I came into this store yesterday and Kelvin was the person that help me.He was kind, charismatic and very professional, I don’t speak good English because it is not my native tounge. I was struggling to find the right words and Kelvin asked me if I spoke Spanish to which I answer yes I did, he offered to help me in Spanish if it would be easier for me which I said it would!Kelvin made the experience stress free and very easy to understand for me. It is a big help to have someone in your store that speaks Spanish, I will be telling my friends about him and recommending him to anyone that needs help with phones and help with Verizon
Big thanks to the employees of this Verizon location. They were extremely helpful. I had an issue a few weeks ago with the billing for my business account that was terminated and cancelled. They got involved and they were able to resolve the issue quickly. Great service and I could not be happier. Highly recommend this location. Aubrey was involved in resolving the billing issue. She even called me personally to follow up. She called the customer service and took care of the problem. After the issue was resolved, she called me to let me know and emailed me the confirmation. Thank you aubrey and your staff for your impeccable service, your great attitude and your desire to help the customer. You guys definitely earned this review. I highly recommend this location.

This place is terrible and wont have anything youll need unless of course youre trying to upgrade and give them an arm and a leg. At all costs avoid this place. Youll more likely than not waste your time and gas going out there.
Chantell was extremely helpful and professional when she replaced my wifes phone that fell overboard. She managed to retrive almost all the information, pictures, apps etc from the old phone. Very reasonable as for as price goes and just a pleasure to deal with. VERY HAPPY !!! Highly recommended, and would definitely go back !
Last time I was in which was a week ago the associates and manager working were fabulous. Especially since I had a very bad experience at the Sequim location. The associate helping me then forgot to add the insurance for my new phone purchase and forgot to give me the receipt so I could enroll for my warranty. I called and they were very nice and told me to come in. I did on the only day I have off to fix the mistake. When I arrived they had several people waiting. I started to stand in line and an associate that I have never seen before named, Adam looked at me and rudly shouted across the room that he was the only one that was here (which was not true because there was another associate there) and that he was going to help the others that were first and if he had time he would help me. This was shocking as it was not even close to close. I dont know if its practice here to be rude to customers when they are coming in to fix your mistake and to refuse to help them because you dont want to work your entire shift. Not impressed at all!!
Adam helped me over the phone and again in store, got me set up with a new iPhone and was incredibly patient and helpful getting everything setup. Can’t recommend this guy and this place enough!!
The employees there are very nice and helpful. You can get the help you need on purchasing what they have in the store. Right now on popular phones you may need to order a few days in advance. Also be aware that the Go Wireless store is not affiliated with Verizon. But they do sale Verizon products, phones and any other products (i.e. Otter Box, etc.) that work with Verizon service.
Worst customer service experience ever!! Been back and forth with cooperate and this nasty manager that works at this store!! Nobody explained to us if we paid our phone off early that in turn would cancel the BOGO free deal we opted for. Why would I pay it off it if would cancel the deal that makes no sense at all!! Spoke with 2 associates and the manager about this situation and she flat out lied and said all her employees are tenner and would have explained this to us. No not one time did die or anyone say this to us!! She is not willing to right her wrong and I will tell everyone how terrible this Verizon store is!!
Absolutely awful. totally rude and do not follow corporate policy at all. They just want hours and to power trip over people knowing their livelihoods often revolve around their phones. They do not want to help you, I went to the sequim location and had an efficient, stress free interaction.
At least two of their employees there are rude and refuse to mask, despite mandates. I dont care if youre vaccinated (and I dont take your word that you really are, because your social media indicates youre not, Aubrey). Its people like this that are prolonging this pandemic. Came here to get a pre-paid setup on my first time in the United States. The clerk was very friendly and it was interesting talking as I worked in a Canadian cellphone store at the time. On our way out another customer swore at us for being Canadian as apparently we were being too friendly with the clerk for his liking. Overall memorable first experience in the United States.
Most of the sales staff is fairly nice, but I will be truthful the manager has some issues and it has costs me and my husband thousands of dollars because of his misrepresentation of the products and promotions they are selling.A year ago we went into his store to purchase new phones. I had seen online an add that showed buy one, get one free through Verizon. We were leaving on a trip and wanted to have the phones sooner than the website could get them to us.He said he could honor what the Verizon website had to offer and in addition, he could give us two free watches and two tablets. I was shocked, I was going to get two phones, two watches and two tablets for the cost of one phone. I asked him if he was joking and he said no it was for Black Friday and it was an awesome deal. He swore that all it would show on the bill was a penny for each tablet and each watch.I had been screwed by Verizon before and I should have known better, but I let him talk me into going ahead with the deal thinking that it was something great. I should have known that something was wrong when their system was down and I never got a printed out receipt of the transaction. I had to put like $500 down on that and was not happy about getting a receipt. the manager did go on to further tell us that it would take up to two months for the billing cycles to show all of the so-called discounts.Well it has been over a year and my bill has never been less than $400-$600 a month. What the manager failed to tell me was the fact that each watch and tablet had a plan just like a phone and that I could not cancel unless I wanted to pay the full price of each product. Oh yeah and the other phone was not free.Sadly every time I have tried to call Verizon about this, I am given the run around and told there is nothing they can do. I have been told by a co-worker that he had the same issue so I am not the only one.Like I said before, some of the sales staff down there are great, but the manager leaves much to be desired. If he has to lie to make sales then he should not be the manager.
EXTREMELY hot in there! And waiting for THAT long wouldnt have been so bad if ANY of the employees would have at least acknowledged us there...

