I loved how Bridal Exclusives starts you with the various silhouettes and helps you narrow down your choices from there. Alyssa was wonderful to work with and did not pressure me into buying a gown. After trying on gowns at another store, Bridal Exclusives was accommodating in letting me come back and try on my pick for their store. Trying on the dresses back to back allowed me to see which one I truly loved. My dress was exactly what I wanted. I was initially thinking I didnt want a veil, but Alyssa found one that matched my dress perfectly and pulled the whole look together. I felt like a princess on my wedding day!Alterations were a bit stressful as the seamstress was overbooked and a few things did not go as they should have. My crinoline was not with my dress at the start of the appointment, but my Mom figured that out before the seamstress cut the satin layer of my ballgown. The appointment took an hour and the seamstress took the time needed to make sure my big ball gown hugged the floor as it should. When I went back for my second appointment, the crinoline was incorrect which caused me to step on my dress. I came up with kicking my dress to move the layers out of the way when walking, but I knew that would not work for the day of the wedding.When my mom picked up my dress, she mentioned the crinoline issue to Alyssa, who was able to locate the correct crinoline and sent that home with my mom. I ended up needing to put on heels instead of flats, but my dress was perfect for my wedding day. I absolutely love my dress!

Kaylee was my bridal consultant. She was absolutely amazing. She was very patient and let me take my time choosing the dresses I wanted to try on. She took detailed notes on things I liked and didn’t like. She made my experience worth while. She described each rack of dresses in categories. Overall my experience was amazing. I’ll definitely be going back. Kaylee thank you again. Keep doing what you’re doing!!! ❤️

I had the most amazing experience at Bridal Exclusives in Tigard. I went in with no intention of finding a dress. I just wanted to start looking at the various silhouettes and figuring out what I liked and didnt like. Allysa, the GM assisted me and was able to find me a STUNNING gown within my budget. She was incredible and I highly recommend trying to make an appointment with her specifically. She helped narrow down the styles I like very quickly and efficiently. It was so nice to have her there to assist putting on the heavy gowns, giving advice on alterations and she was super encouraging. She has such a fun, sweet and lively personality!All of my wedding planning has been pretty stressful thus far, but this experience was so amazing and felt like I was being pampered. I am so glad that I went here. I am in LOVE with my dress.

Shopping for a dress during Covid isn’t ideal. This is the only place I went to where I was able to pick out the dresses I wanted to try on, instead of sitting in a room while the stylist guessed what I’d like. Rebecca has worked at David’s bridal for 6 years and bridal exclusives for 3 - she’s amazingly wonderful with personal wants as far as the alterations go. She’s amazing and gives wonderful suggestions that are honest and you can trust you will look amazing in your dress when it’s done - and done in such a timely manner. Rebecca and Alyssa have been wonderful and a blessing in this process because I am not someone who can manage matching or style.

This was my third dress store of the day, and it was by far the best experience I had.Alyssa was my sales person, and she was everything I could of asked for. She listened to what I was looking for, she let me take my time, and she didn’t make me feel awkward for not liking something she suggested. She gave me honest positive feedback on all of my wedding questions, and never tried to upsell me or get me to choose something that I really wasnt into.I would suggest to any future bride to check out this place first. I’m very excited for the dress I picked out, and I know my special day is going to be even more perfect.

This was the first store I went to in my dress shopping adventure. Alyssa is the happiest, relaxed, most incredible person! Patty was so wonderful and she was my own personal cheerleader during fittings :)! I had no idea what I wanted so Alyssa took the time to give me a wedding dress education, she made sure to ask and remind me comfort things about my dress that I would never have known to ask! She sat down afterwards and gave a detailed and thorough breakdown of the cost of the dress, any alterations, the timelines, etc. I went to my other dress appointments that day but by 5:30pm the same day, I was screeching back into Bridal Exclusives parking lot to buy my dress. The enthusiasm that both Patty and Alyssa feel for their jobs is so infectious! It was, without a doubt, the best possible dress shopping experience ever!

