him with side work, he also was blessed by family member that dug a pond and has gave Donnie access to that dirt as I said Donnie never complains he gets up every day no complaints ready to work satisfy customer and its just been building up and up and up God is so good and hes put us in the right place to meet the right people to be able to do the things and handle the blessings thats been bestowed upon him as I said we truly thank our Banker Kay blocker at the Claxton Bank, also Dale Hendricks at Hendrix machinery, he dropped mini excavator off with no pressures Donnie had it 3 weeks our Banker came to the house day before yesterday with contract, check, now Donnie is the proud owner of his new excavator so he has two pieces of Kubota equipment his dump truck he nursed it with his oil leaks and as you can see from the pics when he bought it two years ago and to look at it now he took very good care of it hes made it exactly like he likes it the Lord has blessed him to be able to fix everything on it hes happy with it now and works not slowing down praise God, like Donnie always said if you wake up in the morning God has blessed you make the most of the day do the right thing and your blessings will show as they are doing and continue to do for him and us I love you Donnie DP Trucking Proman, I believe in you I know your customers believe in you I havent met one yet thats not been satisfied and loves all your effort and hard work you do whether its for lanyard or anything that you do on your own I love riding this thing called life with you we always make it fun but yet we do handle our business like you say were blessed, God has our back and we will always keep the faith and Keep On Keepin On.....🙏👍😘

Have good thing to say about the staff and owners of hendrix. Worked one on one with just about all of them and figured the problem out. My salesman even stayed longer then he had to go help solve a problem. The lead mechanics and all the techs helped me get back to work which was needed to say the least. Stuff happens with machines but I’m glad I had them to vent and brainstorm with. Good people. Thanks again team Hendrix

Shocking poor sales service. Came in to throw some cash down for a nice tractor and attachments. We were not even acknowledged after standing around the office for over 20 minutes with no apologies. Finally got to a salesman, who was going to place our order. After a two week wait and numerous unreturned phone calls to our salesman, the manager, and office staff, the guy texted back saying he was on vacation!! Oh well! We are taking our fat cash elsewhere. We can’t even imagine how awful the customer service would be. Read the other reviews. Total boo. 👎👎👎👎

Awesome staff at Hendrix. Bought my first new tractor a L4701 from Heath. Both Heath and Chase were very helpful and knowledgeable of the equipment they sale and got me exactly what I needed. I highly suggest visiting them. Yes they are busy and when you get their attention you get their full undivided attention thats for certain.

10 STAR REVIEW ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I called Monday morning at 0800 and spoke with a very kind receptionist. I requested for a salesman to call me because I’m interested in buying a tractor. Two minutes passed and Heath the salesman contacted me. I explained what I was looking for and the attachments that I would be needing. He said give me 30 minutes to get everything together and he would call me back. Heath calls back in 15 minutes with all the information. We worked out a fantastic deal and come to find out, he even upgraded the equipment for me and said he did that because he knew that in my line of work that I would need some heavy duty equipment. I didn’t mind at all and that alone confirmed to me that I was in great hands there. I drove up there to take a look at everything we had agreed on and met everyone there. Let me tell you, everyone there is very professional and kind. Smiles all day! They will even ask you multiple times if you would like something to drink! They make you feel at home with family even though you are in a dealership. Heath was a great and I even had a chance to meet the famous Dale Hendrix! Another great guy! Everyone made sure that I had everything I needed and all the equipment was in perfect condition. They even shined the tires for me. Best service ever!!Don’t believe those post that are 1 star. These people will take great care of you and I will tell everyone to go see them!

Dale, Jamie, Derrick, and the rest of the staff at Hendrix have treated me and my crew like family ever since the first time I walked in the door to shop the Kubota skid steers. From the initial demo to owning one for over a year now, Hendrix has always provided a first class experience. The Kubota machine and implements we own are all top notch and trouble free. We had a few minor problems with the hydraulic fittings on an implement and Dale sent a technician to our job site to fix it and get us back to work. Minimum down time that day. That’s amazing customer service. I highly recommend Hendrix Machinery. We are already looking into purchasing our second Kubota machine from Hendrix.

Hendrix is a good place to buy a new tractor, harrows, Bush hog, etc for a farm, plantation or whatever you need them for. Just got a brand new Kubota with a bucket and runs real good (along with a land pride bush hog and harrows).

