Communication was terrible. No return call. Had to keep calling back. Needs better service.

Called to inquire on Blu Ray repair services and the gentleman I spoke with apologized that they didnt offer such services, but walked me through some simple cleaning steps that Im already capable of doing myself. His insight was extremely helpful and reassuring. Ill be contacting this place again if I need any assistance with electronics in the future. Sometimes just a minute or two of tech talk can save the hassle of a bigger headache. I really appreciate people who put helping first and money second.

They’ve had my television for 9 months. Every time I call I’m told that they’re not in the office, or they’ll have their repair man call me back, or they just don’t pick up. I’d understand if the part that they needed was still unavailable, but they won’t talk to me about it. Bad customer service. Don’t waste your time, money, and energy!

They said theyd have the diagnosis to my TV on the following Monday. I waited a few day and heard nothing. He kept saying hell get back to me and never did. I called everyday and still he had no answer. A week later I tell him Im tired of the waiting game and want my TV and money back and all of a sudden he knows whats going on a the my TV. Then says the part where isnt in and it will be over $200 to repair. Horrible customer service. They couldnt repair my TV because there was a back log on parts and I never got a warning by that this would happen. They had to know this part was back logged but failed to tell me. Then they wouldnt issue any portion of the deposit back. Sounds like con artists to me, in the least horrible business men.

Had and issue with my Samsung refrigerator and was given their contact info. Leroy came out and instead of possibly replacing the circuit board, he just needed to remove ice buildup and set up so the drain tube doesn’t freeze again. He was honest and professional! Very rare in today’s world and I was impressed!! Highly recommend
