My wifes cell phone suddenly quit working and went yo verizon. The young lady that helped us, Jacquelyn, was fantastic. She was by herself and so busy. She was able to help 3 or 4 parties at a time. She kept a fantastic friendly attitude, greeted everyone as they entered the store and multi tasked perfectly. She helped us and made it a very positive experience. 5 stats all the way.

Elizabeth and Laquelin were SO helpful. It is stressful to have your phone break and they were efficient, knowledgeable and so supportive in the whole process of purchasing and setting up my new phone. 100 percent recommend!

The heat inside this store is TERRIBLE! The workers are the best though! I love their customer service here in porterville & they are super fast & amazing at multitasking. Always feel like my needs are high priority. Super appreciative of that.

Too busy,just wanted by protector replaced. There was a woman a head of me took one hour to fix her problem. I just left hopefully I will get on a day where there is more help

We arrived maybe 5 minutes before opening time and another set of customers were there waiting out in front but the doors still werent open until the second of.... which is whatever but still, other than that, service was speedy and associates were well trained.

This is not a real Verizon store, just a retailer who wants to sell you phones and not service on your account. Horrible customer service

They dont know much about phones, reminds me of a mall kiosk but without a mall.

Advertised specials come with much fine print. Beware when attempting to witch carriers!
