I was transferred back to rite aid after having left years ago. I was with another neighborhood pharmacy that went out of business. Service is ALWAYS slow. I get a speech from one of the pharmacists ( because of the nature of my meds) every time I pick up a couple of my scripts. I have been on said meds for several years The pharmacy is often out of my meds which is why I left several years ago. I phoned in to check the status of my script and they placed me on hold for 10 minutes. When I finally got through they asked me how I knew my prescription was ready for refill if they had not notified me yet. I told them I saw it on my chart from my doctors office. They reluctantly acknowledged that they had been called it in but said they wouldnt be ready for several hours. Service is poorly lacking.People are not always nice to deal with. They seem to be severely understaffed. I am ready to go elsewhere soon.

I will tell them what they already know. Grossly under staffed.Particularly pharmacy. I like the place but it can be an unpleasant experience to shop there.

I tore my ACL and MCL while visiting portland, and I was staying at my friends apartment around the corner from this rite aid. I needed taller crutches than the ones I had, so I called. Julias found some in stock and made sure they were tall enough, and even had them waiting at the front when I arrived later.

Very rude pharmacist. The technicians were fine but the pharmacist did not want to help or work with me. He spoke down to me and my partner and said we were harassing him because we needed help. I believe his name was Jeff. Again just the pharmacist was rude the rest of the staff was fine.

If Melody tries to help you, either in person or in the phone, ask for another pharmacist. She has no idea what shes talking about, refuses to help, wont run insurance, but when someone else helps me theres never a problem.

In regards to the vaccine administration... Terrible service. More than 30minutes past appointment time. Only one pharmacist/someone able to administer vax.I had young kids with me and was told I shouldnt have brought them (as if I had another childcare option, for an appointment that should have been quick.)Wish I went with Walgreens who seems to have a much better process (and signage!!!!)

Scheduled my vaccine appointment for 1009. Sat there until 1025 upon which they called in the guy who said his appointment was for 1018, and then they called the guy that showed up after him. They said it was a mix up, but their mixup wasted 30 minutes of my time. I walked out without getting my vaccine because of their incompetence.

I have had the not so pleasant experience of dealing with Melody on a number of occasions. Today I called to ask if my perscription refill could be transferred to another rite aid. Instead of making it happen, she told me to call the other pharmacy. I miss my small mom and pop pharmacy. Someone needs to speak with Melody about what it means to provide customer service.

Shirley and Leanne were terrific! These ladys ROCK!!!!! Top notch customer service hands down the best experience and very helpful with my questions and also fast service with opening locked cabinet no wait which is highly unheard of. Thank you gals for your help again and I will absolutely recommend all family and friends..

I’d had my prescriptions filled at Fred Meyer for years (different locations in the city). I was frustrated with them and my friend recommended this location Rite Aid. There’s a huge difference in my experience. They communicate better and have filled my prescriptions quickly. I feel like a person and not a number. All of my interactions have been professional and competent. The only thing is the app kind of sucks but that’s not this pharmacy’s fault.

Classocallt haunted. It is sophisticated and stylish. A trip back to 1950. A drug store and more. Their prices and selection are great. I enjoyed my Altoids most. Please visit sometime. It is worth the trip.

I called the Pharmacy to let them know that my Dr needed a form sent from the Pharmacy to help complete my rx. I talked Melody and she was rude and dismissive. When she said they had already sent the form - I let her know that I had already confirmed with the Drs office that they did not receive it.She said - well I guess I will have to send it again and then pretty much hung up on me.WTF! Yes, Melody, if you would like to keep my business, you will have to do your job. So sorry to inconvenience you. We will be looking for a new pharmacy.

Love this place. Clean. Pharmacist has gone out of her way a few times to help me. And her staff has well. The ladies who work the checkout counter are always friendly and have reminded me that things are 2 for 1 when Ive forgotten. Neighborhood feel!

I understand that the people who work in the pharmacy have very hard jobs. (My dad is a pharmacist so I get it.) That said, Melody is the worst (rude, miserable, so unhelpful). This pharmacy has lost my business.

I spoke to Melody on the phone and had a couple of questions regarding refills. She was super dismissive and hung up on me. This isn’t the first time this has happened with this particular person. She is truly just disrespectful.

This place is an absolute train wreck. From the cashier line to the pharmacy it doesnt matter, this place needs serious help. This location is in walking distance from my house so we have dealt with it for convienance. The pharmasists are rude and constantly have excuses for mistakes made on their end. On top of all of this they are under staffed at the check out lines and so usually we put things back because it is taking forever. This is not a joke, that long. I hope management can turn this place around because it is a really great location. Until then forget it.
