Very fast and courteous on service call. Keith knew what needed to be done to satisfy me to bring my old antiquated DVD/Surround system up to par with our newer tv system. Unfortunately it was not worth the hassle to upgrade at this time. You are a great company and I will recommend you!

While I was in AZ my bro-in-law’s TV went out. He is handicapped and his TV is about all he’s got. After checking all the big box stores and amazon it was going to take days to get one delivered and installed. Called Royal and they delivered and installed one in less than 2 hrs. I couldn’t believe it. Customer service like this is almost non-existent today. Call Nikki. She’ll try her best to get it done.
Had David service my Yamaha amp and pre amp I’ve had since 1985. It’s been worth keeping it in working order and Royal Electronics (David) hook me up good. Took a couple of trips but we got right. I’d recommend them if one is needing repair work done.
I got ripped off today, thanking the great family service with a smile.$134.00 for two items, witch was only $65 on amazon.Anntenna was $99.00 and stand was $34.00 with Royal ElectronicsAmazon, anntenna was $49.00 and stand was $12.00I appreciate good help, but I dont like 100% mark up !!!Take advantage of ppl that dont know what they are looking at, I drove 2 hours to get ripped off.Maybe answer some questions, but everything is 100% mark up or more ! I could have easy looked it up on my phone in the store and bought nothing with the same questions answered. But I did not treat Royal Electronic like Best Buy... I had issues with an Error message on my LG dishwasher. The manual did not indicate the possible problem. Once Matt arrived from Royal Electronics, he was extremely knowledgeable about LG products and quickly diagnosed the problem. Matt was polite, courteous, on time and went above and beyond to make sure the dishwasher was operating properly. The original installer had not balanced or secured it correctlyMatt took care of those issues. That was beyond his required duties.Thanks Matt, youre the best.John
They are here at my house as i write this. First thing i wanna say is they have been in this town as long as i can remember. They installed our Alarm system when we had this house built in 1989/1990. Theyve serviced our system for many years. Currently installing 8 cameras on the property, because lets face it. People be crazy and this neighborhood has changed. Everyone we knew is gone. This is an excellent repair service. Stan and Keith saved my 19-year-old built-in GE refrigerator and were thorough and meticulous in tracking down the problem and the followup. Any other repair service, even General Electric, would have spent 10 minutes in my home and told me to buy a new one. Not here. They tested and re-tested and serviced and re-serviced. They lent me a small refrigerator to keep me going in the interim. Moreover, I initially had a problem with the office which left me really angry. But Michelle and Keith went out of their way to call me and try to make it right. They bent over backwards, they went out of their way, to get this unhappy customers problem fixed. I must tell you, I havent run across service like this in decades. Service and talent.
I purchased a Hd antanna from R E it does not work properly ... pixilated picture missing channels have to keep settings changes to locate channels and still dont work right . Their solution take antenna down and drive it to their store and for 25 dollars they will let you know if the problem is with the antenna or they for 95 dollars will send someone out ... i paid 700 hundred dollars for them to install the device 200 for antenna 500 dollars to hook it up, two guys were here for an hour took my money and left ... now pay even more money to find out what the problem is . !

Terrible communication and completely disorganized. I waited 2 months to hear back from them about my repair and when it was finally finished I tested it in store to find that the issue was not even addressed. I was given the runaround and treated like an imbecile. After promising to do the right thing and repair properly, I waited another 2 months only to find a different set of issues and a higher bill than they estimated me. The receptionists are sweet people but I would never trust this company with a repair.

Fixed my TV and it was better than before it broke. Easy drop off, quick to diagnose (2 days) fix (7 business days) they had to order the part so it was expected.
Mike was our service tech for an issue with our Samsung tv, and he was awesome. I talked to him on the phone. He knew what was wrong, gave me an estimate, and we scheduled an appointment. He came exactly on time (no service window!). He made the repair quickly, and the cost was just what he estimated. Excellent service!
Royal elecktronicks set up our new antenna and and all new wiring. We have 68 channels and all high definition channels. The best thing is we have no monthly payments all free TV. So good bye spectrum

I had a $3000.00 LG tv barely out of warranty that died. Mike, our tech, advised that I contact LG and they worked as the liaison to get my screen replaced under warranty. They helped out so much throughout the process. They even gave me a new remote when mine went down, no charge. I would have given up with out their assistance. I will never use anyone else for TV repair.

My 7 month old TV went out and I panicked! I spent alot of money on this and thought I would be buying a new one. I called Samsung and they stated that because it may be related to a power surge it would not be covered. They gave me the local repair company (Royal Electronics) and they were amazing. From Mona to the repair man that came to my house they were extremely professional. They came within a few days and were able to diagnose the issue and fix it in about an hour! Best of all, it was all able to be covered under warranty. I would recommend them to anyone.

They replaced my ice maker.Less than A year later the ice maker broke again. They charged me 89 dollars just to come out and tell me it was broken. Ok?!? Now another service fee to comeback out to replace on top of the parts and labor costs. 262 dollars for a 69 dollar part. I ordered the part myself and it literally took me ten minutes to take off and put in the new ice maker........ I understand they have to make money but come on their prices are ridiculous!!!!!!

