Love these guys! Dropped off my mower for some scheduled maintenance, while in the shop they noticed that a clutch and idler pulley were going bad. Immediately replaced for me under warranty. Thanks for being proactive and saving me from time and money down the road. Kudos to your employees.

Left me high and dry after selling a poor mower. Offered me 1600.00 dollars for a mower that had less than a 100 hrs on it. Cost 5500.00. Dropped the line, so parts now are a world away. If you have to go there, Know what youre getting before you get there.Update 3 rs. later Hope Bruce see this.TE had a contract with Bright---------. Went out of my way and for free approached Bright--------- with a Company that actually does timely repairs/ and deliveries. Felt so good knowing Bruce lost out on thousands.Response Actually you dropped the line of mowers, then offered 1600.00 dollars for a commercial mower that had less than 100 hours on it. And when I came to you for a mower that was the mower you recommended,.Didnt think you need to make up a story. But then again you are consistent with the way you treat your customers.

Brought my saw into them to get it fixed and they call me serveral hours later saying it cannot be fixed I might as well buy a new one. First off I’d never buy an echo chainsaw in my life. The one I have was given to me by my uncle. When I came to pick up my saw it was in 100 Pieces! when I brought it to them in was tack and running the throttle was just sticking. So they then charge me $20 bucks and give me back my saw in a box not running in a 100 pieces. Terrible customer service I will never return to this establishment and will never purchase echo. I stick with stihl because there customer service is like no other

I never do REVIEWS, but I want to let everyone know how well i was treated by the staff at TEC . they are very down to earth and happy to Help, I stopped in late in the afternoon last week to look at a used Zero turn mower, even though it was about to RAIN like crazy, Bruce took the time to show me and explain the different mowers he had outside, he is full on knowledge and gave me a Great deal on a used Dixie Chopper, He also delivered it to my home in Prairie Creek at no charge and replaced the seat, after shopping on the internet and getting messed around by people who just want your money and NO service it is nice to have a place like this that has been here for many years to Help, Thanks to all the people at Turf Equipment Center . My 74 year old father who buys parts from this place for years asked to use their restroom. They told him NO he could walk to KFC across the street! He tried to make it across the road and ended up soiling himself!My father will NEVER go back to this establishment for mower parts! They should be ashamed of themselves for treating the elderly this way! My father is American Indian and I feel bad for him. He said he felt like he was treated as a child!Shame on you! BE WARNED, DO BUSINESS WITH TURF EQUIPMENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!Absolute worst customer service and business in port charlotte... Nothing special when I purchased from them but when I had a problem that should be under warranty they blamed everything under the sun except for their parts that almost blew up my mower! Instead of a warranty or refund they gave me a solid F UI guess Ill buy my $12000.00 mower elsewhere next year, a close friend was buying a dixie chopper and received the same piss poor quality so he spent his $11000.00 on a dixie somewhere else!Long story short, theyre liars and crooks!

Theyre busy because they know what theyre doing. Sure, sometimes it gets hectic in there, but after I was told by one company that my equipment was irreparable, they fixed it for a great price and in a reasonable amount of time.
