Love the bed, have had it for over 7 yrs, its the best thing, solved my back & neck pain, go to bed hurting, wake up, feeling no pain & Im in my 50s

Did purchase over the phone, never entered the store. Sales lady was able to work with me and made the process easy and quick. Had bed purchased in less then 10 minutes. It did help that I had a sleep number bed already and so the sale was simple.

Not enough help to assist customers on this large purchase. We had to make 2 trips in order to get all questions answered and still ended up leaving the store without a purchase. We ended up finalizing on the phone. Sales person we had was good but was working alone on a big sale day and had about 6 customers at one time.This is not a way to run a business. We do worry about future service if we need it.

This is our first Sleep Number mattress and we met another couple in the store that was purchasing their second one after 12 years of owning their first. My experience in the store was good, my results were poor. I communicated I needed 1 item from my purchase by 12.27 and was assured that was not a problem. On 12:26 I’m now told, I won’t receive until 12/31. I may just be returning my whole $600+ purchase.

Chris was so great at Port Charlotte!! I am extremely picky about pillows...and he was super patient with helping me find the right fit, even with coming back twice to let me try out different ones. Recommend to everyone and definitely ask for Chris!!!! Also, not to mention the bed is great!

Staff at the Port Charlotte store were helpful but not pushy. We have had a sleep number bed since 2004 and decided to upgrade. Looking forward to receiving our new bed!

Great experience! Went in expecting to be pressured into buying but not the case. Everything was explained, all our questions answered, we were given a quote and asked to call if we had any more questions.

Your higher ups to start with Jeff and Carol need to be audited for business ethics, clearly they do not know how the process works, with the way they hire and fire. I would like to see this go up the chain but I doubt it will. Beds are great, but the Higher Ups in charge not so much