I had the absolute best experience finding my wedding dress here. They were extremely accommodating to my large party and let us bring mimosas, snacks, etc. My party also had a large part in picking out dresses. My consultant, Ariana, was absolutely amazing. I felt like I connected with her and she understood my vision for my wedding. I was very nervous going in, but she was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable voicing my opinion and sticking up for what she knew I wanted in my dress. Ultimately, I found my dream dress that made me feel like a true woodland fairy and it would not have been possible without Ariana. I have been recommending Bridal Exclusives to everyone I know who will be shopping for a wedding dress in the future. Again, thank you, Ariana and Bridal Exclusives for giving me the best day ever.

Due to Covid-19, I will no longer be able to participate in a wedding and I was met with 0 help and terrible customer service when I asked to return the bridesmaid dress. I was told I signed a contract and they can’t change their contract due to a pandemic. The dress is $175 and had they accepted the refund given that the dress has not been altered, I would have gladly come and bought my wedding dress from here as I myself am planning my wedding. Their lack of empathy and support was saddening and upsetting.

I loved my experience at Bridal Exclusives. I spent over 2 hours there. They have a huge selection of dresses and many of the same designer dresses that are also at smaller boutiques. Lina was amazing. She instantly made me feel at home and comfortable. She was super creative and really helped me narrow down my style preference! Overall I would definitely recommend visiting Bridal Exclusives.

Ladies, be aware of this place. I had an awful experience at Bridal Exclusives over the weekend and I cant tell you enough how dissatisfied I am. The consultant who helped me was not professional. She had the worse customer service and did not make me feel special at all. She made an unnecessary comment about one dress being out of my budget not once, but twice, which I thought was pretty rude. Like, who says that? She didnt want to waste time, so she moved in a fast pace and didnt seem passionate in her job. She didnt seem interested in getting to know my style, she quickly got to the point. Her attitude on top definitely threw us (my bridal party and I) off. The type of vibe I received from this place was disappointing. I will not be returning nor will I recommend anyone else to visit this bridal shop. Please work on your customer service skills!Thanks to Patty, who took over when we requested for a different consultant. I appreciate your patience, time, and for understanding what I had gone through. I truly hope the other lady learns something from here on out.

We had an amazing experience!! Storm was the lovely lady who helped us. She made me (the bride to be) feel super comfortable, she was there to give me a boost when I didn’t get the reactions I was hoping for, and made me feel like it was about ME not the sale. As my grandma stated “she is a natural”. The selection of dresses is amazing. Also, the physical setup of the store Makes is very easy to shop what YOU want. Please read if this is your first time trying on dresses!!!Such a contrasting visit to smaller boutique stores. When I walked in (I had an appointment) I had to flag someone down to be greeted and helped at the front.We started looking at dresses and were scolded for touching or moving a dress... it did not feel welcoming at all. The stylist was zero suggestions, didn’t ask about me or my wedding, likes, dislikes, etc. just had no interest whatsoever and pretty much just told me to pick ones I liked and that’s literally all I tried. I asked for her to pull some that she thought I would like (since at the other store I went I ended up liking ones I would have never thought I would) but she refused and said “you already picked them so I don’t know what else I could do”.I’m so upset about the vibe, I couldn’t have possibly been happy regardless of what dress I put on because it was just so awful. Also, she didn’t care about my price point, didn’t ask, and didn’t tell me which ones were under, over or which to choose from! I’m just so stunned by the terrible customer service!!!This is supposed to be such a special day for a bride and you should be expected to be treated accordingly! The stylist clearly hated her job and was not passionate about helping brides find the best dress.I’m not sure I would have been this angry if I didn’t have an incredible experience at a small boutique beforehand, we were greeted immediately with glowing, happy, stylish that truly just wanted to see me happy. It makes such a difference!Also the lighting, changing rooms, etc are very harsh and low lit, not super flattering for finding the dress of your dreams!I recommend trying other places first, the boutique bridal shop I went to, I ended up saving money! The dresses often run cheaper than this place, I promise you can find somewhere better with higher quality gowns!

I’d give 5 stars if they opened the doors when we showed up 5 minutes early for our appointment rather than avoid eye contact and let us stand out in the cold and rain.

