We met our salesman Kyle on August 24, 2021. He is the embodiment of the definition of “Positively Outrageous Customer Service.” Kyle clearly articulated descriptions of the products offered and the benefits of each. Kyle took the time to provide us with costs of the products and current special promotional discounts. Kyle did all this even though he might not get a sale from his efforts. We even told him we would continue to shop other retailers.On Sunday, August 26, 2021, while shopping another retailer we encountered an offer that caused me to consider purchasing. Before making the purchase, I returned to Kyle’s store to see if I could work a deal wherein I purchased a bed frame only rather than the entire set. I met Andy at this time. I did not disclose to Andy that I had already spoken with Kyle. Andy also provided outstanding customer service. Like Kyle, Andy treated me as if he were going to make a sale even though I made him aware that I was still shopping other retailers. Despite this knowledge, Andy provided me with quotes and applied all discounts available.I continued shopping other retailers and ultimately decided to return to the store and again met with Kyle. I told Kyle at this time that I had also met with Andy and advised Kyle I never told Andy that I had first worked with Kyle.Upon completion of my purchase with Kyle, I noticed that both Andy’s name and Kyle’s name were listed as salesmen. I pointed this out to Kyle and he advised they are a commissioned based store and it was only right to also share the commission with Andy. What an outstanding example of Integrity!!!The customer service provided and the integrity of the sales staff, alone, are enough reasons to shop and purchase from this store. And as an added bonus, they provide excellent deals on the best products available.

Would highly recommend!! No high pressure sales person,very helpful in finding right mattress for the way I sleep[not a one size fits all]. Believe that it is best to test out mattresses in person then to just take a chance to order a mattress and it not be right fit.Would definitely buy from again!! Prices were reasonable as well.

Second trip in this store and received great customer service from Andy. Kyle was our customer service rep on our first trip a little over a year ago and the service we received then made it an easy choice to go back and buy another mattress and adjustable base. I am a Chiropractic Nurse Practitioner, my husband & I tried out several beds including another big name company, which their bed was NOT a good fit despite all the hype! Kyle Kuns at Port Charlotte Mattress Firm helped us find the perfect bed along with the BEST pillows from Sleepys that have a cooling effect. I’ve had significant back pain for MONTHS after sleeping & trouble sleeping due to being hot. After ONE night of sleeping in our new bed (previous bed was only 5 yrs old) & with our new pillows I have over 75% less pain AND I wasn’t hot at all! Love the bed a king size ease but on the 3rd night the controls for the right side of the bed stopped working and my daughter had to sleep like a taco as she put it. And it took days to fix.
