Horrid experience. Looking for our dogs wet food and on line it listed Port Charlotte TS had it in stock. Sent my husband to go into the store and pick up the canned 4health which our dog always eats (3 different flavors). There was none on the shelf. The store was a mess and you couldnt get around the aisles. He asked someone about the food we needed and the guy said guess we dont have it and walked away. This isnt the first time. And we will not order for curbside pick-up as every time we did, the food was out of stock.

Surprised to see all they offer. You can get almost anything there. A great place to check out,you may be as surprised as I was. I thought it was only for farmers. NOT so!!

I buy their brand of dog food and its great quality. Its less expensive than other brands that are not as nutritional.

I have asked the store multiple times to order more of my food on the truck it’s been two years and yet they still don’t do it!!!! I made an online order two weeks ago and my dog food is not here and I’ve been feeding my dogs Publix food thinking their dog food will be here and one more day. I have spent 80$ On public dog food. I called the 1800 number they didn’t even apologize. Call the store and they said there’s nothing they can do for me. My dogs have lost weight the ribs are showing and they have lost muscle tone eating Publix dog food because tractor supply doesn’t have my order!! I’m done with you tractor supply!!

The cashier MALLORY young (blonde kinda heavy )is extremely rude and almost stand off ish. I wont be returning to this store more will my company because of her nastyness and unwilling ness to be polite when asked a question or even act almost as if in bothering her I would never have someone in costumer service like that so sun coast barrel racing association withdraws are account

Great price on propane refill, while the process of having to go inside and then back outside to meet the person, then back inside to pay was tedious, I was thrilled with the expertise of the representative who filled tank. Made sure to inspect everything and fill tank by propane put into and not just weigh before and after, definitely saved money, and got better feeling my tank was in good shape. Love when they go the extra mile. I wish they had button to push for letting representatives know they had someone that needed propane and save me a trip back in the store. But cashier was super friendly.

Store manager very knowledgable on Hobart welder for backup power! Once you realize what the store is about you will be pleased by how they service their special market! Dont expect to go there and look for something as you would at Home Depot or Lowes.

They told us that we only were able to buy 4 chics minimum but the night before they let us get 2 one was sick so we went to get one more (we have 7 chickens) and they said we can’t and ot was a replacement and the manager told us that they never had a chic die it was us 🤣 bull right? She said “they died because you did not have a red lamp” oh no she did not just assume something she had no idea we had one we were mad and left

Oh they are always helpful and the second Saturday if the month is Farmers Market Day....come and get homemade goods and eats and plants and seeds. Fun to browse even. But bet you find something irresistible

I took our RV to our local Tractor Supply store to have the propane tank topped up. The staff was very good, the whole thing was quick and easy. Oh yeah, and the price of the propane was reasonable. I highly recommend Tractor Supply.

I purchased an item from this store that was supposed to be a 2 pack and it was $40. Somebody had returned it to the store as a 1 pack. I didnt feel like driving back to the store, but I called the customer help number and they are sending me a gift card for $20. Good business. I only ever do clean business and I appreciate when that is reciprocated. Good job Tractor Supply. You will keep my business.

Great store and product selection. I recommend you buy online and pick up in store to avoid the long checkout line. Im not sure why it takes a while to checkout but it seems to always take longer than usual at these stores. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would give 5 stars if the checkout wasnt always a slow process. Not to often is there more than one register open.

Great place for pet and livestock supplies. Also rugged clothing, boots, gardening supplies and so much more. Trailers, gun safes, sporting goods, tools and many things you would not find at a home improvement box store, or even a pet store. We were looking for a large tub to bathe a hundred plus pound dog and they had the perfect solution. This is the kind of store you need to just go and spend some time browsing as they have so many various kinds of stock...even some jewelry. Staff are always courteous and friendly.

I dont know... the old crew was better with the customers... they were always fantastic... since they have changed crews...And it seems as though everyone all left at the same time...The new crew is okay... but its just not the same... the head office doesnt let their people run the store anymore and we can tell... the atmosphere isnt the same...If the heads would just leave the crews alone... I wouldnt shop other places inbetween...I used to be 100% devoted... My heart is just not there anymore...

Store manager Jessica served us and did a wonderful job for us on chicken days issues. I were so shocked she is so knowledgeable and experienced with chicks and she did the dirty works herself. She even answered phones everyday from us for asking if the chicks were arriving ... Finally, Mar. 24, became my lucky day to get the chicks i wanted, and Jessica appeared to be more happy than us. I will always be appreciated because this is our best Fl shopping experience since we moved to here. Sure I would highly recommended! !!

1 star is generous. Called 3 times to find out if a certain item was in stock. 1st call held for 10 minutes no one ever came back. 2nd call held on for 15 minutes no one ever came back. 3 times the charm??? No way in hell held on for 5 minutes no one came back to the phone. Horrible customer service in my opinion.

