Came in for a battery but they said mine was fine, only 4 years old and previously purchased from them. They diagnosed my problem as my alternator and since no mechanic could get me in, and the parts stores had to order a replacement, Heartline loaned me a charger pack to get me home. Above & beyond in service. Ive been a satisfied customer for 20 years.

Awesome place. Needed a part for a starter I needed to fix. They had one in the yard, just gave it to me! Helped answer all the other questions they could about hooking up the starter in different ways to make it work. Thanks!!

I found this place when my motorcycle battery died in the Olympic National Park. I got here they had the battery I needed and I was on my way within10 minutes. Knowledgeable and friendly workers. The price for the battery was slightly high, but I had no choice because it was the only place nearby that had a matching battery.

Family owned and operated. Great people and amazing customer service. Showed up 20 minutes before close on a dark rainy night and they still took the time to remove my old battery (which is difficult to get to) and installed the new one.

Im not local to P.A.I went into Heartline to get a battery for my girlfriends Toyota Sienna minivan. The man that helped me was polite courteous informative and professional. He tested the battery that I was replacing and.... found it to be dead(my words)He let me know it still had warranty on it.Before testing the battery he had said to the effect that, if it will take a charge hed lend me a loner battery till the one I brought in was charged up.
