We had a ceiling leak from plumbing that another plumbing company could not find. Upon calling the office, they were able to get a plumber over within 2 hours. He too, could not find the leak, but instead of giving up, notified the office, and they sent 2 more guys over to help find it. Together, all three of them worked together to replicate it and find the source. They did not give up, and were able to find it and repair it for a reasonable cost. They even texted me pictures of the faulty fitting and repair and were extremely professional. AMAZING customer service! I highly recommend them, and will use them for all my future plumbing issues! Also, props to Chuck for not only sending Craig out earlier than scheduled, but sending out the cavalry to help him (I wish I had caught their names- they were the best!)

Steve came out, assessed our problem, deduced what the problem was, and fixed it. He got on the roof with his camera(pretty cool!) and saw where the pipe was plugged. He then got the rotor and cleaned out the drain. He kept us informed of everything he was doing, and triple checked to make sure our drain was working properly. Very knowledgeable, very professional, very friendly. I would recommend this company anytime!

Arrived when expected. Cabled my sewer. Ive had problems with it before so when they suggested putting a camera in my line I said go ahead. Turns out I had a grease build up where my sewer met with the city sewer. They not only showed me the clogged portion in real time with the camera but also showed me what it looked like when it was cleared. They sent me video of what they recorded via email. They were professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. 10/10 would call again.

This place would make a good location to buy plumbing materials. I went in to buy a simple standard shower drain and some lady that supposedly worked there rolled her eyes and was completely confused about what i asked for. I asked to look at there stock, because after asking 3 times for what i wanted and she was still confused she said no way! Ive never been to a plumbing store or hardware store where i couldnt look in the aisle for materials. This place wasted my time and dont let it waste yours! Avoid stopping here. Ferguson is where i went after this place and they had what I wanted and were much better schooled on plumbing parts.

When charging $321 to fix a $220 water heater, it would be a good business practice to inform homeowner of the cost prior to moving forward. Also charging time when your tech did not have wires hooked up correctly and trying to trouble shoot and sending me for batteries when the problem was that the tech hooked up power lines incorrectly is so wrong.So, fixed yes but brush up on handlung customers.