I love this store. They have a bit of everything from clothing to animal chow. Great selection of mowers and lawn equipment. Large industrial fans, tools, feeders, fertilizer... the list goes on and on. Staff is knowledgeable about the products and eager to help.

I love shopping there. Prices are great for bird seed, peanuts,and gardening. Thats not all. They have great clothes. My grandkids live up north, so anything different from what everyone else is wearing they love. I like the clothes, too.

I went in there at 5:30 p.m. on a Wednesday evening and was the only customer there. There were three or four employees all in the back chit-chatting. I was trying to get help to find what I was looking for.I requested assistance and heard a voice from the back tell me they would be right there, they never showed up so I left and went to Ace Hardware right around the corner. The staff at Ace Hardware always greets you at the front and shows you exactly where the items are that youre looking for. I will not go back to tractor supply their customer service is absolutely horrendous.

Three stars for customer service. When I was pregnant I would ask for help getting chicken food off the shelf and I almost always had to do it by myself because I waited for no one for so long. Everything else is great, employees are friendly

You never know here. Sometimes you get great service here and sometimes it is horrible. Product is reliably in stock. Store is usually pretty clean. Selection is decent.

Just spent 10 min with one of the most delightful and helpful employees trying to solve an order problem at my local store we were able to get to the bottom of it quite nicely.

Conveniently located on Kings Highway about a mile away from Interstate 75, without exception all the individuals that I have met were extremely nice and helpful, clean well-organized facilities ... they are well stocked with a variety off whats needed on the Farm and homeowners project, theres one issue that Im not sure if I comprehend which is the highest rate of employee turnover, from 1 months to another the whole crew would be different as to why I am not sure .

Ive been dealing with tractor supply for over 10 years. Youll customer service I will give you A5 star for the help that they give. Your prices can be lower as you keep raising the price on dog food. Theres no excuse for that.

This store and the one where I live in Arcadia can be lumped under one review. I have been looking for a pair of safety wire pliers for a while. Numerous customers of mine who use them regularly told me TSC was the place to go. When I tried either location I was met with blank stares (this after I tracked someone down to even talk to). Both times I had to resort to a Google photo, to which I was immediately told no. Multiple people who to my best knowledge dont even know each other cant all be wrong about where they got them. That combined with the fact nobody was even willing to stop and check on me until I made them stop does not make for good business.

Need out door equipment??? This is ur place. Whether u live in a apt to a lg farm.. All top quality.

I usually buy 4health grain free dog food. I have purchased other items as well.The dog food I buy was not on the shelf. I found a very helpful person who went to the back room and found the dog food I needed.The employees are cheerful and helpful.

Great friendly people and very helpful, I bought a 2 × 8 stock tank on line Im going to use as a pool but when I arrived one was rusted a nd the other 2 where dented but I was still going to buy it but was advised to just wait . They so kindly called all the area stores to find one for me and switch the did, the one in Bradenton had them in stock so we drove up the next day to get it. Had some good laughs with the workers and cant wait to shop agin.😁

No friggin prices on cedar chips...kids boots or rubber toys up front which after got scanned..was priced ridiculous....wont be back! And will tell all my friends..

I enjoy this store very much, and have allways Had a good experience. The last vist I showed up about 15 min prior to closing, and I felt the less then happy service at checkout. At one point I could hear the employees talking, asking where I was at now! After many years in retail, the fact that a customer is/ or was wanting to purchase, should be enough to smile about.

It would be nice to be able to walk down the isles. Its not that they where stocking the shelves its always like that.

Store is Always understaffed with one register open and long lines.I purchased a faulty trailer from this store.They did replace it; it was totally inconvenient.I recently purchased an 18.00 bag of dog food; checked my checking account online; my account was debited for 50.00 dollars and some change, paid to Tractor Supply.Called Tractor Supply regarding the 50.00 debit for an 18.00 dollar bag of dog food; was told, it was not possible my account was overcharged.Right!Keep All your purchase receipts if you shop there........

This has got to be the best store in Port Charlotte. Staff is super friendly and helpfull. Wide variety of useful items ranging from clothing to home decor to safes and farm tools. No better place to get you feed needs met. And dont forget you meds for your horses and cattle can be bought here too.

Good staff but almost always out of stock on one feed or another.

Did not have what i needed, got some shavings, had to wait in line 20 minutes!!!!I find this unacceptable because it happens al.ost everytime!!! Only have one cashier when the check out line goes back almost half way through the store!!!I believe i will find another lace to shop that will appreciate my bussiness.

Watch your card,only place I had used my card & 4 hours from that time some one put almost $400 on it in Tampa.. I will never use my card there any more. Also most of there items are way more money than others charge for the same item.
