I purchase stuff at your store in Englewood quite often and most of the time I cannot find a lumber cart of any kind due to the store using them for storage of product and this isn’t the first time, I know it makes it easy for employees to move stuff but so do pallets and pallet jacks, (use them) it s extremely annoying when someone needs a cart to purchase actual product and there in none to be found…I attached some photos for reference and there were no customers using these, there were more being used like storage but I didn’t have all day to take photos.

Increasingly, Home Depot like many other companies is attempting to garner a larger market share by advertising products at prices which cant be found at its stores. Check the advertisement carefully before youGo in so you wont waste a trip, finding onlyMuch higher priced alternatives instead. This is a nation wide practice.

Started a deck project over a month ago. Picked through the wood they had available and chose about 10. Got to checkout to realize that the wood was mixed. Back to return half, asked if they could bring out the other stock they had. The manager said they would and we said we would be back...We are told the following day by an employee we needed to pick from what was there first. NOT! We were just there and they STILL dont have the new wood down AND its now $3 more a piece. Lowes here we come!

In keeping with the community standard of courtesy and politeness I was greeted at the door and assisted with direction. At self checkout my proctor was pleasant and engaging with dialogue as I rolled the bar codes. Helpful people helping people. Well done team!

This store is great so close to my house. People are friendly. I am amazed how rude people are if you come in wearing a mask why take another mask from the box? These mask are for people who arent wearing one for whatever reason. I am also amazed the same dude that took the mask is here complaining about an employee who let him know what he did was wrong. These liberals and their entitlements. Incredible..

What a wretched place. Zero customer service. Made an appointment to have a kitchen remodel designed. Website says make sketch and take pictures. Appointment was supposed to be one to one and a half hours. And free. Right from the beginning Brian was obviously not interested in helping. Seemed not to understand what we wanted. Showed him the sketch and right away he said someone would have to come out and measure before we could do anything. Not free. $95. Why were we there if someone had to come out first. He asked if we just wanted to order cabinets. We informed him that the web site said they could demo and install. Then I mentioned it was a manufactured home. He stated that they did not demo mobile homes. I said No. It is a manufactured home not a mobile home Nope. Same thing he says. He was totally clueless. A note on the website would have been helpful. This is Florida and the percentage of manufactured homes is pretty high. I havent been a customer of Home Depot for years. Not since the superior Lowes came around. Thought Id try again but they are still low quality. Low customer service. Dont waste your time.

I love this home depot every time I go there the employees are very nice and so helpfulI am currently doing a project for my nieces and Mike in the paint department was absolutely wonderful so pleasant and so so helpful with all my ?s and everything that I needed for my project/Linda was my cashier she was also so nice and friendlyThe man in the appliance department I did not get his name but he is from NY or NJ he was the nicest a pleasure to talk to and also so helpful with looking for a new dishwaher

Cabinets ordered and prepaid shipped to store. Out of 24, 10 broken cabinets had to be refunded then reordered and paid for. at the store. Which meant I had to make a trip everytime (double trips). This cycle has recurred 4 times on one lower cabinet. Then watched as employee placed broken cabinet on the shelf.Very poor management

Ive been a loyal customer of Home Depot for years and have never had a probkem with returns or price matches. Hone Depot advertuces a low price guarantee but this store in Englewood refused to price match a regular priced item in stick at Lowes. Im having to go to Lowes to get the item now. I giess Ill be doing most of my shopping at Lowes going forward

Loved it and was able to find everything that I needed and if I was not able to find what I needed I had excellent works that could lead me to what I was looking for.

