Got my brows microbladed with Laurie, and I was very happy with my results. I had read a lot of reviews about what to expect and almost all said the pain was minimal and you don’t really feel anything. Let me tell you, I have a HIGH pain tolerance and was expecting no pain at all. There definitely was pain, to me, it felt like I was getting cut with a tiny razor, because I was. The second layer of numbing cream helped tremendously, and then I was just feeling pressure and no pain. I just wanted to share because I feel like most places will tell you, you don’t feel any pain or it’s just light pressure and that is not the case. I think if you go in thinking you are getting a tattoo then you will be prepared for the pain. Overall my experience was good, and I was happy I did it. I love my brows!In the 2 before pictures(pics w/no glasses and with sunglasses) you can see that my eyebrows were thin, sparse and with a little too much distance from one another. I now have more symmetrical, fuller and darker eyebrows that I don’t have to fill in.

I got my lashes done while in Texas and decided I wanted to upkeep them when I got back so I started looking around and this was one of the places I found that didnt charge extra for work from somewhere else so this was nice. The people I worked with were all kind as well. However, the reason I am giving 2 stars is because when I initially called about pricing I was told it was $110 for the hybrid membership, which included 2 fills a month. I thought this was a great deal, but still wanted to look around some more. I ended up deciding to go with them, so I called them back, maybe a day or two later, to set up the membership and was then told that the hybrid membership is actually $159. Totally blindsided me but the girl explained that I could do the classic membership for $120 and I could just get the hybrid fill at the time of fill and only pay $10 more. So, I decided to go with that, I mean that way I could change up my lashes if I decided to. So the first time I went I decided just to get a classic fill. The girl that did my lashes was very nice but didnt really get how I was wanting my lashes. Which is fine it was my first time and its a learning experience. The next time I decided I want to get the hybrid fill but was with another person. Again they were very nice we talked almost the time. However this person explained did that there could possibly be upcharges for extra lashes if they were needed, which the first person did not explain. Anyways, she did my lashes I liked them better than the first time and went to pay and leave. I told the girl at the front desk that I got the hybrid fill instead of the classic and that Id like to leave a 15% tip and left. I didnt think anything of it until I went to check my card statement and found a charge of $37, once again I was blind sided but the pricing. So I went to the emailed receipt and found that they charged me $18 for my upgrade. They do an ok job with lashes but there has been no consistency in what they say.

Riley provided great recommendations, I felt comfortable, the facility was clean, and he did such an amazing job on my lashes. The lady in the front desk was really kind and offered water after I had walked to the salon. So overall an amazing experience. Thank you Riley for making me feel glam without makeup. 💕

I went for my first time to get their special 50% off deal on their hybrid lashes and I paid for hybrid but they gave me classic. I’ve cleaned them daily and I haven’t done anything to make the adhesive wear off quicker, yet half of the hairs have fallen off even though I have been gentle as can be. I’m disappointed they finessed me because they knew I don’t have much knowledge on the lash sizes they have to offer. It’s been 1 week since my appointment and the majority have fallen off. I know the lash cycle is 2 weeks which sucks because the second day after they were put on I had a ton fall off and it looks bad now. $170 down the drain. I don’t recommend sadly.

Super happy with my experience and got a membership! These are fluffy hybrids with a D curl and I think that they look great. The experience was lovely, painless, and they accommodated me for an allergy to eyepads. Bonus that this area of town is super cute too!!

If you have done more expensive lashes elsewhere, keep in mind you are going to a franchised chain experience. There are basically two sets - cat eye and open eye. This works for most people I think. Id probably go back to spending more money to have a more natural look. Staff is very friendly and definitely pay and park behind Harlow.

I got eyelash extensions with Lizzie H. She was amazing — super sweet and good, positive energy. I’ve gotten lash extensions before but it’s never been so relaxing. She made it comfortable and easy and I was so happy with the results. I got a classic full set and they look so natural. I’m super happy and scheduled my next visit with her. Highly recommend!

