Great Company. I had a mower on which I had purchased an extended warranty ( purchased elsewhere, not at A to Z). A to Z was the only authorized repair facility for warranty work. A to Z is over 50 miles from my home. Over two years the mower was to A to Z for issues. Each time, the entire team was professional, friendly, and efficient. I eventually purchase a new mower from A to Z. Chris in sales was excellent and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them over the big box stores when shopping for a mower. Thank you A to Z! Much potential wasted! I quickly liked this dealer opposed to another near by I didnt like because the lack of knowledge. These guys knew what they were talking about and seemed well-mannered. I run a side business and rely heavily on my mower. I dropped it off to them, an entire week went by and I still was not told what the issue might even be. Now my accounts need servicing and I am without a mower and had to sub the majority of it out losing money. Beginning of the 2nd week (Mon) they quickly determined one of the issues and fixed it. They called me and said I also needed some seals and quoted me the job, $500ish. I said do it. Tuesday they had the parts in and were going try and squeeze me in as if I havent already been waiting 1.5 weeks now. End of the 2nd week, Friday 4:45, I still didnt get any call so I showed up.. sure enough they still havent touched it since Monday, in fact Brett even said hey I just got your seals in... Dude you said that Tuesday, 3 days ago! And this was supposed to be a 4-5hr job...Not only did I not feel like a valued CUSTOMER, but as a business owner I simply cannot/will not rely on a company thats fine with taking 2 weeks and not even finishing the job.. I really wanted this dealership to work.*edit*Preparing for work Saturday morning I was fortunate to notice my intake was never fastened back down and there was WATER in my hydraulic fluid reservoir!! Luckily the water was floating around the filter like a bead but I pray none get past the filter..

Friendly and efficient service from beginning to end. Called on a Friday. Picked up on a Saturday. Returned on that Tuesday. Everyone from Brett to Dave - the transport person - were super friendly and right on top of things. I explained my issue, which was minor but I couldnt find it. They found it and fixed it quickly. M y only complaint - which isnt there fault - I had to pay for transportation. Dont know enough people down here to help me out. $70 wasnt too bad but could have went for a nice dinner out …… Thanks to all at A to Z for the good experience. Hopefully wont need service other that normal type again.....

Had a new belt and adapter for the blade installed. I was given an approximate quote. This was during the middle of the covid 19 lockdown so I assumed it wouldnt take long for the repairs. Three days later I get a call its ready. There was an additional shop fee included on the bill. I just felt that the counter man should of added it in initial quote. The fee wasnt that much, it just made me question their honestly.

These guys are the best. Stopped in one day to look at mowers. The young man who was there took the time to explain each mower on the floor. By then I knew I wanted a Cub Cadet X2. I had to go to the other store to get it and they were just as nice. I was given a review of features and set up the delivery. I have never had a problem. I usually go to the Port Charlotte store.

While still under warranty he took care of all issues with the company and did an outstanding job repairing our tractor looks like new!! Bought a zero turn recently from these guys. Not only are these guys nice, but i received a education on how all these mowers are built, and the differences between them... very knowledgeable. Will only do business here from now on...*updateThe mower they suggested over a year ago, is still going strong. With over 630 hrs in tbe first year, not a single problem. Still buy my oil filter and gas filters from these guys... still great service.

Today I had a concern with my mower, and took it to A to Z Mower for repair,Every one from the repair technician, counter person, to the owner went out of their way to make sure that my mower was repaired properly and in a reasonable amount of time.They know I have to make a 90 mile round trip from my home to their business to have my mower service.This is one of the reasons why I purchased my mower from them.Also The technician that repaired my mower is well versed in service and repair. Went in because the rope pull on my mower wouldn’t engage the starter . I took the shroud and piece I found hoping to order a new unit . Brett served me and said “ we can fix that for you if we have the parts ( dog ears ) “ sure enough within 5 min the entire pull assembly was fixed and the mower ran fine . Total cost under 17 dollars . I highly recommend this company, nice to see they are not there to rip you off and spend money that didn’t need to be spent !!Thanks A to Z and Brett

These guys are great! Always very helpful and the guy behind the counter is very knowledgeable. The starter on my mower went out and they got me in knowing that it was my only mower and had it fixed the next day! And what was even better the my mower wasnt under warranty any more but was still able to warranty the starter threw Kohler and it didnt cost me anything! Which Im really grateful for since it would of costed me $300, and they didnt need to even do that they could of charged me and didnt. Thank you A to Z you guys rock!!!

I brought a mower for repair. I was greeted by a helpful friendly person. However, its been over two weeks and I have not yet gotten a call to get the mower back. Not happy. You can not go two weeks in Florida without mowing the lawn, especially with all the rain we have been experiencing. Ugh! They should hire more repair people.

I usually get good service here but today I went in and they were arguing with a customer who was talking loud and disparaging their business. There were at least seven guys with A-Z T shirts but no one would wait on me. I waited ten minutes until it was after 5. I was carrying a weed wacker and it was obvious I needed help but no one said a thing even when I put the machine against their counter hoping to stop their shouting match. They preferred to argue. I would have simply called the cops and trespassed the jerk. Finally my daughter and I left. They saw me leave and didnt say anything to me and left the door open. We could still hear them arguing in the parking lot. Itll be a long time before we do again.

These guys are the BEST. I had neglected my yard ( 4 acres ) for years, it was very overgrown, the place looked like it was beyond repair. The A-Z team came in and transformed it. Now it looks outstanding and the price was very fair compared to other quotes.

LOUSY! My first visit was to take my mower, blower and edger in for service. The only thing that they eventually repaired correctly was my edger. I decided to give them a second chance when I learned one of the owner was a police officer so I purchased a new mower and gas trimmer from them. Since then I have been back multiple times with the trimmer and it still isnt right. Today was the last straw when the mechanic was rude and didnt want to own up the inherent problems with the trimmer. I observed the two different employees be rude to other customers the day I purchased the new mower and trimmer. I should have run then but hoped they would treat me differently....I was wrong. Go elsewhere if you want support after the sale!

Not too happy, I had to bring my mower there a couple times for the original problem to be repaired. Hoping that it is fixed now.

The kids at the front desk doesnt know jack about lawnmowers. I asked for two new blades for my Toro Timecutter and the guys had a hard time figuring out which blades go to that mower. They took my model number and another number off my mower and tried to sell me two blades that looked totally different and didnt fit properly. They assured me that the blades would work even though I was extremely skeptical. I put those blades on my mower, destroyed the underside of my deck and bent both blades within a month in the same manner.
