I called ahed of time and asked what items they accepted as donations. I asked books housewares like glasses dishes and such he said yes! Knick knacks yes! Lamps yes!So I loaded up the car and drove it over.He comes out and starts looking through the things and starts saying I have so much stuff to sort now that ummmm. He just didnt want the things he saw so said no thank you! I didnt take a bunch of junk!I wouldnt donate anything to them even if I ha ve have to throw it away!

The people are nice, their practices are not. I use to shop there a lot. Not long ago I purchased 2 pieces of furniture. A white amor & a secretary desk over $200 total. I asked if my items could be kept aside for a couple weeks so i could procure transportation. I was ASSURED the items would be held. When I went back to pick them up they were sold to someone else. When I explained the situation to the gentleman (I use to deal with the owner whos very reasonable, this was not the owner) ) he told me you took to long so we sold them to someone. (it was 3 weeks) I asked if he would call the owner. Was told, the owner was not available. I explained that I paid & had the receipt & permission. Guy daid, well whoever said they could hold it that long was mistaken & that he was sorry but there was nothing he would do. Not even a refund.Will never shop there again.

Very nice place and niceeeee people, so kind, the will come and pick up your furniture for donations so you dont have to, big place lots of stuff

Let me give you some insight. There are two of them. A small one and a bigger one pretty much across the street. Ive been to both several times. The larger one, very nice people, will cut you a great deal on anything and everything. Clean, well lit and again very nice friendly people.They get 5 stars because thats all I can give.Now, the one across the street that is connected to the food pantry. Wow... just wow.. I mean that in not a nice way at all. Small, cramped, and greedy. Everything the have is gold in their eyes. These items were donated!Here is what just happened. My good friend collects records. They have a good supply Aretha Franklin and Ray charles out the sleeve, many duplicate, many damaged. I asked how much if I take them all off your hands the lady went and counted every single one. One by one 86 total. Mix and match.. she told me she wanted 100 for them all but WAS SURE I wasnt going to pay that for them. Well youre right.. but the attitude of the lady working here explains why they never have new inventory because they holding it waiting for it to turn to gold I guess!I give them NO STARS! over priced, cramped and dirty.I know its for the food bank but they are greedy, go across the street and find better deals and service and still support this charity.

Update: if youre white they will NOT acknowledge you whatsoever...There is a really rude lady that works here, she has really long hair, overweight, very rude... Dont expect any help with these people... One star is too good for this place..

I was looking for a vintage glass lid to replace the one I broke. I couldn’t believe the prices for used donated goods! Much to expensive. The man is very nice but his wife is unfriendly .

Unimpressed. Lots of merchandise but very expensive. I acknowledge it is for a good cause, but Ive seen these things for less than 1/4 the price elsewhere.

VERY expensive for a thrift store. Store was clean, well lit and had a variety of furniture. Friendly staff.
