I didnt go Inside as I was just waiting for a friend to do what she needed to do in there. From sitting back and watching tiktok and glancing up occasionally, the store employees were constantly cleaning the counters and everyone were wearing masks. They only let a few people in at a time which is nice due to covid. Im only rating them based on what I saw, cause there cleaning and wearing masks and so on, is why I gave them 4. If I was inside then I would change it accordingly.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Lied to me about what adding a line would cost. Manager never got back to me like they were supposed to. I had to physically go back into the store to get any answers- they then admitted they made a mistake and would fix it. Bill is due in two days, still isn’t fixed and when we called the store back they told us to call sprint billing, and then they hung up on my fiancé. We will be switching to any other phone company but sprint/t-mobile because of how terrible the customer service was. I was with Sprint for years and as soon as T-Mobile took over, nothing but problems and trash customer service

The team at this store is amazing... when another store told me they couldnt take a cash payment... not only did this store take it but they went above and beyond in customer service for me today. Have had issues with sprint forever, if you need good service, don’t get sprint. If you need fast internet, don’t get sprint. If you want affordable, don’t get sprint. If you want awesome customer service, don’t get sprint. If i had to choose between sprint services or a paper cup and string, I would take the cup and string. 100% The worst service available.

1 Star, but if I could give it 0 I would. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. We went into the store to get an Samsung A11 fixed. The problem was that the phone wasnt connecting to any service. No calls or texts could be made at all. The device also wasnt dropped ect. It just started acting up one day. We dropped the device off, left the store and roughly an hour and a half later, we were told that the phone couldnt be fixed and wed have to replace it. The new one would get there in 2 DAYS. After asking some more questions, they said they couldnt fix it and acted like this problem had happened before, it was very common and could be fixed. Eventually, the person I was travelling with continued to ask questions. All the other employees in the store seemed to disappear into the back, when questions were pressed, and were whispering, Is he gone yet? ect ect. Took a while before the manager went in and said, Theres nothing we can fix The new phone cannot be shipped to us, we have to go BACK into the store again to get it, as well. P.S: The new phone will be the 3RD ONE WEVE GOTTEN IN 2 MONTHS.

Edit: Store is now owned by T-Mobile this review is back for when it was sprint but still stands.Sales reps doesnt even understand their own policies had to have sprints customer service tell them whether or not the phone could be replaced due to it being a bad S10+ with the galaxy forever plan rep lied and said we would need to buy out a broken phone they sold. Also they refuse to test it cause it will brick it. This took almost 2 hours to correct

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help with anything. the reason is for 3 stars is that the wait time to get in to see anyone is a bit lengthy. Even when setting up an appointment and arriving on time there is a significant wait time to get an employee.

No matter what problem I have they always have a reason why they cant solve it. Usually involves some stupid corporate policy or some statement about how they all do that or a fix is coming. Customer service is a completely foreign concept to these folks.

I have been coming here for 10 years to take care of all my sprint business, I was in yesterday to upgrade my phone. Jeremy, is the only reason I am giving two stars, if it had not been for him this trip would have been a complete disaster. There is no point in making an appointment at this store. You will be service in the order you arrived. At least on the weekend, This is what i was told to the first person that spoke to me after o arrived, I told him that I felt that this was unacceptable and I wished to speak to the store manager. I waiting while her went and talked to him. he came over and told me that it was the system that they use and they have no control over it. I explained to him that the previous person I spoke with told me something different and told him what had been said. The manager told me that he was wrong and my phone still needed to be booted up anyway and that takes some time and pretty munch walked away from me. I am disgusted with this store, I have never been treated so poorly. That manager sets a poor example and just passes the buck. I will be contacting the corporate office and letting them know how a customer is being treated.

Went in to see what the difference would be for changing from AT&T to sprint and met with less than ideal customer service. The guy we were working with was less than happy to be working so close to close.. one gentleman whod like he had just been out back in the alley taking a crack smoking break, asked us at random if we were there to pay a bill...... what? No.... anyways. Pass on this place and just stick with going to the one in portage, maybe they will be willing to do their job..

The employees were extremely rude (except for the one who was actually supposed to be helping me), one employee continuously interrupted the team member trying to help me. He was with another customer and interrupted that interaction repeatedly to say things that quite frankly didnt relate. Only one team member took the time to actually understand my issue and once he did, and they all agreed I was paying for insurance ($19 a month) I literally couldnt use and all though i pay for sprint complete and I purchased apple care, that when I went for the $29 screen repair through asurion they sent it to apple using my up my second incident through through apple care. So at this point Ive payed over $400 for sprint complete. That I apparently cant use ever and when I tried to they used the apple care plus I paid an additional $99 for. Im so frustrated neither apple or sprint will make this right.

