All was awesome, from the time I made appointment right through. The associates are all great. Dr Walden took her time explained everything. Even the appointment time was on schedule. I do recommend them to all.

I’ve been a customer for many years at this location. Every time I go Margaret (Peggy) Thomas has always been so happy to help my husband and me in getting our hearing aids serviced. She’s kind, efficient and knowledgeable. Dr Walden’s great too and together they give great service.

Dr. Beth Walden is friendly, helpful and most importantly she is professional and experienced. I appreciate her expertise. I can’t even imagine her exhibiting some of the behaviours described in a couple of reviews that I just read. She is the 4th audiologist I’ve had through the years (living in different cities) and she is the most knowledgeable and personable. If in the future something changes my mind, well … I’ll write another review! ☺️

Dr. Weldon fitted my hearing aids a few years ago, excellent service any time needed. Her assistant Peggy. goes out of her way to help you any way she can at any time you need it. Excellent business to work with.

The patient care coordinator was my savior when my charger stopped working. I was 1200 miles from the office at the time. She spent a good part of her day working to find me a charger locally, and eventually had one sent directly to me from Phonak. I can’t thank her enough for the excellent service. Both she and Dr. Walden are the BEST!

The patient care coordinator was my first contact with Dr Waldens practice and was very informative and professional in giving me comfort with Dr Waldens expertise. She was able to get me scheduled into a cancellation spot, so the appointment wait wasnt too long. She was also totally helpful with my insurance coverage, and after my appointment, made sure she gave me all the proper paperwork to make filing easy. The audiologist at this office, Dr Bethany Walden, did a great job helping me with my hearing problem. She gave me an extensive hearing test, then explained the various levels of hearing aids so that I could make an informed decision about what to buy. Im very happy with my new hearing aids and with the service I received from Connect Hearing.

The exam was excellent. However I waited 45 minutes after my appointment. No other patient was there and no one explained the delay or apologized for it.

Dr. Bethany Walden guided me through the testing process which resulted in my overdue need for hearing aids. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient, equipping me with the right hearing aids for my lifestyle and budget. I couldnt be happier with my purchase. Charlotte Hearing Center is the most unprofessional medical facility I have ever been to. My son was yelled at.. We were spoke down to as parents. The coldest, rudest doctor I have ever experienced in my life. Didnt even introduce herself to us or ask our names. Telling my husband to stop waving at our child.. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS.. Cold, uncaring and zero bedside manners.. We were spoke down to like we were children. My son was treated horrible. She was completely unaccommodating to help make him calm down. Bossing us and telling us how to speak to our child. A huge waste of our time.. I called Child Find to complain of our experience since it was Child Find who referred us to this place.. And I will be leaving a Google review. Dr. Walden obviously cant handle children or children with special needs.. She needs to learn some manners and learn that the parents know their own children more than she thinks she knows the child. Do not take your child here. We will be going to All Childrens now.

I am a 80 yr old snowbird asked to have hearing serviced, I was told I needed a new test $85.00 and $250.00 to adjust my hearing aids $335.00 that most do for nothing. Not a Happy Camper

Very rude practice. My 88 year old mother was in tears leaving this place. They have no patience for anyone who is actually suffering from hearing loss and cant hear the instructions.
