I normally dread having to go to AT&T for my cellular needs because of how frustrating it can be BUT for the first time I had an extraordinary experience at this AT&T store all thanks to Shelly. She was patient and understanding of all my questions and cellular needs. Not just that, but she made sure to inform me very well about all the available offers AT&T has to make sure I’m completely satisfied with my purchase. Next time I come I will be requesting to be seen by Shelly! She’s the perfect example of what great customer service is :)

Absolutely wonderful service!! After a week of trying to get ahold of someone from at&t about something on my account and being sent in circles for a week, I just called this store and they went above and beyond, with a calm friendly manner.I had originally set up this account at this location two years ago while changing my number to avoid my ex-wife and anyone else that was toxic I didnt enjoy the company of. They were so helpful, patient, and understanding even though I was a complete mess as it was the same day I got served divorce papers. So when my local store in my new home hadnt been answering their phone at all I called this one and they did everything in their power to help me be on my way.100% love the prepaid plans they suggested

I had made an appointment for an exchange on a phone case after being told that I would have to return it to this specific location. Upon arrival, I was told I would have to wait and then told my appointment couldnt be found. The woman working said her manager was busy and would try to help me whenever she got the time. Apparently appointments are pointless at this location. Walked out of the store nearly 30 minutes after my appointment time since there was no estimation on how much longer the wait would be. I made sure to file a complaint with corporate.

I went into this store the other day, and waited for a while. You can tell they do not have enough staff. No big deal for me, I am retired and did not have any where else to be so I waited. When it was my turn a young man helped me, he was great. But at the same time, I seen a young lady ask this man, who I am assuming was the manager, if she could take a break, he told her to help one more customer, with a bit of a attitude. No please, or thank you, I think that is why it caught my attention. I had a few things that I needed done, so I was there for a while. I never not once seen that manager give that young lady a break. She eventually went to Lunch. I asked the young man if this was happening a lot. He said yes, because they are so short staffed at the moment, people don’t want to work there anymore because of bad management. (I just witnessed it two seconds before so I knew he wasn’t lying) So I’m writing this Review to say, the management of that place needs to take a good look at them selfs, and see why they can not keep employees working, and the ones who are working should be given there proper, legally entitled breaks at the proper times. Take care of those people who are willing to work for you, Because I advised the young man who was helping me, that he should take legal action against them. After being a Manager for over 20+ years, I have learned one things, employees are humans, not slaves!
