Hands down the best mattress store I’ve bought from….. ADAM IS THE MAN!

Another place were I wish you could give half stars. This place had a large assortment of beds and the person helping us was very good. While we did not purchase a bed from them (we went with a sleep number) I would highly recommend that people shop with this establishment. 4and a half stars.

We went in looking for a Cali king they don’t sell them so we asked to see two twin xl. This guy wanted to argue us down that it wouldn’t fit on our bed even though that’s what we currently sleep on to accommodate our sleep number frame. Proceeds to cursed at my husband and asked him to leave 😂🤣😂 wth !?They only sell their brand of mattresses and don’t carry Cali kings fine but if your customer is asking for a particular type and size just show them what they are asking for! You definitely don’t walk away from the only customers in your store because “I’ve been doing this for a long time andI use to sell sleep number beds” and miss a sale. Then return to commence arguing ! What type of customer service is this? I started to share the video and audio of this guy yelling and cursing. I wouldn’t want someone to do that to me having an off day. Guy says the franchise and store is his. God I hope not.

I drove 20 miles because Mattress Firm website says that you are open 11AM Monday and not a person here

You would’ve think you’ve received good service overall but I didn’t appreciate how my significant other was treated. How can one black man judge another black man by his appearance and what he drives? He wouldn’t even help him secure the mattresses on the vehicle and that’s disrespectful. Of course your establishment teaches you to make sure the customer regardless of who he/ she is walks away satisfied and that this black male employee did not do. He will definitely be greeted by Karma. 💯💯

Franchise store, just a regular local mattress store wheelin and dealin with a Mattress Firm sign on the front. A disappointment when youre use to dealing with a corporate store and their customary selection.

The website says they sell short Queen RV mattresses. I walk in and the guy doesn’t even leave the desk! Another employee was outside smoking. I inquired about the mattress and he tells me I have to go to an RV store that they don’t sell them. Why does the website say you can purchase them yet the associate says no?

Bought a cal king mattress about one month ago and the guy had told us it would take about a little over a month to come in, we were totally cool with the wait and went ahead and purchased the mattress. About 2 weeks before the mattress was supposed to come in they call us and tell us we will not be receiving a mattress but instead we could buy another mattress for an EXTRA $1000. Way to keep your customers in the loop of what’s going on with their mattress the very last minute. Could have gone somewhere else and possibly already gotten my mattress.

We would have bought today if they had our mattress size! Cal King..hard to find THESE DAYS. MGR really worked hard to help us! Great customer service 👏

Just now as I walked in, I said hello and the gentleman working at the desk just looked at me and did not say one word. Yes, there was a customer at the desk, but please acknowledge your customers as they enter. If you cant acknowledge a customer as they walk in, you lose my business.

I am thrilled with how I was treated here. I was immediately greeted by Trevon. He helped us decide which firmness we were looking for. Then he asked about our budget. He did everything that he could to meet my expectations with the budget while ensuring that we would have a quality mattress. I did not feel any pressure to buy anything here and was a relaxed sales environment.

We were treated very well from the moment we walked in the store. They did not try to talk us in to a mattress that was more than we wanted to spend. There was a problem on delivery day but it was handled very quickly and still got the delivery that day. Customer Service was very good. Thank you Brad for the great experience.

Great service and prices. I told them what we wanted and what we were willing to spend. No pressure to spend more. We went on Friday for a mattress for my daughters new apartment and it was delivered the next day. I would definitely recommend!

Adam is a gentleman and a scholar. His teammate chase is another outstanding representative. Adam not only gave me an amazing deal, he let me borrow whatever I needed to get my mattress to my home. The mattress is quality and he gave me tips on how to take care of it as well. The warranty covers me for ten years on the mattress and 20 years on the technology in the box underneath. Recommend this mattress firm!!

As soon as we stepped in the door we were greeted. Becky was are sales rep and she did an amazing job at pinpointing our comfort we wanted and took us through the rounds. Didnt try to get us to buy the most expensive one they had. Even when I called to price check other places she left us alone no pressure. It was defiantly one of the best buying experiences Ive had in a long time. They even worked with us on payments plan.

We LOVED our sales consultant Annelle who I believe may have actually been the manager. She was very knowledgeable and was not one bit pushy. We will definitely purchase from her again in the future.

Mattress Firms website stated they sell Purple matress and Mattress Firms commercial has a sale for Presidents day. We drove 1 hour for them to tell us they dont carry the Purple mattress not honor the sale on the commercial. We decided to drive two more hours to go to a Matress Firm that held true to their website and TV commercial.

