The store has a lot to offer, I love it. I bought a fathers day gift for one of my sons.

Service was quick and very helpful. I was able to ship my package without any trouble or inconvenience toe at all. I was greeted with a friendly smile and immediately ask how they could be of service to me. I couldnt have ask for more.

Quick. Easy. Friendly staff. Drop off mail, fax something, theyll even wrap a present that youre mailing. Good prices on mailing and the have a good selection of items to purchase.

Ive always shipped here and never had a problem. Ive never been charged with anything unless it was a shipping label but the last 2 times I went there the people were very rude. The time before today the lady told me that I had to pay a dollar the next time I came in. Even though I told her that I havent been charged for the times before because my shipping label was already paid for. Today, I went in to ship again and the lady there was a different lady from before and told me that I had to pay $2 this time. I told her that I was never charged before but I had come in with only $1 since that was what the lady from before had said. So I had to pay with my card since I only had a couple of coins. She then rudely stated that there was a $5 limit and told me that since I didnt have any money that she would let it go this time. Then she yanked the package off the counter and stomped off rudely without saying anything else to me and shook her head and muttered some words under her breath. I felt very disrespected and not helped at all. I will never ship here again, since the people there cant seem to make up their minds on how much they want to charge their customers. Also the service there was rude.

This place is clean & nice. Employee is friendly, but it has been very frustrating going there these past few times. Only one worker there at one time and I wait in line 20 minutes just to pick up a package. To the owner...please put more than one worker at a time

They are very helpful, courteous and price are reasonable.

The FlagShip Notary staff are not well informed on working with out of state forms. I had to make 4 trips to get a form notarized, only to have them refuse to complete the process. I called the State in Austin and explained the issue. Sandy of the Texas State Notary Department exclaimed that the Flagship Notary was misinformed and to use another Notary.....which I did.