My wife purchased a $350 gift card to purchase a tool box for my birthday. I was initially bummed when the every day price for the box went up $50. No big deal. I wanted to buy it for a long time. I had to round up 2 young and strong men to help me get the 250 pound box home. After the guys left I unpacked it and it had a large dent on the side right through the paint. Ok. I scheduled the guys to come back so we could return it. That week they didn’t have another one in stock. Waited another week and rounded up the boys again and went down and purchased another. The box looked perfect. Got it home and...you guessed it...an even bigger dent right in the front. Now it took a week to get the guys back over to help get it back to the store. They wouldn’t give me my money back in cash. Even though the gift card was purchased with cash. The Assistant Manager Sandi was rude and definitely did not care. I tried to explain the issue and basically was told to pound sand and issued a store credit. It was probably just her, I have never been talked to by a Home Depot employee like that before.

Nice store, helpful associates but low on inventory of some popular cleaning supplies.

I give home Depot only three stores because they have a sales on items they dont keep in stock. They cannot order it for you. Very disappointed.

Quality goods. Decent prices for the most part eliminates too much cost checking. Wide, easily navigable aisles and associates knowledgeable, ready, willing and able to assist

This Home Depot is usually well stocked and has helpful people to assist you. Their decorative tile selection is also pretty good.

Mr will wells in kitchen design dept worked up a completedesign with all the items we need to redo our kitchen. Thank you Home Depot for having 30 yrs of service people to help us to be able to take on projects like this.thanks will for all your help and your patience..

IN Home Depot, I Had 3 Wonderful Men That Have Gone Over And About. One Works In The Back of The Store! Hes got a long Beard! He said I dont know if I can help you but I sure will try! So you did not have the product that I need it! So he wrote it out what the parts were numbers for the parts the aisle they would be on! He was incredible! Then yesterday October 3rd! I went in for some PVC pipe and that man was so loyal to his job! Then he sent me to the screw aisle which I believe is 14! And that man told me exactly! I needed! And that was better than screws for my umbrella! Today if you think about it not many people will go out of their way to help you out 😉! But in two weeks I found so much help that I needed!I thank you guys I hope you read this because you are number one in my life!

This is the first time I have ever given the Home Depot such a bad rating. 50 percent of the customers do not bother wearing masks, as well as numerous employees who wear it over thier chin.Only half the building items on my list were available, the rest out of stock. The two nearest stores also out of stock. Had to purchase elsewhere.The layout of this store is confusing. Why electrical and plumbing share the same isle is beyond me. The lighting section is in another section of the store.I understand this store is in a residential area, but when your employees shuffle rather than walk, your customers get frustrated at the time it takes to get help. Only to find out your out of stock.Sorry Home Depot, but this store needs to be looked at by management.

Outstanding service by Gayle in the window treatment department. Ordered custom blinds and vendor said they were shipped and delivered but it was not the case. Spoke to Gayle and she reordered the blinds, subsequently the original orders was delivered. Gayle just called to make sure I was satisfied. Outstanding customer service.

See, I come from Maine. This store is nothing like a Maine Home Depot. I walked in and saw touch screen registers with scanning guns. I saw talking curbside pickup parking spaces. I saw a massive store that completely shocked me. Didnt stop for much, but it was quite the experience, nevertheless.

They didnt have the front door that I found on their website in store. No one asked if I needed help in spending the $504.00 I had budgeted for this new door, so I left without purchase.

Terrible. Overpriced. Lowes is much better

Inside the store you can find some help, the curbside pickup needs help. I waited over 40 mins after texting and emailing them as per the text msg that they sent me and the signs. Finally had to go inside and when I explained how long I had waited, no apology or explaination was given. Curbside pick up needs a customer service class.

They have everything you need and then some. The man who helped in the carpet section was extremely helpful.

Im disappointed in the Englewood HD, it seems that they are limited on stock, they almost never have what I need. No one seems to care.When you ask for help, the sales person almost always calls someone else, that never shows up.No stock, and poor service.

