The guy I talked to was literally clueless. He literally told me my transmission fluid could not be flushed, and I just run it until it blows up, then replace it. Thats the most asinine thing Ive heard. Ive heard some stupid things from so called mechanicsin my 30 years of driving and working on vehicle, but that takes the cake. I wouldnt let this guy check my tire pressure. If he has your car, go get it NOW! Before he tries change the blinker fluid.

I cant say enough wonderful things about this place! I needed a major repair on my car and the manager was so kind and knowledgeable and took the extra time to explain everything to me as so even I could understand. They fixed my car which had a bad electrical problem. Car wouldnt wouldnt start unless jumped. They replace the alternator 2x and new battery. After a full day to diag the problem they finally got to the source of the problem. JJ followed up the next day to check if everything was ok. Never had that follow up before. Will definitely be returning.

I have been putting off a major repair the dealer said I needed a few weeks ago. A coworker recommended I look here as they did great work and was reasonably priced. I dropped off my car on Tuesday for a second opinion and was called within an hour with a diagnosis and estimate. Unfortunately the needed repairs were the same but the price was way better. They had to keep my car overnight due to a part availability issue but when I picked it up on Wednesday, my car was perfect and the price was exactly as quoted.

I’ve been there six times to repair my ac. Replaced the whole system on the second time. I’ve been back three times since then and they keep finding new problems all of which I’ve had to pay for. Three weeks ago, I brought it back and they found yet another problem. They fixed it and I was charged over $200 and told its just a small invoice this time.Right now, ac not cold again! Spent over $4000.00And still not working! Not to mention the inconvenience! I keep throwing money away at this place!

Just recently moved to the Daytona area and has been difficult trying to find a good honest mechanic. The last shop over filled my oil. My cars battery light came on I pulled into AutoZone and the guys referred me to Justins Auto solutions. I took it to his shop and did a diagnostic check and had my car fixed that same day with no mark up to parts. I will trust him with all my car future repairs.

Not sure where to start. Moved here a year ago from Texas, where I had a very smart, honest mechanic I had done business with for 20 years. I took my vehicle to Auto service center of Port Orange, was having engine roughness and missing. I was told I needed new plugs and coils, knowing it was probably time milage wise, I approved the service. $900 later, picked up my vehicle, and a few miles later the problem persisted. I was told it was due to the poor quality fuel sold around here. I tried the ethanol free fuel for a month as recommended, that also didnt fix the issue. Very upset, went to another shop, problem diagnosed as a bad evap perge solenoid, much cheaper to fix than $900. The worse part, the exact same $900 ish service was recommended to a friend of mine, for a totally different problem, his fuel pump cut out leaving him stranded, ended up being a bare wire I fixed for my friend myself that caused a fuse short. I figured that out with a quick YouTube search, common with my friends vehicle model.

I have been in Port Orange for almost 4 years and I took my car for maintenance such as oil changes, brakes, etc. My car then started over heating and that’s when I ran into problems with this mechanic shop. They told me nothing was wrong with my car on 3 separate occasions which eventually led my engine to drive too hot and needed a replacement. Before having engine replaced I was told I needed to change radiator and water pump to make sure that wasn’t the problem. A year after fixing this problem I noticed a leak in the radiator and decided to take it back to get checked before the car started to overheat. JJ the owner refused to replace the radiator saying that it was tampered with, which it wasn’t. This is their way to not keep their word on warranty’s. I would beware of taking my vehicle to this shop. They are bad news! I approached the owner in a professional and respectful way and communicated my frustration with the past year and horrible service I received. I alerted them that my lawyer will be in contact with them. When I told him that he then escalated the situation start to yell at me and told me that I am now trespassing and I need to leave his property. He told me that I was “threatening him” because I chose to exercise my right of bringing my lawyer into the situation. After spending THOUSANDS of dollars at this shop I am not upset at the money that I spent but the way I was treated. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST PEOPLE!

I prefer using smaller shops like this as I find their personal care much more enticing. This place definitely did not disappoint. They were super friendly & took the time to go over everything with me. They fixed my car promptly and was reasonable on the cost. I will recommend & will return in the future

I’m always cynical when it comes to certain types of businesses...Auto Repair is one of them. However my experience at Auto Service Center of Port Orange was very pleasant considering I needed extensive work on my Chevrolet Malibu. The owner was very responsive and I appreciated his patience in answering all my questions which made me feel more comfortable. I did a price comparison with 2 other local shops and found their prices the best plus they offered me 6 months / No interest financing which made the repairs more affordable on my budget. Glad to find a shop that takes care of their customers!

