Ive been going to them since 1998 to present. Always have been extremely helpful. Willing to special order. Give you advise on best products to use if youre stumped. Sometimes have classes or info on classes. The store has all the TOP lines in the industry.

This little place will only sell to licensed hair professionals. So make sure to bring your friends or family members that can hook you up. We found the hair color options we were looking for. Severice offered help and was kind. There is a good chance we will be back before too long.

Seems like a great store. Had a good experience and interaction with helpful staff. Really wish I had seen somewhere (anywhere) that you have to be a licensed cosmetologist to shop here, especially before I spent an hour and a half on buses and walking through snow to get here for help bleaching the color out of my hair for a play. I guess Ill spend another hour to get to Sallys? I guess thanks for the free info at least :/

Jackie and her girls are wonderful. Ive had a few unfortunate experiences at other locations but Ive never had a problem at this store and even though its out of my way (the Raleigh Hills location is a half mile from my house) I will be coming all the way to Burnside to make my purchases from now on. Im just one customer, but Ive never felt like my business didnt matter with Jackie and her crew. THANKS LADIES!!!

CosmoProf has the best hair color selection anywhere, love this store!

They are AWESOME! All the ladies that work there are extremely knowledgeable about all of the products that they sell and are very helpful with my never ending questions.