Storm was amazing! She took her time with me and didn’t rush me. I am a plus sized bride and she made me feel comfortable the entire experience. I ended up loving two dresses and she was patient as I tried each one on again to decide. Bridal Exclusives made my wedding dress experience memorable and the most positive experience I could of had. I had a group of 9 people which they accommodated and made all feel welcome. They allowed my entourage to pick dresses for me and really listened to what my vision was. I would recommend them to any bride!!!

The shop was super clean and the staff was friendly. I was kind of disappointed in their selection; they definitely seem to gravitate towards sparkle and beading which isn’t really my thing.

I encouraged my best friend to come here after a wonderful experience for my wedding. As the bride, she had a fantastic experience. As the bridesmaids, we had an awful experience.When we originally ordered our dresses I was encouraged to order 1 dress size larger than the sample that I fit in with space. I followed their recommendation, and when it came time for alterations I was quoted over $230 to take it in to the correct size and alter the lacy back straps to fit correctly. I ended up going elsewhere and having my alterations completed for less than $100.The other bridesmaids have a much worse story. Our dresses were not ordered when we originally asked (the dresses had to be ordered as a rush because we went in in February and the wedding was in June). We were then told that our dresses wouldnt come in until the week before the wedding because they were ordered late. Luckily, they arrived a couple of weeks early. When it came time for alterations, we were told by 2 seamstresses that they could fit 4 girls in all at the same time on 1 day about 3 weeks before the wedding (which was the earliest availability that they were able to offer us, meaning that there would be a rush fee applied to alterations costs). When we arrived for our appointment there was only 1 seamstress there for th . 3 girls that kept their appointments. It took her over 2 hours to fit all of the girls by herself (she told us that she had this huge order placed on her just the day before our appointment).The second fitting came around, and again the said the could fit all 3 of the girls in at the same appointment time 1 week before the wedding. Another of the girls had an appointment scheduled for a couple of days before. The day of her appointment she received a call and was asked to reschedule to the same time as the other girls. The day of the group appointment all of the girls received calls 1 hour before the appointment and were told that their dresses were not done and appointments were rescheduled for later in the week (the same week as the wedding). One of the bridesmaids was coming from 4-5 hours away, so we insisted that she have her appointment that day and were told that they would make it happen. When we arrived we had to wait and hour and a half for her dress to be finished.The other girls dresses were finished throughout the week, but they did not look good. The dresses were unable to be steamed because it took so long for alterations to be finished, and the backs did not lay flat on any of the girls. The work was clearly rushed. We do not blame Natasha ( the seamstress) because this huge order was placed on her plate without her knowledge, but the experience definitely could have been better.

I purchased my wedding dress from Bridal Exclusives and had a good experience. My first trip to Bridal Exclusives was great. Karmen was my consultant and she showed me a lot of different styles of dresses, and helped me find the one. I bought it off the rack because it was close to my size already and they gave me a great deal. The rest of my experience with Bridal Exclusives was just OK. I made a second appointment with Karmen to pick out accessories for my dress. When I showed up for the appointment I was told that Karmen had the day off. They kind of scrambled for a minutes, and then had a different consultant help me. She was also nice, but it was a little strange starting over with a new consultant without any notice. I also had my alterations done at Bridal Exclusives. The dress had a bit of a problem on the chest with the boning. The alterations lady told me that it was a manufacturer problem with the dress, but they would fix it for me. When I came in for my second to last fitting, it still hadnt been fixed, but she said they would do it before I came in again. When I came in for my last fitting, they had removed the boning, which helped a bit but didnt completely fix the problem. The dress was also a little loose still (I lost about 10lbs right before the wedding) but it seemed too late to make anymore changes. Overall, Im happy with how the dress came out, and would recommend Bridal Exclusives to others. Just be prepared to not work with the same person every time you visit, and reserve extra time for last minute alterations.

Oh my word. Bridal Exclusives was AMAZING. Alyssa was knowledgeable and so kind. The dress selection was varied in style and price but consistent in quality. My cousin found the perfect dress and we could not be happier. Definitely coming back when I find my man!

