The experience I had there was delightful, the knowledge of the staff that helped me and my girlfriend was impeccable. Highly recommend this location.

Extremely friendly staff. Out of all the Bath & Body Works we have been to, this was the most team oriented group of them all. Their selection was great compared to a lot them also. Unfortunately, the mall itself was a ghost town, so it was nice to see they were still open.

There was a blonde employee there with short hair. She was amazing had a answer for every question an knew where everything was, she was great. Shout out to her!!!

Its Bath & Body Works, what can I say...if you love it, you love it. Was on a two day trip to Portland, and visited this location for the first time (both days). Enjoyed not paying sales tax. Friendly employees, were all very nice and helpful. I got hand soaps, body wash, 3 wick candle, hand sanitizers, and per usual, Im pleased with my purchases. Bath & Body Works is a happy place for me.

Cute and friendly. WARNING... there is stairs inside this store. There is a lift also, but its for wheel chair users and a bit of a nightmare for anxiety sufferers.

Both the sales associate on the floor and cashier were very warm and welcoming. They also were very personable!

Snotty snobby girls throughout the Lloyd Center Bath and Body store. They pay you no attention and profile their customers not even asking for an email or phone number to continue getting coupons. I think thats why I havent been in here since four years ago.

Had such a pleasant, and wonderful experience here. Associate Ashley (or Ash) helped us pick out a gift for our friends birthday. I also got my boyfriend something and Ash helped gift wrap it. I will definitely return to this Bath & Body Works in the future.
