Very poor customer service. Would not recomend. My husband and I have the services but now that we were treated poorly. Started next month we will be going else were. Very disappointed with how we are treated 🙄. And because I left an honest review. She thinks an okay idea to take her work home with her. And then processed to make a negative facebook post about me. This is the great customer service. We got.

I love Racheal, She is the best customer service person around. She is very knowledgeable about everything in the store. She also is very sweet, courteous, and very friendly. She is that way every time I go in there. She lets people know about promotions and great deals that are going on. Whenever I need to come in the store where she works, I look forward to seeing her, I always leave with a relieved feeling because of her. She can make a hard day better for me because she has a wonderful personality ! There are certain people that can be in customer service and do it well, SHE is the best at customer service. When I come in the store, I know I will be taken care of because she has the answers to be able to help. I cannot say enough about how wonderful of an experience I have when I go in there and she is working.

We went in to get a hotspot for the house and walked out with a better deal for 2 new phones! Rachel was amazing. She talked us through everything and really explained every aspect so we could make the best, most informed decision. I actually switched from cricket to metro just because she made things so easy!!

The manager, Charles, was very knowledgeable about the phones and plans available in his store. He wasnt pushy like other salespeople Ive talked to in the past. He was able to explain all of his products with confidence and flair that made it easy to see that he loved his work. The store is fairly new, but Charles knew all of the ins and outs of the business.I definitely recommend this store if someone is in the market for a new phone. MetroPCS operates on the ever-evolving t-mobile network and the staff here definitely keep up on the services that are offered by the company.

PS: Not metro ! TMobile store PA ! I bought 2 promotional S20 phones in this store After a couple days I change my mind and return the phones I paid over $1900 for bought devices and within 3 days T-Mobile was already sending me $200 bill for two phones that never been activated are use whatsoever but I already changed my mind and brought the phones back the manager promised me the only bill associated with the phones were cancel to do not worry about Jessica know if I receive any bills it cost me for three daysThat I had the phone in my possession had over $300 in fees and restocking fees and I’m still getting bills from them demanding $200 There is no customer service whatsoever good luck talking to somebody over the phone when I actually got a hold of somebody they told me there’s nothing I can do for me but I got to go back in the store and talk to the manager well does this store is close now due covid 19 so good luck to me advice don’t do it

Dont sign up with this phone carrier not in Port Angeles anyways. Metro PCS runs of T mobile towers and they Suck!!!!

I went in to have my phone reactivated after a few months. When I did. Itd had already been too long and my number was given to someone else. So I had to pay a fee for reactivation as well as an in store fee and for a new sim card. But the man that helped me with my phone was able to save me an extra $45 that I otherwise wouldnt of had. I ended up getting my phone reactivated for only $33. I highly recommend Metro PCS, but PAs office specifically.

We walked out with 2 phones, 2 cases, better coverage, lower cell phone bills, better phones all for 100.00. Been there three times now and they are never open. Was there at 5:06pm closed. Wonder if they are shut down for awhile when my brother and I when in Rachel did tell us they were closing for 2 or three weeks in December or January.

Service is not good calls drop frequently I always just get voicemails out of nowhere picture messages dont go through they dont have many phones in stock sales person Rachael Johnson takes work home and complains about them on her personal Facebook

The only problem I have is that twice we have gone down to the store when online says its open and both times it has been closed. Once was in a Saturday and the other was today. The hours online need to be updated.