Hands down the best bridal experience we had! Part of their success is due to the fact they have a vast selection of gowns for all types of brides, meeting all types of budgets requirements as well. Other key factor is the bridal consultants. We were VERY fortunate to have Corina as my daughters consultant, she was excellent pulling dresses that met my daughters taste and also met my budget, she was never pushy and that was a decisive factor for us. All the other stores we visited we felt pressured to make an instant decision, but not at Bridal Exclusives, they are great and you are going to love them!

I love this place, and I ended up getting my dress from them. They are super friendly and helpful, even if you dont have an appointment; other places we visited had been very snooty about it, which made the whole experience weird.I really like their system for finding the right style of dress, which is to try at least one of each silhouette (sheath, fitted, A-line, ballgown) to start, and narrowing down from there. I would not have tried the style I went with, otherwise!Highly recommend visiting them if youre shopping for a wedding dress, bridesmaids dresses, or accessories.

I found my perfect, dream wedding dress through Bridal Exclusives. Their bridal sales staff is AMAZING, so helpful, and patient. I had no complaints of them. However, I did have minor issues with alterations. All that needed to be altered on my dress was the length. I live out of state so coming in for alterations is a bigger deal. I had to go in 4 times. Again, all that was needed to be altered was my length. My Mom was upset during one of my appointments and her and I were talking and the head seamstress walked away and did not come back. Another random worker was kind enough to finish up that alterations appointment. Having your dress perfect is a big deal so professionalism and patience with the bride and/or family goes a long way. In addition, the costs of alterations are very expensive regardless so you want to feel like you are treated well. Overall, my experience was while worth it. However, it would have been closer a 5-star review had my experience with alterations been better.

Came here for my best friends dress and had such a fun and amazing experience! Found a beautiful dress that made me cry! The staff were so friendly and attentive and knew exactly what we were looking for. Definitely recommend this place if youre looking for a beautiful dress with a huge selection.

I had a sales women by the name of Corina Padilla talked me into buying a vail and a necklace. I told her I wasnt sure if I was a vail type of women, she told me not to worry about it that I can refund it later if I would like. Come to find out later, she told me this just to make her commission higher, when I wasnt actually able to refund the items. When I called the manger to refund the items, they told me I wasnt able to (I even have text messages with Corina telling me I can refund the items). She then told me if I wanted to refund the items then my dress would be more expensive because it was a package I had bought. I told her that didnt make sense since I have text from Corina previous to me purchasing the items that I would be getting my dress at a discount anyways (she was trying to get me to pick their dress instead of a competitors dress I was interested in that cost less). None of it makes sense to me. Why would they tell me I cant refund my dress, then tell me I can refund it (if they charged more for my dress) and then go back again and say that I can’t refund the dress. It seems to me that they will tell anything to the bride to make their commission. This seems very unethical to me and it seems like they take advantage of people who arent sure how the wedding world works (this is my first wedding). They will tell you anything to make their commission more.Funny thing is, I have text messages with proof of the promises she made me and they are still on Corinas side and not holding up their end of the deal. I also tried to ask for the owner’s information to try to resolve this and they withheld all information so this is my next choice. Dresses are one of the most important things when it comes to a womens wedding you would think these people would be more helpful and understanding but they dont care. They are out for themselves and only themselves. This totally put a huge damper on my wedding. Now I dont feel comfortable working with them so I will have to find another place to finish my dress and do the alterations. This blow…I just wish people were more accountable for their actions.

I did end up buying my dress here but I was disappointed in my bridal consultant. Her name was Alyssa I think. She had very little personality and we had no connection at all. The woman helping the bride ed next to me was very animated and helpful. My friends came with me and had to find their own seating and were not offered water or anything (again the people next to us got a pitcher of water). I even mentioned something about being thirsty and was directed to a water station. It was just disappointing. I found a dress that I love and felt as tho if I had another consultant I would have had that big this is it moment but as it was it was just underwhelming and I feel as tho I should not have bought the dress. I go back in soon to try it on for my mother and will be requesting a different person.I did meet the alteration manager and she was wonderful and helpful, reassuring me that we could do what needed to be done without issue. I can not wait to work with her.

