A few months ago I went into Orange Phone Care for a replacement battery for my Pixel 3XL. Eric and Tyler greeted me and answered all my concerns. Andrew and Connor did a great job switching out the battery and my phone was like new. Ill definitely be back the next time I have phone issues. Thanks guys!

My son took his phone case off and dropped it on the tile floor, smashing the screen to where only half of it could be viewed with constant fluttering. I am a single dad, single income parent. My son needs his phone for me to contact him at times. I took the phone to the Apple store in Altamonte, couldn’t fix it. I took the phone to another local cell phone repair shop, couldn’t fix it. I took it to AT&T, couldn’t fix it, but luckily the rep said to try Orange Cell Phone Repair out. Stating that they were very good. I’m glad that I took their recommendation because they were able to fix it. They saved me over $1000 because I would’ve had to buy myself a new phone and give my son my old phone. Both of the guys that I spoke with were super nice. If I am ever in the situation again, this is the first place that I will go to.

When I walked in I was greeted by Eric. Eric had a big smile on his face and asked me how I was doing. The smile he gave me was like he was happy to help me as I came in the store. I was soo upset that I thought I lost my iPhone 11 Pro with all of my pictures. I was currently in Florida on vacation and I went to Disney. There at Disney there was a down pour of rain. My phone was in my back pack but still got wet. My phone was flashing the apple symbol on my phone but would not turn on. Eric reassured me that he would do everything possible to get my phone working. He carried on conversation. He remembered my name throughout the time I was there. You can tell that he genuinely loved his job and what he does. The other workers that were there where just as polite and personable. This store made me feel great about being there. Although I don’t want to go back for phone issues, I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS if you ever have phone issues. Eric fixed my phone and I walked out the happiest woman. They truly deserve 10 stars but since that is not an option 5 stars will do. Thank you Eric. You and your team are the best!

While on vacation, my phone got wet, I found Orange Phone Care, on Clyde Morris Blvd in Port Orange, Florida. Tyler and Connor were quick to help, they are knowledgable pleasant, and efficient . With their help, I was able to choose a gently used phone,switch out my old one and be on my way.I found an issue with the phone app that evening. I brought it back the next day. Upon entering, I was addressed by name, and in no time, I had another phone and was once again on my way. No problems at all.I found the whole unfortunate experience very pleasant and wish I lived closer.

We went to get help with her phone at the Port Orange phone repair at 3808 S. Clyde Morris Blvd., Port Orange Florida and employee who was the store manager there named Eric Albertson was fantastic kind helpful and very fast. He was also very patient. Such a great place to go for the worst luck with your phone. Sometimes bad luck brings you to the best places! My phone screen appeared to have water damage and then it just stopped working. I feared I’d need to replace my phone so I tried these guys out instead of dishing another $1k without asking plus still having to pay for my damaged phone. Came to this store asked what it would cost to repair and was shocked with how cheap it was. The guys at batteries plus directed me to these guys. Nice clean, well stocked, organized store. The manager Eric took a look at my IPad, diagnosed the problem accurately, gave me an estimate, a 10% discount from the referral, a time for repair, a suggestion for a protector to avert the cause of my problem and fixed it on time. Plus the pad was as clean and shiny as it was when it was new. The guys were also fun to talk with!

Orange phone care is a wonderful place, I was there yesterday and Eric helped me so much. Came wanting to repair my 8+(best price in the area!) so that it could be bought out of our remaining bill($266) and Eric actually convinced me to sell my phone for $280 and not have to get it repaired at all! Instead of coming out behind $70, I ended up getting 14 dollars above what I owed! And they weren’t pushy about selling it, just wanted to get me the best value for my phone. Eric was very helpful and not pushy when I came in to purchase a newer model, used iPhone. The prices are very competitive compared to sites like eBay but Eric went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I liked the fact that I could see the actual iPhone and not have to take my chances on eBay and possibly have to go through a return process if I was not satisfied or had issues with a device from purchasing it online. I have had the newer model iPhone for almost a week and I have had no issues with anything I use it for. Also, the battery health was very good for a used iPhone. Eric assured me that the used phone would be covered by a 6 month warranty (voided by physical or water damage) so it is great to know that if I have any issues with the phone I can bring it back and I will be covered. I went back within a few hours and bought a case and tempered glass screen protector, which Eric installed, for a great price. I highly recommend Orange Phone Care if you are looking to purchase a used mobile phone for a great price and his customer service was outstanding!

Came to replace my hubby’s phone. Eric was pleasant to work with and very helpful. He was patient, as my hubby’s phone is so old, it took quite a while to wait on the download. While we were waiting, I had him take a quick look at MY phone, as I had dropped my phone and there was a long scratch across it. I wanted to make sure it was the screen protector, and not the phone, that had cracked. Thankfully, it was the screen protector (it did it’s job!).
