I went in with a hyperpigmentation problem and Kina was fabulous!!! Hands down! I was very happy with her assistance and knowledge. She knew exactly what product and shade of foundation that I needed. She also had such a welcoming friendly personality and that is VERY VERY important to me. I will definitely be back to get the foundation that was perfect for me . It was makeup forever R230. Kina I greatly appreciate you fixing my problem!!
Johanna was amazing. I ran in on my lunch and she helped me with great customer service. She was so polite and gave me a sample. I asked her to get the manager so I could tell her what a great employee she is. Great 1st visit. Thank you Johanna
This is the best Sephora ive been too, i dont know why people are giving it low ratings. I go often, ask for help and i get it. If a color doesnt match i get a return, They do seem to change employees alot idk why, but ive never had a bad experience so far.
I went in December 7th 2019. Im new to Sephora I went a month ago for the first time and had a wonderful experience, the ladies were helpful about everything and answered every questioned so I said Id definitely come back and got excited about Sephora. Well I went in December 7th 2019 and different ladies were in there and they were not helpful at all. There were about 5 ladies in there and they were to busy looking in the mirror doing their makeup and gossiping. Id ask a question they would answer and walk away. They were out of a certain pallet of eyeshadow instead of helping me find one similar they would just walk off and continue doing their makeup and talking. I grabbed the eye shadow and walked around the store to find one similar without their help because they seem interested in us at all. When I was finally done I went to check out a d they didnt even look up or notice so I had to go them and interrupt their conversation so they could check me out. Makes me think twice about shopping there again.
I am a Rouge insider and have become pretty versed in all thing Sephora. Jacob, who needs a new class on customer service is a pretty terrible employee. I fully understand the returns policy and Jacob thinks its appropriate to tell me something that is opposite of what the receipt says. I purchased an item from another location (free standing). He tells me that something I purchased 2 days ago that was tried once would receive a partial refund. That is not true! I leave quietly and get my information verified by a sephora customer service rep. She explained he was not being truthful. I called back and asked for him to explain. He says oh you can talk to the computer if you want. For some strange reason, he was upset after I called him an idiot for that comment. Do not insult me with such a stupid comment and expect not to be told how you sound. I will never support this place again. Its sad that he thinks he can speak to me as if I am less than somehow. Youre in the service industry. Figure it out.
Always a wonderful experience for me. All the associates are very friendly and helpful.
I will never shop at Penneys again because they employ rude people and one person even assaulted a senior citizen a few weeks ago