We were told 3 to 5 business days to hear back about a repair to our microwave. After about 7 days I was told that I shouldve been given a 7 to 10 day wait as the 3 to 5 was for TV repairs. Ok. So about 3 weeks later I get a call about ordering a part and an estimate. Im like, whatever, I just need to get my microwave back. Itll be over a month later by the time my repair is complete.Not good.

Staff is certainly nice, not a lot of bad to say really. The free estimate is what got me in the door, the excessive price is what drove me from getting my TV repaired here. $280 for a bad power supply? The part is only $30-$40 and the TV is hardly worth $200 if I sold it to a private party in a fully working condition (3 year old 51 inch samsung plasma). Theres no way labor for the 1-2 hours MAX it would take to replace the parts would cost over $200. A cost to repair range may be more appropriate...especially if youre facing the possibility of replacing good parts.They take a while to check your TV - what do you expect its a free service and theyre pretty busy. However, they diagnosed my problem wrong. Told me the power supply was bad, and so I ordered a new PS and before I put it in I just figured why not check the voltage out of the PS and into the other boards? To my surprise, everything was in order! It took me a whole 5 minutes to do this, including disassembling the TV. Only reason I didnt do this to begin with was due to the dangerous high ACV you have to work with, you can mitigate this risk by simply taking your time.As I expected, the TV still didnt work after putting a new PS in. Bought a new main board and threw that in and guess what, the TV works!Pros: polite, local, and free estimates. They certainly try, which is hard to say about a lot of businesses these days.Cons: expensive, somewhat long turn-around time, and inaccurate diagnosis
Took my tv to.get fixed brought it home same issue they changed me $80 and dont want to refund my money that is thieveing where I come from in Dallas Texas I.guess that is the only way they can.Stay in business in this small town bye ripping off people dont go there

What a worm hole of issues weve encountered with this company. Disappointed that LG contracts them for service. Weve been waiting over a month to get our ice maker fixed. 3 service calls, 2 different parts and finally someone thinks they know what the cause is.If your product provider sends you to Royal Electronics, ASK FOR ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER! I would not recommend this company to anyone at this time!
After 4 months of having various repairmen my refrigerator still has the same issue I called about while it was under warranty. Of course, the warranty expired while this ordeal was going on, Never use this company the repairmen all tell you something different and are not knowledgeable about popular brands of refrigerators

Took them a remote that was damaged by a leaky battery. They diagnosed it and told me they had fixed it and to pick it up. I get there same problem and this happened three times before they told me it was unrepairable. So i gave them 3 stars because they were very polite.

The worst most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I called and set an appointment. They charge $80 just to come out and not fix anything. Then they tell me my parts would be in and they would be back the following Monday. A full week and a half later I call them and no one there can answer my question. They said they will have someone call me back. (mind you I have not had a working washing machine since before Thanksgiving and they knew this) Someone calls me back and says my parts are in and they wont be able to make it until after Christmas. I had to explain myself again to this person on the phone who so Graciously re arranged the schedule to fit me in on Christmas eve. I was at work when the repair man arrived. Then I get a call.... The guy said he cant fix it its not worth iT buy a new washer I have a 2.5 year old Samsung washer that costs over $2000 for the set. This guy says its not worth it! who are you to tell me its not worth it?? I have one day off a week a new born and two young children. I dont have the time to go to the laundry mat. Having a working washing machine is priceless to me. The BEST PART IS HE JUST LEFT!! HE DIDNT EVEN PUT MY WASHING MACHINE BACK TOGETHER! i TOOK PICTURES SO WHEN I REPORT TO BBB THEY CAN SEE HOW TERRIBLE THIS COMPANY IS.I WOULD NOT REFER TO MY WORST ENEMY.

I unfortunately bought this plan thinking it was better than best buys because the sales guy in electronics said it was.1. TV BROKE (ok no problem) HD Controller went out (70.00) on ebay.2. Called in to service center, gave them my ESP number (response) sorry sir, we need you original receipt to research this.3. Ok but its packed up since we just moved in. (response Ok I can waive the 15.00 charge to look it up) First slap in the face... I just provided you with my service number.4. When getting the tv fixed, they said we will have someone pick it up, Royal electronics came the same week.5. When Royal Electronics ordered the part, Service center said they ordered the wrong part, Royal Electronics said, the service center sent the wrong one.6. long story short, 10 calls, 1 month and from January 4th still no tv, and no parts coming in. It took 4 weeks to give me a status and tracking number for the part that was only ordered on the 22nd after the wrong one came in on the 18th.February 2nd is here, and still no tv. Tech said, (this is simple, you should have the tv by next week.Target, Thank you so much for putting up with my calls, Oh wait, you just said nothing we can do, contact service company, service company said, if your unhappy call target guest relations....You definitely need to get your act together, I cant even cancel my cable till the tv is back because I will have to pay 49.00 and 20.00 increase per month if I cancel.
The worst company Ive dealt with in a long time. They were sent on a warranty call to fix my washer and ended up damaging a part while trying to fix the machine. They tried to get the warranty to cover the the part THEY damaged and when that was denied, they refused to come out or take accountability for the damage they did. The manager was extremely rude.
