Was having issues with AT&T. They told me that our wireless router was supposed to be one flat rate of 70 dollars for unlimited data. First bill over 450 dollars. Canceled service and walked into local T-mobile they had me up and running in just a few minutes with a unlimited tablet data plan for less than 70 dollars. Thanks to Alex, Zach, and Heather at the Port Orange, Florida store. It’s nice to have honest straight forward service, as well as people that care about the customers time! 5 stars!
Heather and Jayjay help me out with a touchy subject, near and dear to me. My uncle passed and I had to try to unlock his phone to handle some things for the funeral. It has been so hard on me and my family and these T-Mobile reps we’re very helpful and patient. They were simply AWESOME I will tell u this they are superheroes in pink and black I’m so great full for y’all thanks again I will definitely will be back with my family and friends

Went to get Galaxy watches with my fiance. Heather was helpful but it was clear out of the 4 employees in the store, none of them knew how to help a Sprint customer. We were there almost an hour, and they called Sprint sales, and when we thought we had it all wrapped up another employee stepped in and tried to have a hushed conversation with their colleague that because he didnt know how to ring out the inventory that we should have to wait and order the watches instead of getting the ones they had in stock and then told us they couldnt do anything until Friday. They tried to blame evil Sprint for everything, not only with us, but with several other customers in store. This store failed us by having no one trained on the Sprint systems, not because Sprint was bad. To prove our point, that it was the store, not Sprint or TMobile, we went down the street to another TMobile store where we had our watches within 20 minutes, no issues. Do not go to this store, go up the street to the one at the Pavilion, they are fantastic.
Actual store employee staff were NOT Attentive- helpful- Informative - productive - or showed any sign of wanting to assist in resolving the minor issues to complete a new large several phones açcount ! In fact I ended up leaving without having brand new account & phones not activated, so I have decided to mail all the phones back and return to my original provider of 12 years.
Today has been a day. I went to the pavilion location and was treated so unfairly. I found this lil store and when I tell you I felt like I was home talking to Andre and Zach. They made my worries go away about an issue I had on my bill. He broke my bill down so I could truly understand because I was so confused.
Zach provides superior customer service and always with a smile. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. He is extremely patient and calm even when customers are not. Truly a professional.

Mallory at the Port Orange Pavillion location is bar far, the most professional, knowledgeable, patient, empathetic, courteous and thorough retail associate I’ve dealt with in a long, long time. I highly recommend to ask for her at this location. Better yet, GO to this location and ask for Mallory!!

I decided to read the reviews from this store and realized why!!If I could put 0 stars I would a trillion times! They never have phones every time I try to get an upgrade. I left their store soon after I walked in and didn’t even get greeted; first thing the guy says is we don’t have the phone and he hands me my phone like “i can’t do anything anyway”.... Don’t know what the heck that was about and I felt judged by my clothing!I finally got my needs met at the other store across the way that had the iPhone 12 Pro Max I wanted and gosh am I happy felt like I got the star treatment plus 100000!! The store inside the Pavilion shopping place has me business 100% hands down!!Bottom line...These guys need to the get their act together and retrain!Hope this helps out!

This location is very friendly, clean and generally very helpful, in fact I have bought several phones here.... So why the 1 star?I added a line to my magenta plan, and was told very thoroughly that my bill would NOT change, as this line was part of a promotion.. well come to find out, it was not. After several phone calls and an hour and a half in the store, no change.The staff accepted responsibility, however corporate would not back their store and left me stuck with a Bait and Switch.I will be contacting the BBB and may have to return to social media so that corporate hears this loud and clear.Again, this staff is helpful, a simple mistake was misread and advertised to me, and they seem not to care in the least.UPDATE-After talking directly to Tmobil care, seems like they are going to sort it out. Updating rating to 4 stars

It took two days to get Verizon to cooperate and switch to t Mobil keeping my own phone number I can’t say enough about the two gentlemen who helped me this past Monday Frankie for 21/2 hours and Josh on Tuesday for 11/2 hours the patience and professionism they displayed is an asset to your company. They both worked so hard to make this happen for me dealing with owner of old Verizon account and numerous phone calls . They worked so hard to see that this was going to transfer and finally for all of their hard work I am now a happy customer of t Mobil thanks to these two men. Thank you men.

