The cashier Jeanette always seems to be difficult. Im doing shopping for high risk people to protect them against Covid-19. I have 5 items to buy and tried to do 2 different transactions. After waiting 10 minutes to get to the check out she does one transaction and makes me go to the back of the line to do the next transaction. Everything was on the counter ready to go would have taken a moment but she choose to make me pick up everything and go through the line again.
I dont recommend using any CVS especially this one, I have family members & friends that say the samething. The pharmacy here keeps calling & asking for personal information (acting like they need to update their records) I was just telling them wrong number, then I had to start hanging up each time & calling back just to talk to a supervisor who claims they never called me (well I have Caller ID, the same number shows up each time). So I finally recorded the whole conversation with the CVS Pharmacy Lady who keeps calling but they claim they still arent calling & wont take my number off their list. My family doesnt shop at or even use CVS Pharmacy at all, we use COSTCO PHARMACY ONLY & want the harassing, fraud calls to STOP!
Was clean and well stocked.. little pricey on most items. Pharmacy a bit too slow but friendly. Overall, its a matter of if you dont mind waiting or paying a little more for ur stuff then this is the place to go.
If your doctor prescribes medication on a 90-day supply, but your insurance only covers 30-days, then this is the worst CVS for you.After 3 refills of 30-day bottles, they informed me that my prescription was invalid....aka, after a total of 90 pills instead of the 270 pills the prescription called for.They had the nerve to treat me like an idiot, ignore and talk down to me when I tried to figure out what was going on. They dont care about you here and obviously lack a well taught pharmacy crew if they cant figure out such obvious numbers.There are other CVSs in town, just spare yourself from this one.
The pharmacy here provides horrible service. They don’t seem to know how to do there job. If it wasn’t for my insurance having me go here I would be going to just about any other pharmacy. I’ve had many problems and today was not the first or last I’m sure.
Great prices if you own a CVS Extracare card. The pharmacy is okay. They email you a refill reminder.
Wow!!!! I was just harrassed from the store manager! I received a 30 percent off coupon up to 99$ in the mail and decided to use it today. So I was up to about $30 worth of stuff in my cart when the store manager comes up to me questioning where I had put an item that I once had in my cart. I instantly thought that was odd since im 40 years old and ive never had any store worker ask me that. I politely answered him and said im not exactly sure but I set it down in one of those isles and I pointed. A few minutes later he comes back to me demanding that I go show him where I put the (under $15) item. I told him again that I dont remember exactly and I would not be going to look for it, since he was all pumped up like he had ants in his pants. So I felt threatened and walked out and then he followed me out to the door and had very disrespectful words with me. He treated me like a low level thief. He has no clue who I am and decided to pass judgement. So I will do everything in my power to make sure nobody I know goes back to that particular CVS!