Natasha helped my sister find her perfect wedding dress and didn’t put any pressure on her to buy it before she left the store. It’s not the bougie experience you get at other downtown boutiques, but the dresses were the same quality (and added unique options) and in a comfortable setting.

I had a great experience at Bridal exclusives. I came here for the first time in October not having any idea what I wanted. They took me through all the different styles so I could see what I liked best. I wasnt ready to buy at the time because it was my first dress shopping experience. I came back today and had the same amazing consultant Shelly. I knew more what I wanted this time so she let me look through their large selections of gowns again and I was able to find the one. Shelly was very patient and great to work with. What I loved most about Bridal exclusives was that they have all of their selection on the floor and let you look through them and pick out which ones catch your eye. The dress I ended up buying was $300 more at a different bridal store which shows you that bridal exclusives really have great dress prices.

Went here for wedding dress shopping for my sister. Just a note to all the brides. I was happy with the help they did. I ordered the gown pay half of it. Dress was in stock but it will take them 30 days to get it to the store...My wedding is on hold for a year from lack of papers we need to get from the otherside of the globe.I went Saturday night the last customers for them. I called early Monday, to cancel the order for my reason. Which i know they have not process the order. They refused to cancel it.They get a hold of your money. They are not willing to give it back.Be careful. When you decide, make sure to think hard before you hand your cash.I wont recommend them to any of my friend.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Poor selection, actually NO modest selections for bridesmaid dresses. I was stuck going here because the Bride wanted it. So we picked something and planned on a lot of alterations. I spent almost the same amount on the dress for the alterations, so I expected them to be perfect. That is far from the truth. The in-house seamstress kept putting off doing my dress until the last minute, despite many appointments before the absolute last minute. I had to wait 4.5 hours at the last appointment for her to finish the dress. Im guessing it wasnt worked on until that day. The alterations are hideous. We had to build up the bust to have full coverage front and back. Any person that sews (which I am one, but not fancy dresses) knows that it needs a zipper all the way up. She didnt extend the zipper, but hook and eyes, leaving nasty gaps all up the back, a hole where the zipper stops and the hook and eyes begin. The lace is already torn and frayed in spots. I can tell it was a RUSH job, and not in the good way. If I could return this, I would. All I got was a $20 refund on the rush fee. Its a piss poor job of alterations. If I had the money or the time, I would just go buy a different dress. Almost $400 later and I look like the bridesmaid from hell. Great boutique. Leena helped us out and she was great. Listened to the bride with her requests or details that she likes. The bride did find the dress! We also had time to look at bridesmaid dresses and found a dress style that fit most of our different body shapes.

We had a fantastic experience at Bridal Eclusives! It was intimate and personal. Corina was amazing. Truly a special time that we will always remember!

Came in looking for accessories for a dress I have in Seattle. The sales associates were super friendly and helpful. Picked a belt that was perfect! They had a great selection of items and I wish I had gotten my dress and bridesmaids dresses from here!

We had a terrible experience at another bridal salon and came here after. The staff were welcoming and very polite. They made sure we didnt have any question or needed help finding anything. All of the staff were attentive and made sure we were doing ok and offered us water or coffee. They have a pretty good selection of bridesmaid dresses.

I had the most amazing experience at Bridal Exclusives. I originally came here a couple years ago when a friend was wedding dress shopping, and had always kept them in mind for when it was my turn. My experience today with Alissa D. was just as great as my friends was, and I will definitely recommend them for the next friend that is looking for a dress.

I had the best time at Bridal Exclusives from the time I walked in and walked out. I just wanted to thank Irina for going above and beyond to making sure my dress has a perfect fit. I was truly amazed by her work. My dress was extremely complicated for alterations, it had beads all over and needed to be taken in. Irina was such a sweeheart and so fun to work with. I only had 2 alteration appointments and my dress was perfect. I got so many compliments on my dress, she did an outstanding job! I highly recommend going with her for alterations. And of course, Bridal Exclusives is a true gem for wedding gowns, you will not be disappointed.

On the first day of dress shopping we decided to hit Bridal Exclusives first and we had an amazing experience there and found our dress on the first time! They had a great selection of wonderful dresses at great prices. Shelly and Nadia were very nice and super helpful. Definitely recommend this place!!