Im here all the time Ive spent thousands at this specific store over the years. Usually everyone is helpful but I had an encounter with an extremely rude lady at the self check out area. I specifically go to the self check out so I dont have any employees touching my belongings with covid. I have family that is at a higher risk due to health reasons that requires me to be extra safe in stores. She instantly grabbed my stuff in the self check out & I did not ask her to do that. She questioned me several times and assumed I would forget my receipt. Everyone else Ive encountered has been great besides her. I didnt catch her name as I was in a rush but she slowed me down quite a bit and provided terrible customer service. Not someone you want representing a company that takes pride in their exceptional customer service. Probably the last time Ill give anymore business to this location specifically. Great staff, store is clean and well stocked...not too crowded. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars? Home Depot does not carry a weed killer that doesnt harm amphibians and reptiles, as well as bees. For those of you that dont know; honey bees are important-SO important that if we kill all the bees, the world as we know it will die off. Literally. That being said...I am going to make an organic weed killer that wont kill everything else.

They always have everything I need. This home depot has the best garden dept. I bought a night jasmine there that nobody else had. The associates are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Ordered curbside pickup. Got email and text saying order was ready only to get up to the store 15 minutes later to find curbside pickup is closed. I then asked an employee standing in the parking lot that then points to the sign and says it closed at 6. I said why then did I get an email that it was ready for curbside pickup. He says you have to go in the store if its after hours. I said if I wanted to do that I wouldnt have choose curbside pickup!!!! Go in the store and more rude employees said the same thing. Heres the thing though if I wanted curbside pickup thats means I didnt want to go in the store and when you get the email saying someones order is ready for curbside pickup in that email it sould state that if your coming after 6 to 6 your going have to go in the store anyway!!! Not cool home depot!!!!

Extremely busy today on MLK Day. Unfortunately, no one to enforce the face masks were being used or worn correctly. Im sure having so many people helps busy but without individuals being asked to wear masks or use them properly, it was just another COVID spreader! 😢

I am very new to the area; (4weeks) in my new home. I have been in this HD many times for several services. From replacing carpet to getting new ceiling fans this is my go to. I’m giving this store a 5 stars not just because of the employees but because of the continuous hard work Keith the manager put forth to satisfy the customers. I really appreciate their service and showing up everyday, so we can get our our stuff to do whatever we need to accomplish. Thanks guys stay safe, you are in my prayers.

I run a small handyman service and I frequently get my supplies from this Home Depot. I had to get a large amount of wood for a project I was working on and I received outstanding service from Mats, Gin, and Jesse. They helped me check out and even load my truck. I saved a bunch of time on my project by them helping me out. I also had a gentleman assist with concrete blocks and sand loading. Just a great staff

Found exactly what I needed in and out under 10 minutes. So Id say pretty good.

25 minutes to get 30 bags of paver base loaded. 2 people working on it. Slow as molasses. I threw them in the truck from the fork lift, myself.

Needed keys made. Was extremely helpful.

3 stars because of the appliance section. The rest of the store gets 5 stars. Went in with my wife to buy a new dishwasher. When we picked out the model we informed the associate we wanted to purchase the item. When we told him we wanted a different finish he informed us that it would be more money, normally I would understand and more then likely pay the difference. But when looking on the Home Depot website it was the same price for all finishes. When telling the associate this he just said yeah it’s going to be more money. I said why can’t you honor the web site this the same company? He proceeded to say he couldn’t because it was already marked down. So I said fine I’ll just buy off the web site he then proceeds to say that he wouldn’t buy it off the web site because of shipping problems. So we went to Best Buy and bought it for the same price. If the salesmen was willing to help at all I would have without a doubt purchased our dishwasher from Home Depot. This is the only department that is unwilling to help. I want to point out that literally every other department has done above and beyond for me and my family and many occasions.

Purchased a grill for my parents on 11/28/20. Called the local store Englewood store and requested them to leave the grill in the package and not to assemble. They said they would leave a note on it! My parents arrived and a lady asked them why were they parking there, because of the rain? and the grill was assembled! This store has the worst customer service.
