I had to give a star to write review. Worse customer service here specially Fernando. He needs to take 101 customer service to know how to treat clients. Been with T-Mobile over 12+ plus years never had an issue.... Will never come back to this store. So rude!!! Talk about honesty with this guy ...

Its a T-Mobile store, not a lot to say. They have a only a small selection of accessories but the staff is usually helpful.

Well!! Went to the porterville store today to Try to get help with a problem I was having ordering a phone. Was told they couldnt help me in store, had to call to get answers. Seems everyone there needs basic training. Wasnt the first time I have been disappointed in that store. That store should actually be closed since we have to 611 for help anyways? Why are they on a payroll? Not doing their job. Bad customer service that makes TMOBILE look bad. Didnt want to give a star but wanted to leave review! Happy with t-mobile just not that porterville location.