Awesome staff at Hendrix! I was looking to purchase my first tractor and Hendrix was one of the five dealerships I visited. Dale, the owner, and Mrs Jamie walked me through every step of the way and answered all my questions. Again, this was my first tractor, so I had a ton of questions! They were patient and got me into a new Kubota l2501 and I couldn’t be more pleased. Absolutely no pressure, and they turned me lose with the keys for as long as I neeeded to make sure I was making the right investment. I even called after the sale to have a grapple installed before my scheduled delivery. A+ Hendrix, thanks again!

Very clean got lawnmower parts I need very pleasant staff and freindly

Absolutely horrible support. Purchased riding John Deere mower and called them three times for the mandatory repairs on the factory recall issues. Each time they stated they would call me back. They never called back - even after three attempts. I then called another John Deere dealer close by in SC and they were fantastic and had the factory repairs completed in less than a week. Hendrix Machinery in GA is horrible and should be avoided.

FANTASTIC group of people.As soon as I walked in I was met by Jayme, a beautiful young lady with a great smile and plenty of knowlede. I knew what I was looking for, but listened to their recomnendations and glad I did.I then met Dale Hendrix, great smile and made me feel like I was a long time family friend. Two hrs later I purchased my Grand L-35 Kubota.I have also worked with Chase up front and the staff in the service department, ALL great people.Look forward to more purchases in the future, next time, a side by side for my grandson and me.I would give them 10 stars all the way around.Jody Caron

I arrived right at 5pm on a Friday afternoon as they were closing, the gentlemen at the service counter promptly restarted his computer and helped me. I was very impressed, I recommend doing business with them.

A great place to buy a Kubota tractor

Had the pleasure of buying a Kubota RTV and tractor for our family farm from HMI. This is how business should be done. Nothing but top notch service from both Dale Hendrix and Chase Meeker. In a world where Amazon has taken over, its good to know that you can still go into a retail place of business and receive quality customer service. Our follow up servicing has been handled promptly with quality in mind. I wont buy a piece of equipment from anyone else. Well done, HMI.

This company has the worst service I have ever experienced.They kept our mower for nearly 4 months. They even told me twice it was ready and I drove over to pick it up only to be told it was not ready and that they had never even looked at it. I was told several times they would call me back when I called to check on it and they never called me. Also when I did call they left me on hold as much as 13 minutes and then I hung up to call back And again waited several minutes before any one in the service department answered. I am glad their is another dealer in Statesboro to call for service. I will drive farther to go to that one instead of trying Hendrix again. Very bad rating from me.

Terrible customer service. My lawn mower required a certified kubota mechanic to put a new belt and tension spring on (for the warranty). I assumed this might take a week. After a week I started calling to ask for an ETA. Many times I would be put on hold and then hung up on. After a month (and still no calls from them with an ETA or estimate) I stopped in to talk in person on a Friday. They assured me the parts would be there by the next day. I thought it was odd that they were getting parts on Memorial Day weekend. Anyway they said they would call me the following week. That week went by and no call. At this point my 4 acre lawn has been growing for 6 weeks in southern Georgia spring. Finally my wife went in on a Friday and they again they said it would be done first thing next week and they would call us. On Wednesday we still didn’t have a call so we called and found out it had been done since Tuesday and they just didn’t call us. I wouldn’t be as mad if they just told me at the beginning that it would take 2 months!

Ill start by saying as of right this moment I do not own a tractor yet but I am working on it and the reason is solely my fault because I dont know what I want yet but let me tell you, Ive had the privilege to meet Mr Dale Hendrix myself 2 weekends in a row and he is one down to earth kinda guy! I have been buying blades for my JD zero turn here for about 4 years and they always have what I need when I come. They have a large stock in kubota and john deere tractors skid steers and backhoes on the lot and if they dont have it they will get it. I am interested in the kubota L4701 tractor and Mr Heath (salesman) has been putting a deal together that I cant refuse I just have to get off the pot and buy it lol ...please even if you dont buy anything and you like mowers or tractors just stop by for 5 minutes and meet Mr Dale...you wont ever forget him and get him to tell you the story about the john Deere bicycles. Service lady does not know how to tell the truth

They are the worst to deal with when you call they are always busy and when they say that they will call you back they don’t I have had my tractor since August 20 and was having issues with my brush hog and told the sails man we worked with and then a month later it brakes and now I can’t get any information on if it will be covered and I can’t use my two month old brush hog. Do not use them unless you want a headache every day
