I love this place. Drove two plus hours to enjoy my breakfast, I dont regret the long drive. I order the nova lox my favorite very yummy along with a good cup of coffee ☕

All of the staff has always been very kind and helpful whenever I have had a question or wanted a suggestion, and they are great about asking if I want any Bagels sliced or toasted before I go. Great location to go to if its close to you!

I used to come here all the time when I lived in Raleigh Hills. We moved recently, but I still exclusively come to this Einstein Bros to get my bagels. The team here is great and the food is always spot on. Great job guys!

Great service and yummy bagels

Amazing fresh bagels. The morning staff is friendly and efficient. Hands down, the bacon and egg breakfast sandwiches are my favorite. Decently priced and they have a rewards program you can sign up for that allows one to earn a free bagel and coffee once a month. If youre in the area and feel like a bagel, I definitely recommend Einstein Bros Bagels!

Great bagels and very friendly staff. Their app sucks but that isnt their fault. Save yourself a headache and just call them with what you want.

During these challenging times it’s great that the bagel shop is open for business and for that I am thankful. In the same breath it Is shocking that there is zero physical distancing practiced at this shop. People come in with no face masks and they line up as if there is no pandemic. Please impose some level of safety for your staff and customers.... now!

I love these bagels. I was disappointed that they dont have all their flavors available right now but totally understand.I usually get a pretzel bagel with butter and add a sprinkle of sugar. Sweet and salty. I love their chocolate chip as well.Their twice baked hashbrowns are so good in the morning, a little greasy, but so worth it.Their cookies and treats are all amazing, and I love that this location has Mr. Pibb.

As a former employer of Einstein/Caribou my wife & I stopped here after a job interview for a quick pick me up. The store is so clean! The staff were so attentive and proud to serve us. We dont go out to places often and when we do customer service is not the best. This store deserves much praise! I can tell the management care about employees! Too bad I couldnt keep such a great staff in Boulder, Co. Great job all of you for making such a pleasant experience! And Merida the corgi/lab LOVES her bagel!!!!

Everytime I order here the woman with blonde highlight tips is just super mean to me for no reason. Its like everytime I dont get what I did or Im doing to make her mad. I dunno if Im ordering my sandwich wrong or something. Its really weird.

We love the toasted onion lox bagel with everything. Especially the lox - probably the most expensive component - is usually not skimpy as I often find in other bagel places. The staff is friendly and efficient. I wish there seating were friendlier. But overall a solid 5 stars.

Everytime i go there staff is friendly

Im a regular here. I love their coffee. Staff is nice but sometimes spacey. If you go on a weekday around 1130am youll be overwhelmed with high school kids. Best service is in the mornings. Corey and Katrina are awesome.

The staff are great, and the food is good and well priced. The only reason I only give this particular location 4 Stars is the parking stinks, its crowded and very noisy. Heck, I could even overlooked the parking + claustrophobic interior if they put in an acoustic drop ceiling to absorb the sound.

This place is wonderful. Staff is amazing, make sure you save your receipts, do a survey, and get 3 free bagels!

Tried a bacon and egg on a plain bagel, it was chewy. Bagels shouldn’t be chewy. It was also served cold. Only gave them 2 stars because of the service, nice folks.

I have been to this location twice now. The first time they skimped on the toppings on my bagel which I paid over $6.00 for. Then next time I had a egg and cheese bagel. I returned it because the bagel was not toasted, so they offered to replace. The next one arrived and the cheese was not even melted. I wont be back.

Pretty nice little joint but the man that can only be perceived as a manager is a total ass, and doesnt lead by example. His employees are thorough, warm and have character...but when you add this guy to mix, it is like watching a bad and awkward Upright Citizens Brigade sketch that is trying to be a real life situation.

The service was terrible this morning. There was 4 guys working that we could see and one was a “shift lead”. The conversation going was about me I’m front of me about what I was wearing and then they were talking about getting super stoned right in front of us. Whoever Evan is, should probably not work there. So unimpressed
