Store was clean and well kept. Employees were super helpful and very respectful. Prices are reasonable. Its an Irving so it has excellent gas.⛽ Its my favorite place to fill up in Portland.

I come here everyday, for the AMAZING food from Rocco & Mac, to see the always smiling & friendly Dana & Andy. Even the previous front crew was great! But as per usual a higher up comes through & treats the employees poorly, dont even give so much as a thank you or a good job. Just come in, bark orders, make customers VERY uncomfortable and ruin the atmosphere of the store. It seems to be forgotten that the store would not run without these hardworking people, regulars would not come back without them & the money wouldnt be flowing in!! These employees are the heart & soul of your operation and they are treated like peasants. From both a customer, a business owner and an employee; a little bit of kindness, a THANK YOU or GOOD JOB, means quite a lot. If it wasnt for Dana, Andy & Mac, I would NOT return to this store.

They are not the best at communicating. Food is good. Little pricy but you pay for convenience

I came in to get a sandwich and I paid almost $8 for 6 pickles 2 slices of lettuce and 4 pieces of meat. I dont know who taught the people at the deli to make a sandwich but they need to be properly retrained. This is the 2nd time I have come in and it wasnt make correctly. There was a woman there that was very nice and offer to try again card I politely declined because I dont plan on coming in to try you again. I pulled over and fixed my own sandwich.Also some of the attitudes of the employees really need to get checked. I shouldnt have to come in and made to feel like me buying gas is a bother in their day or night. Ive had this experience more than once so its safe to say that I wont be coming back the store.You can have a pretty new structure and have a wonderful pretty environment to come in and shop but if the employees or the management is acting as if its a problem that customers are coming in then why would anyone wanna go there in the 1st place

Normally service is good, but Nicole should spend her time at the register interacting with the customers instead of texting on her phone.

I stop in often on my way home from work, around 1am, and they always have good coffee and food i can trust. dude behind the counter is always nice and is one of the main reasons i stop there and not the 4 other gas stations on my way home.

Normally very happy, but really not thrilled at this moment. Your pump is broken, but you put no notice on the pump. Fyi, that is NOT the only pump with problems.

Why so expensive? The food has been sitting under a heat lamp for a few hours and tastes horrible.. leaving the question why is it selling for $6-$7? Prices should honestly be slashed 40-50%. If you want to charge restaurant prices, your food should at least be above fast food quality.

This place has probably the worst management I have seen The girls that work here are just as rude as can be. When ever I come in who ever is working is just standing there face burried in their phone and then act like your a big inconvience for coming in and buying stuff the bathrooms are gross they dont look like they get cleaned all the trash cans inside and out are over flowing with trash they never have scratch tickets they are constantly out unless you absolutely have to stop here I would highly recommend you chose another store the food here isnt worth the price neither is the coffee and you cant even get have decent services 😔😔

The cashier Goth looking kid with long fingernails was very rude he swiped my Gift Card for smokes was a little over with the mints I was buying so wanted to put them back and he couldnt figure out how to put the money back on the card and when he tried to ring in the smokes again there was no money on my gift card he was very rude and I still have no gift card or smokes

Place was clean. Very organized and easy to find what I was looking for. Didnt much care for the poor customer service. Guy working was walking around the store in and out on his cell making a call. Plus, I dont care too much for listening to some loud and angry conservative talkshow spouting off about leave our president alone you whiny dems through some speaker on the other side of the counter. Myself and the customer behind me were baffled by the service and radio show playing. It was uncomfortable and offensive. Stood waiting to check out for a while waiting on the guy to get off his phone. If I hadnt needed the gas badly, I would have put my items back and just gone a couple miles up the road to be honest.

Hit the place 5 nights a week. Typical A÷ Irving. Nicole is a ray of sunshine at 4 AM.

It was very clean but the fact that they only had Maine roots sodas in the fountain was quiet disappointing.