Just had my first tint and lift experience with Jazmine! She was a peach and incredibly gentle...so much so I fell asleep. She is training, but I couldnt tell. Everything came out perfect! :)

Best lash experience I’ve had, and I’ve been doing my lashes for years. The girls really care about what you want and I always leave with a full but somewhat natural look which I love!

Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and accommodating. Megan was able to fit me into the schedule the day I called and Lizzy did an incredible job in my brows! I will absolutely be back.

I get my lashes done by the new stylist, Laura, and she is absolutely AMAZING! Super friendly and easy to talk to. My lashes have never looked better and they lasted for weeks. Sooo worth it and the time spent there is so relaxing. I am already looking forward to my next fill in 2 weeks!

They were so friendly and sweet! Greeted me as soon as I walked in and made sure I was taken care of. The stylist I used name was Lizzie and she made sure to ask about the type of lashes I wanted how they would look the different options and I felt very informed on the different types. I had eyelash extensions before but it was nice to get more knowledge about the length and types of curl they can do. The chairs are super comfortable and everyone is so friendly.

I wanted to try lash extensions as a treat during quarantine and I’ve been hooked for months now. I was able to get my monthly “Classic” membership before prices went up, but I’d pay current prices for the amazing service I receive. Lately I’ve been upgrading all my appointments to “Hybrid” extensions. My lash tech (Rosemary) is the sweetest and she has given me so much good advice that has resulted in my natural lashes and face being healthier than ever. I look forward to my biweekly appointment because they’re such a relaxing break every two weeks and I leave looking and feeling fabulous!

Went here yesterday and got a hybrid full set with dramatic upgrade. Love the results! Mindy did them, and I appreciated that she asked me a lot of questions to learn what I wanted--then, she gave me exactly what I asked for.I also appreciate that Lash Lounge carries lash supplies, like oil-free eye makeup remover, brushes for cleaning the lash area, etc. Saves me time trying to find and buy this stuff online.

I will not name my stylist as I don’t want to bash them personally, they did their best. However I’m leaving this review because I’ve been getting my lashes done for a few years now and this is experience was by far the biggest waste of time and money. Here we go, so I scheduled for a full set of Classic lash extensions with dramatic upgrade as the hybrid set was not an option when booking online. When I arrived 15 minutes early, I was told my stylist was at lunch and would return shortly. 10 minutes after my set appointment time, I was called back for the consultation with the stylist. I showed them a picture of how I normally get my lashes done and have always gotten them this style. Let them know they were hybrid and they told me they cannot get them as full as they usually only do 60% fullness rather than corner to corner but that they can definitely do the style I was looking for, it just wouldn’t be as full. My stylist was confident however they failed to let me know there were different styles of hybrids that they offer, they also should have recommended that I get their volume or mega volume to get something seemingly close to what I asked for and showed in my reference photo. When I called the supervisor was very sweet and offered 25% more lashes, so I agreed to go back in. Although the stylist was very kind, I still am not happy with my service as they look NOTHING like the reference photo, but more like I need a 3 week fill and I will not be going back to the salon.

Lash Lounge has been such a great experience for me since I’ve walked through their door! It was my first time with lash extensions, and everyone has done an absolutely amazing job. Aliana did my initial placement of lash extensions and I was hooked. I have since had recurring appointments with her and Delila and my expectations are always exceeded. Riley has also made my lashes look amazing!The staff is always prompt and professional. I feel safe during these uncertain times as the salon is clean and proper protocol is followed. I’ve been going to the Lash Lounge since I moved here 7 months ago. I get mine done by Mindy and I always LOVE how my lashes look. She’s very quick to see what my lashes need and makes the perfect adjustments. I got a fill done by Aliana as well and she was very quick with it and they came out beautiful as always. This place is also very clean and quiet and comfortable and the front desk is always there to help you! 10/10 would recommend!!

Chelsea practiced on my lashes, and she did a good job today. A few lashes fell off right after the appointment, but I’ll see how long the rest of them last and keep you updated!***update: They were very nice and had me in for a complimentary fill for retention issue. And this time Tiffany did it. Last time i had L shaped lashes and this time i did D curl. I like the look of the L shaped one personally since i have very straight lashes, the D shape curl doesn’t show much.

