I wanted folks to know my son works there Joshua Washburn instead of thinking of himself he gave me several to sell or do what i can with being Im disabled and a military vet of 3 Honorable discharges he should be awarded and padded on the back along with the company for helping there employees and then being able to reach out to family as well. Terrible service. Bought a new MF tractor and multiple attachments about a month ago. Stated upfront that the most important attachment was a Woods rotary mower which was offered at a discounted price. Tractor was delivered a later than promised, with a damaged roof lining, without the rotary mower and with a tire that leaked. After multiple unresponded to calls, we were offered an inferior model of mower and absolutely no support for the leaking tire. To top it off, they requested we sign for all equipment on the financing “because we did receive the tractor”. The backordered mower has never been delivered and no promise date has been offered. Feel like this was an attempt to bait and switch on the rotary mower. I should have listened when I was told by friends that the service wood be bad.

Always great to do business with, sales, services, and parts dept.
