I had a stress-free experience at Verizon today. The rep was informative but not pushy. Everyone was great and experience a 5 star.

I came in this afternoon to get a new phone and my rep was super understanding to my needs and wants when it came to what kind of phone I was looking for. My rep took time to explain options and show me differences amongst them to make the best choice.

Came in to pick up my new iphone 13 pro max, a rep got my phone and processed my trade and the transaction very quickly . I also needed to stay and use the wifi before leaving the store to transfer everything from my old phone to the new phone . The rep sat with me at his desk for almost 2 hours while my old phone transferred everything to the new phone and the old phone deleted itself . It was a nice experience and i would recommend people come to the port orange location, i came from new smyrna beach to port orange because of the customer service at this location .

I came into the shop to upgrade my iPhone to the new 13 model. The rep did an outstanding job of getting the product I needed and made the process as painless as possible. Very professional and easy to work with!

Kept having super annoying pop ups coming up on my phone. They were able to get them all off. Big help!!

My phone was broken the rep did his best to fix unfortunately he could not. He did everything he could to hook us up with the best deal on a new phone. He stayed late to help us great experience.

The office staff here is always friendly, curtiou and professional. I was dealt with quickly and the new phone setup and checked. He also checked out other phone and showed me how to correct a few issues I was having.

I came in because my iCloud backup was saying too full. The rep was very helpful and got my iCloud all situated for me. I wanted to get a new iPhone 13 but they did not have any available, but we will get one ordered at a later time

Verizon has the best service but who cares if their customer service and tech support are basically ghosts. If you work from your phone and its your prime tool for your business never use this server cause if something goes wrong youll be lucky to have a phone within a week. I hate this place!!!
