This is a truly amazing place the doctors and staff are very personable and knowledgeable they fixed my glasses for free even though I didnt buy them there and where extremely nice the entire time they have my business forever now

This was my first visit to TSO and I was very pleased! I had been using Wavefront, but their new $25 policy caused me to change. I love Dr. Gonzalez! She is so friendly and upbeat! So glad I switched!

Dr Barton is amazing, but the office staff needs to work on their customer service. I got contacts from them to try for a week, they didnt show me how to take them out so I was on YouTube for an hour figuring it out. I wasnt sent home any contact solution, or even a case to put them in. They seemed rushed to get people out of the door, and the staff was extremely rude. Im so sad to say I wont be coming back, because Ive been going here for years.

I had decided to get contacts and doctor Melissa Gonzales is supper nice she helped me and filled me in with information about contacts. She is also very friendly and a great doctor. 5 stars for sure :))

Have been coming here since I was a kid. And bring my kids here. Dr. Barton is wonderful. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I’ve been going to Dr. Barton for years. He’s always through with the exam and very knowledgeable. The staff are kind and efficient. Highly recommend!

Extremely Professional, 100% Accurate, Excellent Experiences Every Time We Visit....Dr. Barton has always provided my family with expert care and his expertise is really unmatched as compared to some of the other eye doctors. We see him at least annually and for anything else that comes up in between regular exams. Hes direct and right to the point, which we appreciate, and has earned our business by his honesty, accuracy, and integrity. I HIGHLY recommend you give Dr. Barton a try if you need glasses or any other optical need!

Was so happy with the entire staff! They greet you as soon as you walk in and my grandmother didn’t have to wait too long to get seen and her visit went great! Very friendly staff you don’t see that anymore!

I decided to go with TSO since WaveFront no longer takes my insurance. So unhappy that I chose TSO. The front desk receptionist is so rude!!! Dr. Gonzales was very nice! And the gentleman who helped me with my glasses was very nice. They definitely do not want to help you! I’m wearing one contact cuz the trial pair they gave me one tore already. Asked for one trial pair to get me through until my other contacts came in and it was a “no” I was told they have to order them and they don’t have them but yet I’m wearing a trial pair (hmmm). I would be willing to pay for them. Earlier while waiting I heard the receptionist tell someone over the phone to come in and get a trial pair until their contacts came in. I purchased glasses and contacts and to be treated like my time and money is no importance to this establishment. I will definitely not return next year and I highly recommend WaveFront here in Portland so professional and will try and accommodate their customers. I was able to walk in WaveFront and purchase a trial pair to get me through until my contacts arrived but yet TSO could not and would not try and accommodate me. Their add for contacts is so misleading.

I was pleased in the manner I was treated at the office. From the front desk to the Dr. Love my new glasses. Dr Gonzales was AWESOME!

Doctor is nice and know what is he doing. But the front staff need some customer service skills. Girls in the front should give respect to the patients.

I have gone to Dr. Barton for many years and wouldnt trust my eyes to anyone else. I have a very difficult contact prescription and he makes sure it is exactly right before the final order.

Have been here 3 times n not once was I greeted with a hello, and the fat woman optometrist acts like a prescription for contacts is a narcotic.....done
