Another great experience at EarTronics. My right hearing aid quit working. Less than 10 minutes with Dr. Hooper and I am back in business. I have been with EarTronics since 2012. I am on my 3rd upgrade. I lease my devices from them and have never been charged for service or maintenance. Although I must say I have had literally no major problems. The devices I have are blue tooth which works terrific with my phone, TV, stereo and my new Ford F-150. My wife is probably happier than I am as she don’t have to yell at me, we speak in normal voice and I hear everything she says. I highly recommend EarTronics. I worked 44 years on the railroad next to diesel locomotives and was an armor officer in a tank company. Thus, loud noise and loss of hearing. I am much better now with my EarTronics hearing aids.

Why buy when you can lease! Indeed. I didn’t want to pay for hearing aids out of my own pocket so instead of buying them I leased them. My insurance picked up most of the cost of the hearing aids and I supply a small monthly payment.Any problems that I have had I’ve been able to see doctors Kyle Hooper and Robert Hooper. They have handled any problem that I’ve had quickly and efficiently and the best part of it is is that if you lease your office visits are covered your batteries are covered and your insured for loss or damage of your hearing aids. Altogether I found this to be a very pleasing experience and I encourage anyone needing hearing aids To stop at Ear Tronics on Tamiami Trail in Port Charlotte For a check up and a pleasing medical experience.

I came to Ear-Tronics with several years of profound hearing loss thinking there wasnt any hearing aids that would work for me. Recieved a thorough exam and Dr. Hooper and I decided on a set that was right for me. Custom fitted and I could not be happier. I am hearing things that others take for granted. Highly recommend this office and Dr Hooper. Never realized how much my hearing had diminished. Ear-Tronics is the best place to be able to get hearings aides at an affordable price, I started there 20 years ago when I had no ability to pay 5-6000 dollars for the aides I needed. I love the lease idea and use all my payments as part of my medical tax deductions. I stay with these folks because of the family feeling and excellent service. No question is too simple to ask.

I have been going to Eartronics for 5 years now and have been very pleased with both Dr. Robert Hooper and his receptionist Lynn. Lynn is always so helpful and tries her best to get me an appoint even on short notice. Dr. Hooper has always worked with me to make sure my leased hearing aids functioned properly and adjustments were made to coincide with my severe hearing loss. I have been so pleased with the leasing option that I have upgraded my hearing aids and will be leasing another 5 years!

My husband got hearing devices from Ear Tronics in Port Charlotte, Florida and has been very pleased. Dr. Hooper was very understanding of his problems from the very beginning. Got him set up with a product that has worked better than anything he has tried before. The devices need an occasional adjustment. No problems getting appointment and getting adjustments made quickly.

I have been doing business with Eartronics for many years now and there are lots of hearing aid companies to deal with out there. None of them are like Eartronics. Firstly, at Eartronics I can lease my aids with a monthly debit from my checking account. I have never found another company that will do that. Second: after all these years, I still get personalized service from the owner on down, and I mean one on one with the owner back in his testing facility discussing everything to do with my hearing and a lot more. Third: I can stop in at their factory and get repairs or adjustments done while I wait.Another important thing: the device itself is well designed and rugged. I am not the most gentile person in the china shop but they have fixed them every time in short order.And finally: the device has features not available down the street; two hearing levels, background elimination for when you are driving or in a noisy restaurant and a fourth mode called T-Coil which is like a Bluetooth mode where you can get your phone calls right into your hearing aid from your smart phone. How bad is that?

I have been dealing with Eartronics for well over 5 years and lease my hearing aids from them. I dealt with the Port Charlotte office and have also dealt with the Siebring office. First, Port Charlotte: My first contact with that office was with Lynn, the office manager, and immediately we struck up a quite close relationship. While I lived in North Port, I used the Port Charlotte office frequently and was served outstandingly. Just to let you know, I have a VERY SEVERE loss of hearing and depend exclusively on my hearing aids. I was given some quite high end hearing aids to accommodate my loss and so far they have worked just great. Of course, there were times that I had issues with the hearing aids, but ALWAYS I treated with the utmost in speed and courtesy in gettting the problem rectified. I have since moved to the Cocoa area and now deal with both the Port Charlotte office and Siebring, due to the distance involved. Lynn, at the Port Charlotte office has always kept me supplied with my need of batteries, information, and a link to the Lab in Fort Myers, where repairs are done. She has bent over backwards sevreral times in the past and receintly extremely so, in seeing that I am treated well and get my aids back ASAP. What else can I say, but that she is one a one of a kind of employee and has been a true life saver to me. Recently, during hurricane Irma, I, unfortunately, had BOTH of my hearing aids shut down on me. As I mentioned earlier, I am dead in the water with them. I may as well be totally deaf. I contacted Debra, via email, at the Siebring office, to check on the status of all the offices and the lab, and was told that they would open again on Monday, Sept 18th. I had my hearing aids all boxed and ready to sent to the lab but was hesitant to do so, fearing they may not be open at the given time or that the aids would be lost in trainsit. I contacted Lynn, at Port Charlotte, and she found out for me that the lab was indeed back in operation and that it was safe to send my hearing aids. I immediately sent them via FedEx and, thank goodness, they were received the next day. Lynn, then called the office mamager in Fort Myers, where the lab is located, and asked her to expedite the repairs of my hearing aids. She emailed my back confirming all of this and also, by the way, arranged for Debra in Siebring to get me a retest exam. How much more can I say? Not much,! I hope that this message is seen by all the customers and upper echelon of Eartronics so that both Lynn and Debra are recognized.