Every time Ive gone in there theyve been unable to help me with my issue. I either need to go online or visit an actual Verizon store not an authorized retailer. The employees are usually pretty nice though, store is clean.
I would give it ZERO stars if I could. They Discriminate at the Port Angeles, Washington store. So if you have to go to a Verizon store I would suggest that you find a different store to go to.

From the minute I walked in the door, Tyler took such good care of me. I was having trouble with my phone, and he got busy checking it out, turned out it was toast, he got me all set up with a new phone and tablet. Transferred every thing over for me and made sure all was working good. Got home and had a little problem, called and he had me come back in and fixed it all up.What a great experience and great customer service.

Tyler is amazing! This was the first time in a couple of years that I went into that store. Previously I was told they couldn’t help me since they weren’t a real Verizon store. Today Tyler not only fixed my problem, he did it cheerfully and with excellent customer service. I am glad to be able to have a local store to support instead of going into the big city!

Our experience at GoWireless, Port Angeles, WA, was amazing! Tyler was very helpful with solving our IPhone charging port problem, and also recommended methods to prevent the problem in the future. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Weve visited this store in the past, and the staff was useless (frankly). What a great, positive turnaround to have Tyler on board! Because the customer service on the phone messed up, this team picked up their dropped ball and took it All the way in for the goal. Tyler was extremely helpful. I had troubles switching service at other Verizon locations. I walked in and he took the time to make sure my phone worked correctly and I got on the right plan. I highly recommend asking for him when working with this location.
Tyler was awesome. He offered to fix my phone himself with his computer when Verizon tech support kept giving me the run around. Although he wasn’t able to fix it (the phones fault) he was still super helpful and apologetic. 10/10, would recommend.

I never take the time out of my day to write reviews for places, but felt the need for the Verizon store! I always am scared going into places like this because it seems like the sales people typically try to pressure you into a more expensive buy or into buying extras. I was pleasantly surprised when I didnt experience any of this in the store this morning! Kyley was extremely helpful. I explained my situation and why I was just looking for a smartphone on the cheaper end of things and she instantly hooked me up with an affordable phone I am happy with! Didnt even once try to pressure me into getting something expensive or fancy that I really didnt want (waiting on my S6 Edge to be fixed). She was very nice and helpful! She even took her time to explain the process of phone upgrades when it is my time for one (which isnt even until May I believe). I am happy that something I was dreading having to do ended up being such a pleasant experience! Thank you!

