Great furniture at low prices!!!

Purchased an excellent Sofa and dinner table set. It cost an arm and a leg, but we love it. The owner was funny, honest,and engaging. Overall a great purchase and experience.

Bought a couch and coffee table 2 years ago and had a pleasant experience. I just moved and bought a king mattress, dresser and end table. Good prices and the staff was nice. The guy didn’t hover which I appreciated. They’re not open normal hours but it didn’t take long for an email response and we scheduled a time to meet. Delivery was quick and easy both times. The most recent experience were two guys(can’t remember the company) and honestly they were super funny and really nice.

Came here to find furniture looking at an ad I saw online. So many options! I saw a lot more than what I was looking for and was offered a great deal. Their team didn’t hover (which I appreciate) and although it took a while to say what I wanted, I was happy with the process. I also like the same day delivery. I purchased at 3:00 pm and my furniture arrived at 6!

Seems like decent place but very hot inside like unbelievably hot. So I didnt stick around to look long. Did get good deal on some furniture.

No Hi pressure sales. Pricing is excellent had 3 pieces I wanted in stock and received same day delivery by a 3rd party delivery they use. No complaints.

Within 30 to 45 minutes of visiting this place, I had a truck pull up to my house with a mattress I had just purchased. Guys were super helpful and very nice. I will be back!

So rude an unprofessional.Unable to make contact with the store. After a couple Facebook messages were sent requesting best contact practices and for information on a specific set of pieces (asking for final pricing and delivery options), I got a response 10 hours later being told they are “too busy to answer phones on weekends.”When asked for clarification due to store hours and availability (already irritated that a business wanting to earn my money would behave such a way) and was rudely told “step one, get a calculator“I understand that businesses can get busy with limited hours, but that’s simply not how you treat people if you hope to have a good relationship and a thriving business.All I hoped for was a little courtesy and a final number including delivery and tax so I could prepare.I will happily take my business elsewhere.

At first, I was a little wary. Most places that have a large amount of 5 stars reviews that people have only one post are not legitimate. This is a Great Exception. Chris, the owner, is friendly and has a great sense of business. He has a simple request, if he did a good job, leave a review. That is why there are a lot of single posts. He does a great job, so people are willing to give him a great review.We went in to scope it out and see the selection that was available. We where presently surprised. The building is a decent size warehouse, with a office upfront and the main area in the back. If there was a con to this place, it would be that the back doesnt have A/C.They have a large selection and prices that dont brake the bank. We left there with a mattress, bed frame and a sofa all for the price we would have paid for the sofa. We plan on returning when we start to look for more furniture.

Chris, Stephen and Kevin are by far the most attentive salesmen I encountered during a full day of furniture shopping! They greeted me at the door, showed me the product I was searching for without trying to upsell and even price matched a product that was more expensive because the product I was looking for was out of stock. They were courteous and extremely helpful!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Steven who was fantastic in assisting me in finding what fit best for what I was looking for! They are great people to work with and I received my mattresses same evening! They have made a forever customer!

They had a lot of selections at very good prices. I found many things that I liked. The staff was helpful, if you needed help they were available to help. Most importantly for me, they did not hover and try to sell you everything in the store.

Chris is awesome! We were able to furnish a very large house for under $7000. We furnished 4 bedrooms, a living room, and a theatre room all with this store. Chris was beyond helpful and helped us stay in our budget. Our Master bedroom arrived but the legs for the headboard were missing. We went by the store and Chris took the legs off his showroom bed so that we could assemble our bed. Finally, as we were leaving Chris gave us a set of King sheets! Lets just say that if you walk out the door dont bother calling them back to fix it. They tried to convince me that my concern wasnt valid. While they pretend to want to help. As well as throw subliminal jabs to insinuatethat youre the problem. All while we were trying to offer regular solutions that any well known franchise mattress store would of automatically offered without hesitation. Its the old saying you get what you pay for and in this case it was a lack of real customer service. Ill be sure to spend a little extra somewhere else next time.

I love this place. They stayed open past closing time just for me, did last minute same day delivery, gave me no credit check payment plan options, great low prices, and super nice customer service. I even got some new pillows. Im totally going back for more furniture.

Couches are pricey but beds prices are amazing

My mom and I looked around at a few different furniture stores before we came across Pooler Discount Furniture. We had several people we knew that highly suggested looking there. I am so glad we took their advise. Chris was very patient and didnt mind answering my moms hundreds of questions she had. He was economical when it came to prices and by far had the best looking furniture for the best prices.