This place is wonderful! The front desk is so on top of reminding you of your appointments, making you aware of promotions, and being flexible with rescheduling and cancellations. Riley is my preferred stylist and he is WONDERFUL! I can’t talk him up enough! I’m constantly complimented on my eyelashes. The first time I went he really heard what I wanted and was also willing to try out different things until I loved them. If you go, you must request him!

Not the greatest experience with this Lash Lounge. My tech was super nice and professional but by the time I got in my car, at least 2-3 lashes had fallen off which covered a good portion of the middle section of one eye and it just kept falling out. By next day, needless to say I paid for a full fill but really got a half fill only and within 24 hours my lashes are totally off on each side and not matching. Super bummed so probably will stick with my original Lash Lounge location.

The whole team at the Lash Lounge is so lovely! I see Mindy for my lash extensions. She makes them look perfect every time without fail. I love that it is a look that I can depend on. It gives me a confidence boost and saves me time in the morning. I’m never going back!

I just went in for my first fill with Lizzie who also did my initial lash installation. I really appreciated how flexible she was when I asked to have my fill moved up to hybrid even though my original installation was classic, when I wanted a little extra oomph! I really enjoy my time with her because she works diligently and carefully and also does not talk my ear off the entire time, and for an introvert like myself that is just wonderful! I already know that Im going to cherish the couple of hours I get to just lay back and meditate and relax without having to think about the rest of the worries of my day! I am planning on being a recurring client of hers and think it says a lot about Lash Lounge in general that one of their new stylists is already so talented!

I walked in not expecting an available slot for an eyebrow threading. Ive never had one and was nervous as you could probably expect. I was immediately accommodated and had Lizzie as my stylist. Lizzie was professional, patient, and overall an experienced quality person. I have never had a threading and she made the entire experience completely awesome! Apparently, I was the first guy shed had and it never phased her! Lizzie has my highest recommendation and Im looking forward to my next appointment!

I’ve been going to Delila at The Lash Lounge, getting eye lash extensions, for about 2 months. My experience with the entire staff has been positive. Delila is highly skilled and professional. She asks me how the previous set went, making notes if we need to adjust anything (I’m a side sleeper so she shortened the sides slightly).

I dont wanna leave review without sour note but honestly my LASHES looked so bad like really bad not only that but I got a bad reaction eyes swollen AF eye lashes far apart like it was a whole mess .... I went in a week within that and got them had to get them removed when I asked for some accommodation they said the removable was a accommodation . at least wanted a reaccredit I got them done nothing . I was being so reasonable understanding and patient I said I could just get a credit on my next brow or something . Were in pandemic and a bad reaction didnt make feel that safe So in walk past 23rd RUN before yo money and time gets snatched ... Delia who removed was super nice tho

Best lash extensions in Portland! I’ve been coming here for a year and couldn’t imagine going to anyone else. Delila always over exceeds my expectations and makes me feel gorgeous, Mindy does an extraordinary job as well! I honestly don’t know how these ladies do it I have such light blonde eyelashes they’re literally invisible prior to these two working their magic. The whole staff is very sweet and talented and I’m impressed with the way they adhere to the Covid guidelines.

I’ve been going to Laurie at Lash Lounge for a few months after trying several different salons. Laurie consistently does an excellent job. I always leave feeling & looking great and I have very little loss between appointments. Proof of an excellent technician. I trust Laurie so much I asked her to do my brows. After seeing the multiple photos of brow before and after I could see what a pro she is. My brows turned out fantastic! I’m very pleased with all of Laurie’s services. The staff are also all very friendly and professional.

Have been a lash member for almost 1 year and have had wonderful service every single time. Shout out to stylist Mindy, Olga and Delia at the NW 23rd location. I travel from Woodland WA so that tells you how much I have been happy with the service here. The only way to go is do the membership, in turn saves soooo much money each time for my refills!

