Below they state that they cant tell what insurance will do without talking to the specific company. The audiologist who told me insurance doesnt cover anything didnt bother to look up my insurance and find out what specific program I had. He had the exact same information at that point as they did when I called to set up the appointment initially. It is an unethical hard sale technique.When I made my appointment I asked about insurance. I was very clear that I would not be able to pay out of pocket. The receptionist told me they accept most major insurance. It wasn’t until I was in the appointment that the audiologist told me that insurance doesn’t really pay anything and it’s not worth it for the business. That seems like information that could have been conveyed to me over the phone instead of wasting an hour of my time. I came home and did research and apparently there is a foundation that they didn’t bother mentioning. I will look into that at a different location.

I went to the appointment begrudgingly at the urging of my wife. Very helpful people took basic information then I was promptly taken back for testing which showed mid range hearing loss. I was able to try out a hearing aid and given an estimate of cost. No high pressure to sign up that day.

I have experienced the frustrations of minor hearing loss for the past few years, and I have struggled with the decision of seeking help with hearing aids. Last year I received information about Miracle Ear in the mail, and it prompted me to go check out what my options were.I was able to get an appointment right away and brought my husband along as requested. We were greeted by Emma, who made us feel welcome, and we had a friendly chat with her while waiting for our consultation. As it turns out, Emma is super organized and has a terrific memory for details.Next we met Justin, who interviewed us about what problems I had been having from both my and my husbands perspectives. After that Justin tested my hearing with equipment that showed us the status of my hearing loss, and then he used appliances that mimicked the type of sound enhancement I would enjoy with a new set of hearing aids. Long story short, I was excited to place my order and did not have to wait very long before my hearing aids arrived.Justin showed me how to deal with all aspects of caring for my hearing aids, and he has seen me for regular checkups. The best part is that I no longer have to ask people to repeat what they have said, and I have a keener sense of what is going on around me. I havent regretted my decision for a second.

Its only my 4th day trying out my new hearing aids but I am amazed as this is my 4th set (1st from Miracle Ear) and I am already hearing things I have not heard in 20 years. I struggle a lot! Also, find I want to wear them all the time. Where I just wanted to rip my others out. Staff was so welcoming and friendly.
