This store is one of the our most favorite stores of my family and friends...we practically fully furnished and decorated our household and outdoor areas by their products... They have great selection of all styles and very compatible prices...(and just not one time, we moved a lot)... we also buy there some healthy chips and some pantry staples...

They usually have what Im looking for and they have Halloween stuff out right now!! Yayyyyy!!!!! Oh and the store is clean but employees are a tad on the rude side. The lady that checked me out was not very friendly. 🤷‍♀️

Hello! At this time I bought there wonderful set of pots.Good price and excellent quality.I love this round shape !

They have everything you need for your house. Not the cheapest store but the stuff looks nice and unique. Not as unique as Pier 1. But unique as in NOT Ikea. Lots of decorations and useful household things. Trinkets and bath items. Even some small furniture and high quality linens.

The pet accessory department is adorable...I just got my dog 6 weeks ago, so Im a sucker, lol. Found this great pet friendly blanket for my pup and new throw pillows:)

Today was my first time in the store and when I was checking out the woman asked if I wanted 5% off my purchase for signing up for a Rewards card. I told her specifically I DO NOT want a credit card and she said it isnt.When I got home I got an alert from the credit bureau about a hard inquiry. I looked at my receipt and that woman signed me up for Mastercard credit card. I am FUFIOUS!!I called the store manager and she said my credit would go down if I closed the account. She suggested I leave it open and it would just. Lose in 4 to 6 months.I will NOT return to that store again!!!Beware!!

Great Place To Do Shopping

Had lots of interesting things.

Was on a mission, found the 3 items I needed at great prices, & was on my way.

Worth the drive. Coastal decor, Quality rugs, very nice indoor potted faux plants, flowers and trees. Mexican pottery and large deco pots for outdoors. Martha Stuart and Nautica brand outdoor furniture. Throw pillows and lumbar pillows in many different colors. Easter decor everywhere right now and Saint Patricks day decor too. Nice light quilts. Pots and pans many high end brands. Dont forget to check out clearance isles.

Did not have what I wanted. The merchandise was nice and the employees very pleasant.

They hv very cool stuff at good $. You have to walk the entire store in order to see what youre looking for. I am sure this is intentional. The same category of product can be in four or five different places in the store. Makes the shopping experience longer than a guy like me would like, however, you never know what youre going to find. Youll find things you wont find elsewhere. I like the concept, but would prefer that all product of a particular category would be in one place 🙂.

Customer Service is terrible at Port Charlotte location. Returned something today that purchased yesterday at Venice. Had receipt, credit card I had used, prices still in tact. Woman said shed take back this time, but next time would tell me to return toVenice. Ive witnessed in past., the rude manner that even manager talks to customers.

Love this store!

There were chairs on a display pedestal & a customer sat in the chair and the chair fell off the pedestal with the customer on it. I went & told an employee at the front that looked like she was in charge because I didnt want anyone to get hurt. She got all huffy & never resolved the safety issue. Another customer asked her a question & she was very short with her. This store is not as nice as it used to be.

Ive always liked shopping at Home Goods. This was my first trip back to the Port Charlotte, FL storein many months. I noticed prices are considerably higher and not as much stock. I do like the store and it is laid out so product is easy to find. Even though I didnt find anything to purchase this trip, I will definitely continue to shop at this store.

This was our first venture to Port Charlotte, and we regret not driving this direction before! It is a fabulous store, very clean, and well-stocked. We actually had a selection of 9x12 rugs to choose from. The SUV was fully loaded on our return trip.

Love this Store! Great Home Decor for less. If I don’t go at least once a week I get withdrawal symptoms 😉 Seriously whatever you need for your home or also as a gift, check there first - really good selection also for seasonal decorations. Small section for food as well, jams, oil, Coffee, spices and more.

Love this store! But on my most recent visit... there was someone at the front door greeting shoppers but really it was to inform people they were closing (in my case) in 25 minutes. As I walked through the store I kept getting the stink eye from employees that were organizing the shelves... then when I got to the front area where you normally wait in line to check out (the store still wasnt closing for 14 minutes) the cashier asks if Im ready to check out... I said nooo Im still looking at some of the items they had on the shelving near by. I felt I was rushed the entire way through the store. Ive worked in many places that closing time is a very grey area...If you have someone that is shopping in your store that may have spent a few hundred dollars an extra 10 minutes would not have hurt your payroll. TBH they probably would have still been there cleaning the store after closing time. Because I was rushed out I only ended up getting 1 thing for $25:(I probably will go back because they have such awesome stuff...but, WOW that customer service was terrible 😨

Lots odds and ends here, you never know what you will find but there are some bargains for your home if you search. Works best if you want something special if you plan to go every week until you find it. Plenty of seasonal decorations and small home furnishings, pictures, lamps, rugs, etc.

Inventory lower than usual, fewer clearance items, but still a fun place to shop.