We had a really bad experience at this T-Mobile store. I came in to switch out my sprint sim for a T-Mobile one and the man “helping”, Josh, was rude and very unhelpful. I tried asking questions and he consistently answered with one-word responses lacking any kind of helpful detail. Before he switched my card I asked if I would lose anything like pictures, emails, etc. He said no just voicemails. I expressed concerned with this and asked follow up questions as I have some voicemails from my grandfather that I didn’t want to lose. He switched it anyway while I was questioning it and I lost all my voicemails. My boyfriend then went back into the store to see if we could switch it back to get the voicemails and again he was unhelpful and asked us to go see someone else.

I went in to find out a promotion. After waiting about four minutes the guy came out and acted like he didn’t want to help me at all. After being a customer with T-Mobile for 12 years I’m really thinking that switching would be best with customer service like this!
Signed up for T-Mobile to realize they have NO SERVICE in PORT ORANGE. Phones would not work 1 Mile away from store. Brought the phones back 15 days later (because we were told we had 30 day trial and tried to give it a chance) and NICK the manager refused to take them back. Had to go through corporate. Spent approximately 15 hours of my life trying to get out of this horrible mistake. STAY AWAY. Get Verizon instead.

After 13 years with Verizon we switched our business service to T-Mobile. Yanni and Nick have been fantastic to work with. They have exhibited excellent responsiveness and follow through. T-Mobile service has been excellent in all the areas that we have used it and represents the best value for our firm after having extensively shopped and negotiated other service providers. Additionally, the Samsung equipment we selected has also exceeded our expectations in every category. In conclusion we are so pleased to be working with the Port Orange T-Mobile store and staff...Thanks To All!!
If I could rate this no stars, I absolutely would!! The worst service/coverage for the Port Orange area. The staff will tell you differently just to get you to buy their phones. Then once I tried to return the phone within the allotted 2 weeks time they gave me the run around and refused to help. Take my advice and go to another service provider. The service with these phones are horrible and I literally live in T-mobiles backyard. I even bought the top of the line phones, of course at their suggestion.
Zach and Josh were very knowledgeable. We came in with an old phone that was failing. Both Zach and Josh were able to help us get a new phone and save money in the process.
Joshua is absolutely clueless every question we asked he didn’t have an answer to and had to call customer service very disappointing

This is honestly the worst T-Mobile ever, I’m assuming because it is a Authorized Dealer. They added all sorts of add ons to my account and completely messed up my whole account and customer service had to spend 30 minutes fixing my account. Don’t come here, they’re morons.
In 2017 I went in to T-Mobile and Taylor road I switched from a business account with jump to a personal 55 plus account when closing out the business account we used the jump and turned in our Samsung 7 and Samsung 8 plus opened the new personal account and got new Samsung 8 notes. Months later I come to find out Im getting charged over a $1000 for the cell phones that were turned in after 5 attempts the store still has not found them no one will help they put it as a charge off and now I have bed credit on all 3 credit bureaus. Customer service said that the store could do a courtesy credit refund on the new store manager refuses to do so even know they received the phones they lost the phones. No one in the store nor will customer service help or take responsibility even though I have proof the phones were turned in period and to make matters worse I found out yesterday Im still being charged a monthly bill for a business account that was closed in 2017
The store is ok if you can get Nour, forget the rest of them they are apathetic.And just a forewarning, if you cant get cell service in a t-mobile store you cannot get service elsewhere. This company lie through their teeth in service coverage. Sometimes you get service if you stand outside and hold phone above your head. Ridiculous!!