So we purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm in Pooler in the year of 2014. We purchased one of their top of the line mattress along with the 10 year warranty. We were even given three months to test the matters and if we didn’t like it we could exchange it for another mattress within the store. At that time of course everyone was so nice, considerate, and answered all our questions. So I call them today to inquire about our warranty, and to see if we could have someone to inspect the matters. The gentlemen says, “Oh we just changed our system 4 months ago, so we can’t pull up you purchase, you would need to have a receipt”. I said, “I can go into Havertys and they can tell me everything I’ve purchased from them”. He says, “Oh they probably have a better system then we do”. Now Havertys may cost a little more, but their service has been Outstanding. In this case sometimes going with the underdog, isn’t the best option. You go and get the services and benefits you pay for. I ended the call saying I guess well take our business to Havertys for our matters as well, he said, “okay”. I wouldnt have given this company a start, but leaving a star was the only way I was able to post my review!

Just went into this store this morning because Macy’s screwed up our purchase/delivery. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Trevin. He was very friendly. We told him our situation, what we wanted and how much we were willing to spend. Oh and we wanted it delivered in the next 24hours. He went to his computer and ended up selling us a floor model with delivery for under what Macy’s had charged us. We are very pleased with our experience. Thanks Trevin

The Manager went above and beyond, I wish every business was like this it would make shopping a lot better, you want find better deals or friendlier folks in the SAVANNAH/Pooler area to deal with. 5 Stars..

I have bought two mattresses from this location and the experience has been amazing. They are always very helpful and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are about on point for what you would expect.

Came in with a size and budget in mind. Started speaking with a rep and the other rep just rudely interrupted and told us to tell the other rep of our budget and size (after we already did so). So as we were discussing things with the first rep, the rude one kept interrupting and was incredibly rude to the other rep. After this, he told us that the delivery fee would be $120. Was he trying to get rid of us? We left quickly after that, while the rep was being sarcastically polite as we were leaving.

Went on Memorial Day and got a good price on a bed. Happy with the service and it was delivered within three days.

No pressure and very patient. A great experience and hopefully the last mattress I have to buy for years.

I had the most pleasant experience shopping here. My wife and I just moved to the area and are on a budget because we have to buy appliances, kitchenware, and other furniture. We worked with Adam and he was incredible. He walked us through the process of how the springs in the mattress work and what the difference between a standard mattress and a pillow top are. He also explained how soft, medium, and firm mattresses react to our body posture which was a great piece of information to know when we were shopping. Our interaction was so great we decided not to shop anywhere else. Adam then proceeded to load the mattress in the rain (the mattress was sealed in plastic) and deliver it to our house we just moved into because my wife is 7 months pregnant and he didn’t want us to sleep on an air mattress. So long as we live here, I will most definitely be shopping here again for all of our future mattress purchases.

I cannot recommend this Mattress Firm location. The manager was about a minute or so late to open the store - I know this because he quickly swerved around me, almost hitting me, as I turned in to park. I was not greeted upon entering the establishment, but continued to look around. As I perused mattress options, a customer called to [seemingly] inquire about why her mattress had not been delivered when promised and when her delivery could be rescheduled. The manager was quite rude and dryly directed her to contact customer service. It seemed as if the customer asked to speak to a supervisor because he abruptly responded, I am the manager...thats me. I am the manager. A word to this manager -- you can attract more bees with honey than vinegar.I only give 2 stars because he did give me info about the mattress I was interested in. After a quick search on Mattress Firms website while in the store, I realized that the exact mattress and foundation I was interested in was listed as $400 cheaper on the Mattress Firm website; however, the manager refused to honor the price difference. I ended up leaving and purchasing a mattress set from Sit & Sleep Mattress across the street and had a wonderful experience!

We have had our bed now for several weeks and wanted to take the time to thank Adam for all of his help with the selection of our new bed. We had purchased a different bed through an online store prior to coming to see Adam and had to return it through donation as it just didn’t offer the support that we needed and we were suffering from pain in our hips, back, neck and shoulders. Adam took the time to listen to our needs and Had us lay on countless beds as we asked him tons of questions. He helped guide us to the best bed to suit our needs. We ultimately ended up buying the 100 Firm IComfort mattress from Serta. We also purchased (as a splurge) the motion plus bed-frame. We are so happy with the bed! We no longer have aches and pains! We are in love with the motion part of the bed. We have watched a couple of movies in bed and it’s so much fun to be able to get super comfortable. The other thing we truly love is that the bed literally puts us to sleep. We set the timer for about 20 minutes and we are vibrated right off to sleep before it even turns off. As far as the delivery, the guys did an amazing job and they had to work really hard as this bed-frame is extremely heavy. I would highly recommend that you purchase a mattress from Adam! Furthermore, as a plus, Adam also recognized my husband’s military service and gave us a discount in honer of his service to our country! Thank you Very Much Adam and you can count on our referrals! :)

Disgusting place with incompetent employees who have very ride attitudes. Suggestion: maybe turn on the air next time u all sit around eating stinking food. You were better off not even getting up from your table you were all sitting at when my family walked in. We saw it on your faces none of you wanted to work. Thats ok once you became rude in front of our children we went else where which is a shame for you because all 5 of us got new beds that day at another location.

