Be aware that one of the gas attendants refuses to wear his COVID mask over his nose when outside. When I lowered my car window to tell him how much gas I needed, he poked his head in within 2 feet of mine. I asked about his mask, and he said he only puts it over his nose indoors.

Used to go here all the time since it was the closest place to my house. Now theyre putting big holds on cards and not telling you about it. Im fuming. Theres zero reason for them to do that. What are they doing with that money in the meantime? I never agreed to make them any interest free loan.

Here all the time on my motorcycle. Nice and friendly attendants who never try to tell me Im not allowed to pump my own gas.

Came to he shall to get some air in my tire and realized the tire was completely torn and the guy helped us out with a tire iron and was super helpful and the guys inside were super cool. I appreciate you all, thank you

I have shopped at the S.E. Jacksons for over ten years and have ALWAYS receive GREAT service when I shop or recycle. I dont know if your station is owned by the same people, but I wasnt pleased at all with my treatment this morning. It was a nice morning so I decided to walk my recycling to your store. When I arrived I asked your GAS ATTENDANT is you did recycling, he said, Yes. I ask where I should go and he told me on the other side of the building. I walked around the building twice and didnt find it. Then a female employee came outside and I asked her about recycling. She IGNORED ME and began talking on her PHONE! I asked again, same result!! So I wenT into the store and ask a young male employee if you did recycling. He said, Yes., but couldnt help me just then. He then bought some lottery tickets and chatted with your Cashier.I just want to say that he was POLITE, didnt MISLEAD ME, and could have been on his BREAK, so hes O.K. by me. Finally I got to the Cashier. Do you do recycling? SHE ROLLS HER EYES AT ME!! Yes., she GROANED. How do we do that? You would have thought I asked her to pull out her FINGER NAILS with a pair of PLIERS!! She made a BIG PRODUCTION out of putting on gloves until I couldnt take it anymore. Forget it. Ill never come here again! Every once in a while youll deal with an employee thats in a bad mood, I get it, I worked in retail for years... BUT, this is the first time in my entire life (Im 50) that an entire staff treated me so poorly. I want an apology from management, and what will be done. I didnt discribe your staff, you know who was working on Friday, August 4th, 2017 @ 8:15am.