This place is amazing! I wish I knew about them when I got married. My daughter-in-law shopped here for her wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses. It was an wonderful experience for all involved. The bridal consultant was able to find the perfect dress and it was well within the budget. The lady that did the alterations was also great. She made the bustle just perfect, and so easy to do. And, last minute we needed to get a new veil (Id misplaced mine that she was going to use). They were able to not only find us a veil that we could buy and take with us that day, they found the perfect color and length to go with her hair and gown.Now, as far as the bridesmaids experiences, it wasnt as great. Alterations made one dress too small, and she was far too distracted by another appointment that arrived early to give full attention to the bridesmaid. But they made up for it by being able to alter another bridesmaid dress last minute for a fill-in maid, and didnt charge extra for it (and did a great job). I personally recommend checking this place out for bridal needs. They even have flower girl dresses. (Experience was Fall 2016)

Bridal Exclusives was wonderful! We got a long, 2 hour appointment and didn’t feel rushed. Lina was the specialist and she was very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and so body positive. The selection is huge and yet still organized and boutique feeling. Thank you!!

Very accommodating, helpful, and professional. Coming from Seattle there was traffic and we were late to our appointment and our consultant Shelly was able to get right to business and help our bride quickly narrow down exactly what she wanted. The first dress she tried on ended up being the one but Shelly let her try on many different styles and knew how to make the decision easy and drama-free/stress-free. It was a wonderful experience to start the wedding preparations and we owe that to Shelly and Bridal Exclusives.

Lina was fabulous! She was honest yet made me feel completely comfortable with my shopping experience. Every time I called the store Lina remembered who I was as well as what dress I choose. We had wonderful customer service all around!

Came in with my sister-in-law today to look for her bridal gown. Happy to say this was our last stop! Rebecca was so helpful and sweet. We had been several places previously and this was by far our best experience. The shop is a great temperature, everything is clean, and it is wonderful that you can peruse the gown selection yourself in addition to the consultant pulling suggestions. A super plus that they provide undergarments for trying on as well!

I had the honorable privilege to be able to work with Jessica who is the owner of the shop. She is very friendly, patient, and funny. All of her staff were very sweet too. They have a beautiful boutique and wide selection of dresses.

The service was great, the seamstress... Not so much. It was like she didnt listen to anything I said. Two weeks before my wedding, the hadnt put the bustle on, they lost my sash and the sleeves that she sewed on ripped the second I raised my arm. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I ended up with the dress of my dreams, but for $3000 dollars, I feel that it should have been a better experience.

What an emotional and fulfilling experience for my daughter. Shelley took the time to really listen, offer ideas, and bring options for consideration. In the end, she said “YES!” Definitely wedding dress shopping made easy. Thank you, Shelley!

By far the best experience. I had some ideas of what I wanted, but was not set on a style. Rebecca was super helpful and very patient. She asked just enough questions to figure out what I liked and didnt like. I left saying yes to the dress! I am so thankful that I went to Bridal Exclusives.

They have absolutely beautiful dresses, and I love having a more private area to try dresses on. Shelley was great and helped us create a complete look with adding a veil. Highly recommend!

The quality of the dresses was poor, especially for the price. The place was poorly managed and had terrible communication. It was honestly one of the worst shopping experiances Ive had.I felt terrible for the one seamstress who got stuck with all this extra alterations work. She did her best and was super sweet. I blame poor management for overworking her. Everything took longer than expected and was more expensive than expected.Save your money and shop elsewhere for a dress.

Bridal Exclusives has been AMAZING from trying on dresses to outfitting all six of my bridesmaids to fittings and alterations. They have made getting my dream dress an incredible experience! They could not have been more fun and accommodating!

On a whim we came in to browse for styles and due to an appointment cancellation the bride was able try on with a consultant right away. Lina was such an amazing help and made the appointment such a great experience for the bride. I would recommend Bridal Exclusives to any bride.

I did not have a great experience here. I was excited for my appointment since I had heard good things and my maid of honor found her dress here. The lady helping me (Alyssa) was not very personable and I felt like she was uninterested in helping me find my dress. Was very disappointed!
