Top quality furniture! Great experience from shopping to delivery. Sales staff was very helpful in selecting the right furniture for our needs and with customizing everything to meet our style and color choices. The delivery guys, Mike and Rich, were true professionals and had us “try out” every piece to make sure we were satisfied before they left. We cannot be happier with our lanai furniture which includes 4 oversized swivel/rockers and fire table and pub height table with 4 swivel chairs. Beautiful and comfortable!

We are very happy with our new patio furniture! Lynn was very helpful at the store. Even though we had to wait a while for it to come in, the ladies on the phone(Linda, Tracy and Kim) were very polite each time we spoke. They called to schedule delivery and arrived in the time window with a call 20 minutes prior to arrival. Mike T and Mike S were very friendly and set up our furniture exactly where and how we wanted it. Everything looks beautiful! Will be going back for chairs in the near future. Thank you everyone!

Lynn was great at explaining everything and helping us choose options. The construction was first class. Product came in faster than anticipated. We ordered a Woodard 60” round high top table with 6 matching chairs back in November 2020. Lynn was our salesgirl and was outstanding! She gave us a delivery estimate of Mid January and they were true to their estimate. They arranged delivery while we were here for 10 days and the deliverymen were excellent! Mike S. And Mike T. were professional, friendly and very helpful. Mike called the evening before and really tried to work with us around appointments we had when arranging our delivery time. I would highly recommend this business!!!!

We ordered our furniture in mid November. It was a 6 week wait for delivery. They had it ready before Christmas and were willing to wait until we returned to the area December 30. The Mikes who delivered the furniture were friendly, helpful and professional. Im pleased with the quality, service, and price.

While waiting to find out how long it would take to get the patio furniture I liked the sales lady asked me if I got the covid vaccine shot! First of all this is NONE of her business. Secondly it is very rude to ask someone about their medical background. Thirdly it is completely unprofessional! Fourth it breaks HIPPA law! Then to go on trying to pressure people into getting the vaccine is NOT ok. I did not come to this business to get information about my personal health and I am pretty sure this lady never went to medical school. So she has no right to solicit her opinion to me. I will not be buying my 3 sets of patio furniture that I need from this place. I also recommend that the owner do something about her. I would advise others that unless you want to discuss your personal health with a stranger or get pressured into doing something you are not comfortable with dont go to this store.

Lynn was able to help us in a pinch. We walked in looking to purchase an outdoor dining set and take it home the same day. She was more than accommodating to help us with our needs. Very happy with the product and service!

Shopping at the Patio Factory Supercenter in Port Charlotte was a very easy and comfortable experience. Lynn the sales person was helpful and personable with no pressure. We ordered a table and 4 chairs for our patio. We were so please with them we went back and ordered two more chairs, two small side tables and an ottoman to match. Delivery took a little longer than we had anticipated (due to COVID). Delivery person (Mike) was wonderful (he delivered both orders). Courteous, professional and timely communications with delivery times. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for lanai/patio furniture!

We had an amazing buying experience... we found exactly what we were looking for, for a way better price than other stores. Just received delivery of my order this week and was very pleased with both the quality, order time and delivery. I was quoted an order time and it came when expected. The quality and order was exactly what I requested. Mike and John delivered on time and were very polite and conscientious. They wore masks, asked where I wanted everything placed and made sure I tested out the furniture and was satisfied with delivery. Plus, they took the plastic and trash with them when they left.

It took us a long time to decide on a patio set. We knew what we wanted but it was very expensive. One day we stopped in at Patio Factory in Port Charlotte and we were pleasantly surprised at the price. We just received our new set today. I was anxious about the size because we don’t have a really large lanai but it looks great and will be ordering 2 more chairs. Very happy with the process from the beginning....with help from Marc (thank you Marc) picking out colors you were right....checking on delivery date,etc...and the delivery people, Mike and Luis, they were all great. My patio set was worn out and paint peeling. I was lucky to find the Patio Factory to have them repaint and do all the slings. Kim, the owner, took care of my order and they came out beautiful and like new! Also the delivery was excellent, Mike and Joe were so professional and friendly. Thank you!

I found both the salesmen and delivery staff to be professional and well mannered. Over the last few weeks I have tried to use local vendors to help them keep going financially. Patio Factory was one of the few vendor who delivered on the promises, lived up to the facts they presented during the sale and even delivered early. The offer a quality product at a reasonable cost.

We shopped at numerous stores for patio couches, love seats, chairs, etc. The Patio Factory Super Center had exactly what we wanted and at the lowest price. Mark and Lynn were very helpful. The furniture was delivered as scheduled by two gentleman, Mike S. and Mike T. who went out of their way to set it up exactly where we wanted. They were very careful as to not put a scratch on any of the 5 pieces and even disposed of the plastic wrapping on the cushions and pillows. We heartily recommend this store and their staff!

We visited the Port Charlotte store several times, and each time there, we were treated with interest and enthusiasm. Marc and Lynn were both very helpful in guiding us through making our decision. Our set came in sooner than the estimated arrival time and a delivery date was set up. The delivery men, Mike S. And Mike T., notified us of the precise time they would arrive. They were punctual and professional, they brought in the furniture, set it where I asked them to, and disposed of all plastic waste from furniture cushions. We recently purchased an outdoor furniture set (love seat, coffee table, and 2 swivel chairs). Since we werent exactly sure what we wanted, we took a lot of Lynns time. She was great to work with, and had answers for all our questions. On the delivery date, Mike & Luis did a great job of helping us set up everything. I just took delivery of my two swivel rocker chairs and an ottoman that I purchased from PFS and absolutely love them! Ordering was super simple, and allowed me the option to get the color I really wanted rather than settling for something close. Delivery was on the day expected, Luis and Josh arrived when they said, and provided “white glove” service from truck to my lanai. Do yourself a favor and check the PFS out for a wide array of furniture for your outdoor space.