If you need a new matress go see Brad Holcomb! He hooked up me and my fiance with a new matress and cut us a hell of a deal! He worked with us and gave us a good run down on each matress we looked at! Great service and experiance over all!

We really don’t even want to give one star. Honestly. My husband and i mattress shopped for a few months before making our decisison. After a long few days of selling our home and closing on another could were able to finally make that purchase. Robert was very helpful in helping us select the bed that would suit us and our needs. However it all went down hill when Daniel walked in the door. He took over our purchase and almost 3 weeks later my husband is picking up our bed now. They deliver the wrong size bed initially, they told us it would be another week to get our mattress; we wait patiently the bid delivery was set up for this Friday- now 3 weeks later; we’ll that changed to- it would be Saturday night 6-8pm at 7:30 pm we received a call saying the truck broke down- keep in mind the first time the attempted to deliver it was to the wrong address and until yesterday the incorrect address was still in our delivery information. Very upset my husband contplated canceling the order- unfortunately we are both busy and shopping for a mattress is NOT a quick process. Saturday night at 8 pm we talked to Daniel he PROMISED the mattress would be delivered Sunday morning at 8am. That didn’t happen either. We requested to speak to the owner of the franchise, we received a call from a lady not the owner by a manager and she offered us $107.00 off our purchase if we still wanted it.I’m taking time to write this review to warn mattress shoppers to not waste time at this establishment. The follow through by Daniel was horrific. Its sad to me because we believe this franchise could be a great place if they would manage employees that make empty promises and have the used car sales approach.Here’s to hoping after picking up our own mattress today it is worth all the troubles we’ve been though to get it!

I can only comment on my experience at the store right now, as I have not got my delivery yet. I thought the buying process was going well the salesman was very friendly. Now to prepare for my bed I am a little upset with the fact that the bed came with no brackets to attach a headboard. Tempur pedic said where I bought the bed should include them but mattress firm said its extra. To spend that much on a bed, one would think, you get the brackets and at least a couple pillows or something. I mean you buy a car you usually at least get a tank of gas!!!

We went to the store on the afternoon of Sunday, July 22, despite the reviews we read. We even had a pleasant experience purchasing a mattress and bed frame with Adam, the owner of the franchises in Savannah. Because he could not promise delivery Monday, we told him we would pick up our purchase ourselves on Monday. Being new to town, we had quite a lot to do on Monday, but we checked the store hours on Google and learned they are open until 8:00 p.m. However, after going to rent a truck and arriving to pick up the mattress just after 7:00 p.m., there was no one at the store. So here we are on Tuesday morning, and we are trying to call the store. Again, the internet says the store is open (its 10:25 a.m.), but no one is answering. In fact, I had to call three stores to get someone to answer the phone. She could not or would not help me get in touch with Adam, either by phone or email. So do yourself a favor and steer clear of The Mattress Firm in Savannah. My next phone call is to Visa to dispute the charge for the mattress I never got . . .

Becky was excellent at helping us decide what was best for our needs and I appreciate it very much.However, I did not know that the box springs would be so high. I am just 53 and I had trouble climbing into my new bed. A friend of mine said you could get a shorter box springs so I went back. Well, that is true but it cost me an additional $160.00 because mine had to be exchanged and there was a charge for that.I asked Becky why she didnt tell me about the shorter box springs since she could clearly see that I am short. She said she should have and that was on her. (Actually the words were on her but the cost was on me!)

Do not shop here!!! Very rude owner. Had to pick up mattress our self after confirming delivery 2 times the week prior. Owner messed up our name on paperwork and gave us the email information to get it changed. Argued with me when I questioned him about it then wouldnt let me leave until he fixed it which seemed to take overly long and never happened. The owner has told us over a dozen time of how many people he has fired in the past month. Very unprofessional and childish. Providing a refund for delivery fees are not suffecent to good customer service. Threw his phone across the room, used bad language all in front of customers.
