Picked up nice collectibles. Good service too

Standard FYE store. Clean and well organized. Sectioned out well but a lot of the same stuff.

The store itself is always a fun time and I usually find what I am looking for. However, if the cashier offers you the FYE Backstage Pass be cautious! The cashier told me that if I signed up for their “rewards program” I would receive 10% off the purchased items. What she neglected to tell me was that I was actually signing up for a monthly membership and FYE would charge my bank account $12/month. When I noticed the charge to my account, you can imagine that I was surprised, confused, and disappointed. I contacted FYE to cancel said membership and that process was very simple and pleasant, thankfully.

This is a must stop for my family when we go to the mall, love all the cool different items they have.

They have a lot of pop culture items, as well as movies and cds. They are kind of pricey though. I dont shop here often, but when I need something unusual or cant wait for delivery, its one of my go to places.

When I moved here I was surprised to see a FYE. I love this store. This is a great collectors store. Everything from music to movies to toys and everything in between. I love it!

The music was good. But not much of anything worth buying

They have a good selection of merch its just most of it is long sleeve or winter clothing while we are in Florida.

The gentleman that was working the front register yesterday around 1:00 in the afternoon was very rude.. it was all about wearing a mask I understand hes just doing his job and doing what he was told to do but the way he handled the situation was inappropriately.

This is a great store to shop for your teen.. music videos. Star wars stuff. Just a great collector store. Do not miss this place if you have any interest at all in collectibles

Great place for different kinds of music, books, toys, clothes. Movie stuff, a little bit of everything. Its located in the Port Charlotte Mall near Bealls.

Went to do tradeins and they said you have to make an appointment when it doesnt even say it on the website the manager said he didnt have time today when there was no in the store and girl cashier was standing around and we live in bradenton will never comeback so disorganized and disappointed and we live in bradenton

This one gets 3 stars because its going out of business and is so much messier then the others, great prices though!

I always stop in here when Im at the mall. They always have fun stuff to look at. Huge selection of new and used DVDs and CDs. T shirts. Books. Magnets. Candy. A little bit of everything.

Interesting selection of merch, but unless on sale or clearance, very overpriced. Manager is rude, but employees always seem nice!

My kid likes stuff from Japan and they have Japanese soda and candy.

Awesome stuff to find and tons of music and movies for those collectors. Just a bit pricey tho. Good deals here and there so cant complain. Always a cool place to shop at 😁

Very good store

Good spot for a movie, many choices for snacks and drinks and customer service can be tweaked for better by not allowing people to cut in front of customers who were already waiting in line. I wonder if pushy and rude people are late for their own funerals??? Thats how they act. Slow down, relax, distress and enjoy a good movie, eat snacks with a beer. Smile, life will be over soon enough!!! Enjoy the moment and be respectful of others. No matter what your mother taught you!!

Whatever it is that youre looking for FYE will have it. Ive been coming here since I was a teenager and I always have had a good experience here. The movies are at really good prices and the staff are always friendly.

Love this place! Lots of anime merchandise and they have Japan Snack Crates too which are amazing.

Wide selection of geek and nerd items, and plenty of graphic-tees to go around. Has a good option of electronics like speakers and vinyl recorders. Overall good store with nice service.

Very rare records vinyl vintage t-shirts candy movies and new. Lots of figurines and old toys and new. Great place to buy different kinds of gifts

Amazing, but expensive.

I was signed up for the VIP program at this store and not even told that there would be a cost I was just asked if I wanted to join and I would get a percentage off. The employee never said anything about it being a monthly charge! I had to call and go thru hell just to get it cancelled. Very Irritating.......

The layout is good. Tge prices are fair. Its difficult to find help right away, but the staff is friendly.

We were very excited to hop into this blast from the past... but.. oh man... not the best. Out of date concept. It was the coolest thing 10-15 years ago, but now its sadly dated. I dont know how they stay in business.

FYE is an amazing store, Yes they are a little expensive and I would like them to lower down the price but I cant do that. Its still a good store and have anything you want for clothing, music, movies and etc.

I went their for bts posters and they were 7.99 and I got them but I went to five below today and they were all their for 5 dollars I could of bought them their and still saved at least 5 dollars after getting them all

A lot of fun things, but prices a little high.

Staff was very helpful, wasnt able to find what I was looking for and the young lady helped me. Plus showed me the same items in different part of the store, which I found more that I liked and bought that too.

Love going here, especially for more mainstream, and even older artists. Almost always have what Im looking for.

This is a great place to buy, sell and trade in old cds and dvds!!! Since the new management has taken over this store; the selection and organization has improved tremendously!!!As for novelties and new items, this store has a little of everything for the music and movie fanatics... collectibles and posters for current and throw back eras!!! So, when youre in the mall in Port Charlotte, definitely stop in!!!!!

Always like to stop in for a quick check on great deals for used dvds, etc.

I go here for the merchandise more than the music they have a decent selection of records though

Was going to buy some bluray movies, but they were 2-3 x what I would pay for it at Walmart. Walmart is a better bet.

FYE has moved away from focusing on music and now is essentially just another Hot Topic/Spencer gifts style store that caters to the teeny-bopper crowd.Lots of pop culture tchatchkas, tshirts and for some odd reason, a ton of Japanese candy & snacks. Not very much in the way of new vinyl at all, despite the formats revival.For instance: a copy of Soundgardens 1994 record Superunknown in vinyl format is sold for the ludicrous price of $69.99 at FYE. You can go to TJs CDs a little way down US41 and find the same album brand new for $29.99. FYE is merely marking the album up to capitalize on the untimely death of Chris Cornell.My advice? Buy music elsewhere.

This store has everything and managment and staff go above and beyond to help you find what you need. They are very knowledgeable and can help you find that special gift for someone or that new movie to add to your collection. From music to movies or pop culture to excellent merch. You can find it here. So many choices I could spend a hour easily just looking at all the amazing choices of toys. They also have a Funko Pops and a great assortment at that. Also Halloween is right around the corner and they are a must when this time of year rolls around. So if your in the mall in Port Charlotte stop in and enjoy.

Good variety, but I feel like its a bit overpriced.

I bought a Wii game from here. They gave me an empty game box. I called up and told them, so they said they have one more and would give it to me the next time I came. The next day I came to collect the game, and they told me they sold it. Was very annoyed and dissapointed.