I had to have a window regulator replaced on my car. I have been to other shops in the area and was not impressed so decided to try here. Very courteous and friendly and was able to replace while I waited. Price was extremely reasonable and I really liked that they seemed to actually care about the customer. I just want to take a moment and praise this business. I was in the area visiting a friend when my tire went flat. This place just happened to be the next closest shop so I stopped to have it repaired. After a brief inspection it was determined that a simple fix was not an option and a new tire was necessary. I was bummed as I had just purchased new tires not even 8 months ago which I explained to the gentleman at the counter - I only wish I could remember his name because he was so wonderful. Instead of trying to sell me another tire like most places probably would have, he filled up my tire with air and sent me down the road to another shop that could cover my tire under warranty. I so appreciate them not ripping me off and helping me out in my time of need. They saved me a couple hundred bucks but gave up an easy sale as I was at their mercy with a flat tire in an unfamiliar area. I unfortunately can’t comment about their work quality as no service was performed but I can only imagine that if it’s half as good as their customer service, then it is a 10! A BIG Thank You to this business and the manager at the front desk. Your kindness and honesty did not go unnoticed.

Brought my Volkswagen here based on a friends recommendation. My A/C was blowing hot and needed a recharge. Had that and an oil change completed in about an hour. Cost me much less then I was expecting to pay.

* HONEST * HONEST * HONESTI took my Toyota Camry to this shop for an oil change last week & was told by the service manager that it was time to replace my battery. Since I wasn’t having any trouble with my car, I assumed the guy was making it up & trying to “up sale” me so I said NO. Yesterday afternoon I came out of work & my car wouldn’t start - battery dead! Lesson learned, listen to the professionals. I of course took it back to them & had them replace it right after which was quick & efficient. This place is a gem & I would recommend them 100%.

They Are Very Honest and Trustworthy! I had some work done here about a year ago. Long story short...I started having problems and returned to have my car re-evaluated. Unfortunately it was found that one of the replaced parts was defective. To my relief they provided me a warranty and was able to replace it with no charges whatsoever being passed on to me. I can’t thank them enough for their honesty and standing behind their work. I feel confident in returning here for all my auto needs and will refer my family and friends as well.

I needed new brakes on my truck so I called several shops to get prices. The manager here told me to bring it in and they would do a free brake inspection and give me an estimate which is exactly what they did. I really appreciate their honesty and not trying to sell me parts I really didn’t need. They of course got my business and did great work. I will be coming here from now on!

Couldnt ask for a nicer bunch of people to worked on my 2008 Saturn.Most of my problems were electrical but caused by water intrusion through drain mast from sun roof.Well documented problem with this model.Although we couldnt correct completely due to parts no longer in the system the guys never gave up looking for a suitable resolution.

I’ve been taking my car to another shop in the area because they always had coupons for cheap oil changes. No frills / No extras - just basic oil change. My last service appointment however felt very rushed & the manager tried to sell me on some additional services Which I shouldn’t even need based on my cars age & miles. For this reason, I decided to try Port Orange Auto Service Center for my next oil change & found their prices just as competitive without the coupons & they also did a safety inspection & rotated my tires which was all included with my oil change.

Awesome place that really knows their stuff. Dealt directly with the owner which was a nice change from all the clowns at the dealership. Plus cost half what I would’ve paid them.

Service Manager got me in and out quickly without an appointment. They were nice, knowledgeable and reasonable.

I have a 1999 Explorer and I am trying to keep from having car payments. So yes I have to put money in it because its old. They have been wonderful to me. BEWARE! After years of doing business with this facility they gave me a false diagnosis. They replaced most of The a/c system and when the new compressor didn’t work right they told me it was a different part that was leaking Freon. I took the vehicle for a second opinion and found no leaks, just the new compressor not working. There is a lot more to the story, but bottom line is the owner or the tech is wrong and they refuse to admit and give part warranty info to me or my new service shop. They lost a loyal customer. I see where the owner comments on reviews, but why is he not on here admitting to a HUGE mistake that almost cost me $1,400+ dollars? No excuse for lying to me. A simple apology is all I ask for.
