Nice fork lift driver. The place is a pain but pretty quick. Had to fingerprint the load first time in a long time, but overall not bad. No rest room just a outhouse

So in order for me to get loaded I have to witness loading process and now if in case of any claims and charges I have to take that responsibility even tho the lumpers are the ones who are supposed to get it right way from get go.Afterwards at delivery and unloading process in case they have to claim it, will it be on me ? Per shipper - Yes it will.This is Vizio loading policy that per specific cargo hauls like the one that weve get now - driver has to witness it.Matter of fact, lumper drive so unsafe ! And you have literally to sit next to them, now they pull and push the product like its nothing, and then its damaged and wreked.I decided not to go with it since I knew there is a huge change to have a claim.Plus you cant even make pictures of the load !!!

If think about this company to pick up, make sure don’t be late 5 minutes if u late 5 minutes, they will keep u there 10 hours, they are corrupt, and they not happy, everyone is mad, if u go there on time, u will be fine but make sure, don’t go back u truck, wait inside cause if they call u one time, u not there, they will mark u Late; be careful;

Great place for pick up. The Mexican guys in there are working hard and loading trucks quick. Yea u have to stand on the dock while they load u for an hour but that didn’t bother me. I will gladly come here again. Keep trucking 🚛💨💨💨

You have to wait inside. They call you dock number and if they miss you they will skip you. Driver has to help count!. Some of the guys are slow. Wait time is surreal!.

They rejected my trl I called repair out they couldnt find the hole turns out it was a vent. Then 4 hrs to load. DONT COME HERE FOR A LOAD!

Drivers beware. Made me wait for two hours then refused to load due to a suspicious license. Its totally valid, ive delivered thousands of loads. They wasted my time and made excuses for their own failures. Avoid.

Pickup up load of TVS came like 10am for a 3pm appointment and they gave me a door right away I was out like an hour thanks

The staff were great... But you will wait forever it seems to be called to youre dock door to count the product. Cant not wait in truck, and if you go outside and they call your dock door... They skip over you and your put in the back of the line to load...( I seen it happen to a driver that need to go to his truck ) I wont ever come back here again

I do not know who gave this company 5 stars but probably someone who was substituted for this company. This is a worst place where the waiting time lasts from 3 to 5 hours or more. Treat you like a dog in a cage. No matter if it is 20F in winter without heating or 80F in summer.

Big lot, plenty of room to maneuver. Got me loaded expeditiously and on my way. Friendly employees and easy check in/out.

Too much work back to the door and they cut the seal then bowl to open your doors then come back to the door 👎👎

Pretty efficient shipper.Be prepared to count your load(nothing that bad) and have a couple of straps.I didnt notice any truck parking for overnight stay.

2 stars because of Loading process. They want a driver ti stand next to the dock and count all the freight for 3 hrs and then driver needs to drive 9-12hrsPpl are cool here, but the procedure takes far too long.Not coming here again

Slow and you wait in the cage like a parrot, and then you have to watch them while loading and count pieces in front of the dock the whole time. Check in at 15, out at 19:25. And yes employees arent bad.

This place sucks. They want you on they dock instead of sleeping to drive the load to its destination in time. Then you wait 4-5 hours. Then they expect you to get involved in the loading process so if something go wrong with the count or model # or anything, they have someone to blame it on and charge money for. If any trailer is sealed by the shipper and the same seal is broken by the rcvr that problem should solve itself. We are truck drivers not dock workers. We shouldnt be held responsible for what YOU do or dont do on YOUR docks......PERIOD!!!

Nice people but we have to have life loads that takes a lot of time.

Very good place, fast loading and if you follow up directions youll get in and out very quick.

Wasting too much time and getting headache with counting of each tv set. If you have chance just stay away of this company.

This is not a driver friendly shipper. They make you sit on a hard metal bench in their whse for hours until they are ready to load you and then youll have to go stand on the dock for over an hour to count the product being loaded. Youre expected to sign off on everything thats loaded so if a tv shows up missing at your destination, guess who pays for it! You do! Do not accept loads from this shipper. Drivers do not need to put up with this. I dont and I didnt! Just say no folks. On a positive note, the workers were all very nice and understanding so be courteous but firm and stay away from this place.

They could accept you by appointment only. They have 16-17 docks and almost all busy enough. They ask you to stay in dock and count all boxes. After 1.5 hours I was loaded and ready to go.
