Bought what any normal human would expect is a new tractor from these hot shots 5/13/2021. Got it home and did a little work with it and noticed the hood was a little faded. Jumped off and looked around and realized they’d sold me a 2019 model. Guess I shoulda looked closer when I picked it up. It’s ok though, I’ll see em at the bar sooner or later.

Nice facility with laid back atmosphere. No pressure, knowledgable staff, and sales people found the best person for what I was looking for not the first one wanting a commission. Looking forward to doing business with this company.

Extremely helpful. I own a 20yr old JCB. I cant afford to hire someone every time something minor goes wrong. The staff at Low Country has been extremely helpful in finding the parts I need. Their prices are very fair and shipping is quick and easy. Cant ask for more than that!

After alot of warnings from guys I know I decided to buy a machine from low country. every one had said the owner Chris Shay was a crook but I thought the salesmen I was dealing with was a nice guy. But this guy Scott George and every one I’ve dealt with at the business will do any thing possible to Charge me for every dime they can the salesmen won’t answer my calls any more and I cant get the owner to answer my call or calls me back after I have call them several times. Once they get your money they dont care what happens to your machine or your business

I am working cleaning up Hurricane Michael in Panama City with a JCB excavator. I had little luck finding what I need for this machine until I called this dealer. Low Country saved the day once we called them.....These guys are awesome.

Now almost a month and a half after purchasing a new 260 t, Im still having issues getting a problem resolved. They installed a 3 piece windshield in the machine and I wanted a 1 piece windshield. I was told that they would get me a new one. After a month of empty promises I finally made a complaint with bbb and the jcb factory, and it all of a sudden seemed like they were going to make good. However, they sent me a well used windshield that has a lot of damage to the paint accompanied with a lot of rust all over it. Through out this whole process I have not been able to get in touch with the owner. Every time I have tried, he is in a meeting and then does not return my phone call. In this day in age I dont really expect good service, but I certainly never expected service this poor. I wish they would do what they have promised me and send me a new windshield.