I could not get my phone to activate so I stopped by the Verizon store for help. Mackenzie was awesome. We had to call Verizon customer service and the rep was very confused. Mackenzie was very professional and repeatly explained my problem to the rep until the rep understood and finally helped with the connectivity. I appreciate this kind of service as I would have gotten frustrated and probably got upset. Mackenzie gave great customer service!!

Josh helped us yesterday transfer a number on our Verizon Account to a purchased elsewhere IPhone. He was so helpful and answered all of our dumb questions and even told us to write down any other questions as we got to know our phone.....then bring the questions up to anyone in the store.... they would ALL be glad to help! I had been told that this was the place to go for any help with Verizon....even though it is not in our city....we drove over there ....and boy, are we glad we did!

Michael was very helpful regarding several issues I was having with my Samsung S5. The car mode was frustrating me and interfering with car safety/distraction every time I started my car. He was willing to allow me to demonstrate the problem by going to my car. I know that I would not have received the same help at the location I purchased my phone - they only allow 2 questions per visit. I understand that since their little cubicle only has room for 2 employees at a time. From now on I will deal with this Port Angeles location. Thank you Michael.

These dudes were amazing! They were Super busy, but managed to help me quick and painlessly. I was especially impressed with the way Chris went to bat for this sweet lady he was helping. He was genuinely frustrated with way she had been treated, which displayed customer service perfection in my book! Michael ( who primary assisted me) even temporarily cut his luchbreak short to help me. In the short time I was there, I witnessed many frustrated customers leave with their issues solved and smiles on their faces! Store #330, YOURE DOING IT RIGHT!
Visited the store because we were having trouble transferring a company phone from AT&T to Verizon and they helped out.
This place might be better for someone with a phone plan, but I do not recommend it for prepaid. They only had one prepaid phone and no simcards for changing prepaid phones to verizon. Better luck going to walmart wireless for prepaid phones. I also found the clerks to not be as knowledgeable in regards to prepaid phones as their plans.

Came in to get a new phone, they raved about their package deal on a case and screen protector. Turns out you dont save a dime since they charge you an $80 go wireless fee. Then when I went to return the stuff since its WAY cheaper online they were out to lunch so I had to wait in my car a half hour with my toddler since we had to drive into town specifically for this. Only to find out there was a $20 set up fee I have to pay now since I didnt get their package deal. He spent ten minutes tops putting my case, screen protector on, and clicking through the set up. If I would have know they were gowing to charge me $120 an hour to do that I would have done it myself. Very disappointed in their sneaky tactics and taking advantage of the fact I was in a hurry the first time since my toddler was tired and cranky and left out some very big details, and then going to lunch without having this posted in their online hours so I had to wait a half hour with a sick toddler the second time.
They might have good customer service, but they lie to their customers.

When dealing with this company remember, they are only a retailer for Verizon. Any trouble beyond simple issues they just tell you to call Verizon. I signed up for service and live out in Sekiu. The service didnt work, this store was NO HELP. Verizon cancelled the service and then took money from my account anyway. The took a total of $300+ dollars from my account and now say they want to wait until end of the billing cycle before I get a refund, this is for a mistake that was made when entering my information by GO WIRELESS. The two play off each other and blame each other for any big issues. Call GO WIRELESS and they say call Verizon, call Verizon and they say talk to the retailer. Horrible experience, better to go to an authorized actual Verizon store if you want Verizon.

Tyler was a wealth of knowledge and when my charger failed on day 2, it was replaced with no hassle or interrogation that you usually get on a warranty item, ill wait till hes working to go back if I need to.

Tiffany was pretty amazing. She is a super star at multitasking and dealing with up to 5 customers at once simultaneously while on hold even. I have spent over 3 hours at the store between 2 days trying to get issues resolved. Tiffany was very helpful in spite of the obvious problem of being under staffed

The worst place to buy a phone horrible customer service - total rip off artists I bought two phones there both had problems within the first week and were defective. Tried to return and they basically said too bad- thats what insurance is for! No support, high pressure sales people go to corporate store, avoid this place like the plague!