A great place with wonderful services and friendly staff. I booked my first appointment to check it out and see how they are different from other places that I have been to. I will say that the experience was great! I have been to Kate twice and she is so knowledgable and very good at what she does. The extensions look very realistic, and they are very comfortable as though they are your own eyelashes (a different experience than what I have had before - beautiful but somewhat uncomfortable). And they do a great job with eyebrow threading as well. The front desk staff has always been friendly and helpful as well. It has a nice spa feel to it. So far I have done the eyelash extensions and eyebrow threading. And it has been great. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff as well as reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend this place. I booked with Riley, and let me say I will be going back to him to get my fill every two weeks! not only was he INCREDIBLE at his art& work, he was one of the best people i’ve met in a very long time. Absolutely love it here. Prices are unbeatable. Customer service is excellent and understanding if you have any issues with your lashes. Lash artists are super knowledgable about lash care, styles that accentuate your eyes, and diagnosing any issues you may have.

This the best place. I am a member of Amazing Lash, although I must say, this place is top notch. I just cancelled Amazing Lash and joined The Lash Lounge. There is no comparison. I highly recommend them. The are the best. I did the hybrid. I love the results.

I had my lashes done here a few times and they turned out beautiful!! However there are a few downsides due it it being a franchise. If you wake up sick the morning of your appointment it’s is important that you DO NOT MISS your appointment. You will still be charged for the full service, unless you provide them with a doctors note. I foolishly called to cancel the day of my appointment when I woke up with flu like symptoms. I did not want to go in and get their employees sick or other clients since they do not wash blankets between clients or wipe the tables down. That apparently was not the right thing to do. I was charged for my full appointment, I would have completely understood paying a cancellation fee. It seems the money is more important than their employees and other clients. They want you to come in sick, no matter what, which causes a new concern about getting sick from going in especially during the cold and flu season. I’m used to being respectful of the people who provide services and try to respect them by not showing up sick, usually that is a common courtesy.

Drove by and saw that Lash Lounge had opened on NW 23rd. I looked online and hooray they do lash lifts. On the website it quotes pricing for Lash Tint or Perm from $30. Thinking this was a great price and Id like to try them out I made an appt. The technician was sweet and did a lovely job. However when I went to check out I was informed that the Lash Lift was $80! THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN $30 AND $80. The front desk and the manager could not have cared less and stated that they do not control the website and the $30 price is for the tint. It is VERY misleading to post that kind of pricing and to not be up front about the actual cost. $80 is twice what I normally pay at another salon. I will never come back and I recommend asking for a quote before you go in for your appointment. They are money hungry and dont mind taking advantage of their customers.

I feel relaxed enough to fall asleep during my lash appointments, and I trust that my regular stylist (Marissa J) will do an amazing job while I nap! I started with classic lashes (during their $89 promo in January) and then recently switched over to hybrid lashes late March, and absolutely loved them! Im considering soon transitioning to volume lashes, and maybe get mink ones. Regardless, I love my lashes and will be regularly coming back even after I move back to Seattle after my time doing undergrad in Portland.

I got extensions here for the first time a couple months ago, and was a little worried about the process and that it was going to feel really uncomfortable afterwards. Jaclyn did such an AMAZING job, I literally almost fell asleep. I felt so comfortable and relaxed. And my lashes looked SO good!! They made me feel ultra feminine and they looked so natural. This is the first place Ive consistently gone to for lashes. Their monthly plan is great. When Ive had my lashed done in the past, the technician would occasionally poke my lash line or glue to my bottom lashes, even getting my top and bottom lashes stuck together! The technicians here have never poked me, and always make my lashes look great.

I had a great experience at The Lash Lounge on NW 23rd. It was my first time getting lashes, so I had no idea what to expect. The tech explained everything as she went throughout the entire process. She was very calming, and I left with amazing lashes! I would highly recommend them!

Ive been getting my lashes done by Emma, one of the trainers at Lash Lounge. Shes fantastic, and this is coming from a high maintenance long time beauty professional. When I moved to Portland I had to go to at least three places to find someone who could recreate the look and feel of the lashes I had done in SF. I finally found someone I trust and appreciate. This place has pretty affordable lashes as well.