Most if not all the furniture in this place is the same brands that the big stores like Ashley carry. Most of it looks to be overstock and discontinued furniture from those big chain stores. Everything is new in the box. I bought a recliner from them and while I was in the store I googled the chair on my phone and couldnt find a store that had it cheaper then they did. I would recommend this place to anyone in the market for new furniture.

My wife and I wanted to buy a living room set and a bedroom set for our son, so decided to go to your store today because of all the good reviews we saw on line. We arrived there around 3:30 and we were actually appalled by the two gentlemen at the front of the store. One was sitting by the table to your right and the other was laying on the sofa in his sweat suit. With his legs up. We walked in the store and we wasn’t greeted by any of them. We had to say hello before someone would acknowledge us. We spent about 7 minutes in the store looking around before we were asked if we needed any help. Every furniture store we every visited but yours, we were alway greeted with a hello, can I help you with something. We didn’t even get a chance to say we were just looking. I don’t know if it’s because we were black, but we didn’t feel welcome at all. As we were leaving, we told the two gentlemen there that we were turned off by how we were treated and that they didn’t provide good customer service at all. We truly believe this wouldn’t have happened if we were white. We don’t think we will be back and we will surely tell our friends how we were treated and not to shop at this store. Looking at some of the other reviews, we were not the first ones to be treated bad and definitely won’t be the last.

Great staff 👍 not a huge selection in the warehouse of couches, no reclining at all. I would need to sit on the furniture prior to purchasing and they just didnt have alot in stock for my preference.

Besides having a great selection, the staff was attentive and very helpful. Chris walked my aunt and I through the mattress selection process and helped her select a mattress that was compatible with her motorized bed frame. He was patient, answered all of our questions and even walked up mattresses from the back so we could try them out.

I walked into the warehouse and was greeted very politely and professionally assisted by Chris who helped me with my furniture concerns. The place was clean and well organized and I couldnt be happier with purchase. He even tied down and secured our stuff because we forgot our straps😀

I went into this place of business the other day with my family and was in shock with the service we received. The guy who was working there seemed pleasant at first but we seen otherwise moments later. We were told to come back another day because he (salesman) wasn’t having a good day. I couldn’t believe my ears because that is not a reason to deny our service. We just proceeded to leave the store and sat in our car to see if any other potential customers were told the same. Another family came into the store moments later and didn’t exit the store immediately like we did. Customer service definitely needs improvement here at this establishment..!!!!

I went here very skeptic of discount furniture warehouses, but to my surprise the furniture wasnt cheap quality items. Chris was amazingly helpful. He helped us find exactly what we wanted. We were in and out within 20 mins. Biggest plus, he didnt hassle us like traditional salesmen.

Limited stock and options, great price. They do have home delivery done by a third party. We ordered our queen bed, mattress and box springs and got delivered the next day. No issues.

I have bought several mattresses in the past from this store and recently got my first couch and sofa set from here as well. The personalized service that I have received from Chris, the owner, over the years is superior to any other furniture seller around and despite this fact, I always manage to save more money buying from Chris than any other furniture store in town! I mean, does the owner of the Ashley store call you after your purchase Everyone should make it a priority to at least stop by this store before making any furniture purchases elsewhere.

I went in based on reviews and the fact that they were having a huge weekend blow out. Well Im not sure what happened but when I first walked in two employees were sitting down talking, barely said hello and went back to their convo. I wandered around but was having trouble finding anything part of their sale. After about 10 mins the salesman (tall, greying beard, maybe early 40s), approached me and offered help. I asked a question about finding a Cal. King bed frame and he made comments/asked questions to the effect that I didnt know what size bed I own. Took it a step further and even made a comment about my height (Im 53) implying I didnt need the bed that I have...I brushed it off and moved on to trying to find a queen guest mattress. He wasnt helpful. It was about 30 degrees in the warehouse so to fill a silence I made a comment about it being cold and he had a snappy remark about that too. Felt like he was talking down to me because Im a young female. Was so put off I went to sit and sleep and bought a mattress above my original budget because their staff was helpful. Overall, this place did not have a large assortment, false advertisement of sales, rude staff and if you shop in the winter, its freezing. Not returning.
