Very impressive customer service experience here. Were able to switch our phones during our vacation and did so with patience and expertise. While there, we saw them help several other customers with same quality from an elderly man who was confused about an app (not even a t-mobile problem) to others hoping to upgrade etc. I belive at one time or anther all the employees working chimed in as they dont get many Sprint switches but the assistant manager, Nick? was phenomenal. We have never experienced service like this at our home location and were very impressed. Thank you!

These guys were horrible. All I wanted to do was pay my bill and that took 20 minutes just to complete. And they were quite and held back with attitude the entire time. For some reason they needed to switch my sim card, after they changed it my entire contacts list was deleted. The man helping me didnt seem to know what he was doing and the guy hovering him seemed to be frustrated with him and constantly sighing about the transaction. They were rude not very helpful and to be honest the worst bunch of salesman iv ever dealt with in my life. Id advise taking the extra 20 minute drive to Sequim to the other t-mobile store.