NEVER. EVER. GET SERVICE FROM SPRINT. Me and my friends all bought phones and I couldnt even sign into my apple account. All phones were slow and would glitch and crash apps. I couldnt get service anywhere and after our first month they tacked on all sorts of extra fees and even made up pay for the fifth line WHICH THEY SAID WOULD BE FREE FOR THE FIRST MONTH. All around terrible and I will never be going back to sprint ever again

Im not well informed when it comes to phones and electronics. But when I stopped in I was greeted so kindly by a guy named Michael! He was so knowledgeable and tried his best to go out of his way to help me and my mom. Im in the customer service business and he truly was superb changed the atmosphere a tad when I walked in the other day. I just wanted to share my good experience and let it be known I appreciated all of his help.. I normally dont walk out with a smile and a sigh of relief! So thank you!

If you are a loyal sprint user like myself With a phone that seems to be on the fritz, this is most definitely the olace you want to go to to get it fixed by true professionals! This locations employees are the friendliest, always greet you with a smile & never hesitate to answer any questions you may have, especially in the best deals on the newest phones they wont offer at other locations. Sprint in general is not helpful. We switched to Verizon due to a cheaper plan for over all better service. If you do have to go to this Sprint store ask for Anastasia, she was the only nice customer service rep we have spoken to.

I went there today to resolve an issue with my billing. Not only was I told that nothing would be done to help find a resolution. Then I was asked who helped me and when I told them I was informed that that person no longer worked there as if that was supposed to be an explanation as to why nothing could be resolved. I asked if anything at all could be done, but was again told no. To top it all off the manager couldnt even come out from the back to tell me in person. Even though his employee who made a mistake and gave me incorrect information about changes that could be made to my plan, and then made changes that were incorrect which resulted in my bill being much more than I was told it would be. I left there feeling very much brushed aside. Like no one wanted to deal with my concerns. I stayed polite to the poor employee the manager sent to inform me that they would do nothing and left. I felt that this was not an issue of them not being able to help me, but that I was not important enough to be helped.Thank goodness I decided to talk with Naydena Smith at the Universal Wireless Sprint location in plainwell. She went above and beyond to help me. Using every resource she could think of to help me. I had every intention of canceling all of my services, but she saved me as your customer, and made me a believer again that sprint does care about the people they provide service to. Despite not reaching the resolution I desired, I greatly appreciate Naydenas attentive and caring attitude to help me get to a resolution I could accept. I sincerely hope that the Westnedge location doesnt treat customers like this on a regular basis. It was the worst experience I have ever had. It was like I was told that I had to pay a penalty for trusting them.

I hate this store if not sprint as a whole. He spent more time trying to see items to me then activating my phone. I spent 2-3 hours in the store & all I was doing was picking up my phone. I had to go to the store 3 times to find out that I was required to purchase a 2 year agreement or but the payment plan on the phone. I bought a phone at full price now I had to end up returning the device on my 3rd visit to sign a contract to get my money back. The representatives could be a little more knowledgeable about there products. Wasted several ours of my time between going to the store and being on hold on the phone.

Extremely understaffed. Customer service needs improvement. One guy was kicked back casually chatting with another lady who appeared to be a customer, while there were literally 10 others waiting. After a 20 minute wait, I was still #3 on the list, with an estimated 20 minutes remaining until I could be seen. I left, went to Drake, and upon entry was greeted. They immediately resolved my issue and I was on my way.

Long wait with no single employee even acknowledging we entered the store (later found out the one employee who kept looking at us but wouldnt acknowledge us was the store manager). Finally got on the list and still waited 20 minutes as the clueless employees couldnt figure out how to use their own system for keeping track of customers.Finally while trying to trade in a working iphone in good condition was told its bent, we cant take that to trade in. Laying flat on the counter I cant even rock the phone in any way and yet the manager lies right to may face (the face of a 10 year + customer) to get an extra $15 a month. I walked out at this pointStay away from this store and Sprint in general if at all possible.

This store is only looking to make customers pay more money than needed. They lied to me after 2 other non-corporate sprint stores told me that my phone only needed a new SIM card which they didnt have in stock. Westnedge store tried telling me I needed a new phone. Called sprint customer service and they sent me a free SIM card over night. If you want to update phone this store is ok. For phone problems go to a non-corporate store! They actually try to fix phones before selling something you dont need.

Fraud service. Paid for insurance and phone e has defect and wont work. They will not hold up to their insurance and will not replace phone even though its in the contract. Legal action should be taken against this horrible place. They are full of employees who screw the customers. Never ever ever go to this store.
